    I took a flight from Las Vegas to XNA airport on March 3 and after we arrived around 8:30 pm at XNA airport, we were asked to wait for another three hours IN FLIGHT with safety belts on. I am not sure what is happening but it is so rude to be asked to be seated without any explanation. Besides we have a toddler of 2-year-old and we have to keep her entertained for six hours long in a flight and need to arrive home at midnight. Even after we got off the airplane, we had to walk around the whole airport to baggage claimto pick up our stroller which we gate-checked! And nobody told us to pick up the stroller at baggage claim so we wasted another 30 minutes or so to wait at the airplane door for the stroller. I was previously not 100% convinced by bad reviews of this company but now I totally understand it. When I REACH OUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM THEY REJECT TO SAY SORRY EVEN IF IT IS SOLELY THEIR FAULTS. DO NOT TAKE THIS AIRLINE!

    Just waited over an hour to get to a customer service agent. Allegiant double charged me for a flight from LCK to PGD, then the agent tried to make it seem like my own fault for their website not working properly. Then reluctantly said they'd refund one of the flights, and gave me a confirmation for the other one.
    Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for my money that they stole from me, to come back to my bank account. If you can avoid this airline by all costs, please do. Their site and app don't work, their customer service is atrocious, and the flight delays by themselves is a whole other rant.

    Flight from Asheville NC to Punta Gorda Fl for the last 2 weeks , Feb 2024- March 2024 is delayed too many times. From 2 hours to 9 hours just last week on Friday March 1st 2024. The weather has not been bad at all in either city. This is happening going form AVL or from PGD. Just today March 11th, it has a 2 hour delay from PDG to AVL! On March 8th from AVL to PGD the plane had to go from landing, to back in the air and landed in Orlando Fl. So the airline needs to get this fixed!.

    Not even 1 star. We only had to give them a star to submit this review. How hard up are they for stars?!? We tried to book a flight from Fort Wayne, IN to Venice FL on 2/14/2024 and could not choose our seats on the way home. Spoke with someone about this and asked questions about bundling for a discount as we did need a car and hotel. We were transferrred to a bundle person and she said that if we chose our seats, there was an extra charge. So she cancelled our existing reservation in the amount of $920.00 and created a new reservation in the amount of $804.00. The date of both of these transactions are 2/14/2024. Our credit card statement shows the first flight transaction was not cancelled and we were charged for both flights. We have also been on hold for more than 2 hours to rectify this and have also been hung up on twice when trying to reach Allegiant concerning this matter. Reached out online and have not heard back from anyone.

    Allegiant Airlines customer service is a joke. Good luck if anything goes wrong with your trip because of them. I flew from VA to FL in January and arrived to find my luggage had not made it. After over an hour trying to find someone who knew how to help me I finally received a claim number. I was then stuck in Florida for 5 days without my luggage. It was finally delivered to me in FL the day before I was returning to VA. And when it got to me, it was damaged. It was filthy and one of the wheels had been snapped off. I will admit that I was reimbursed for the items I had to buy while waiting for my personal items but they refused to consider replacing my suitcase because I didn't report the damage within 12 hours of receiving the suitcase. Seriously. How was I even supposed to know that? I know this airline is known for being cheap but using a technicality to avoid a completely reasonable request to resolve a duration your company created is just low. Not flying with them ever again. I'll just pay more and hope for reasonable customer service elsewhere.

    I have an AllWays Credit card through allegiant. I have points on my card to use for balance on the card. I have called 3 different phone numbers and spent 3 hours of my time TRYING to get through to an agent for some help.
    The phone numbers are
    NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. I'm sure they want payment for the flights purchased. Is this a fraudulent credit card through Bank of America. There are NO LIVE BODIES that can answer any questions. I fly Allegiant to Vegas alot. Seems they would want to keep their credit card customers happy. In order to use the buy one get one feature for travel you cannot book online. How would you EVER be able to use this when NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE.

    Terrible customer service both at the airport, through email and on the phone. Was talked down to and treated like I was dumb. By the airport staff as well as through email. They have told me Im in the wrong and arent willing to work with me at all. All of the communication is done through email. As they claim you cant talk to anybody by phone.

    I am very disappointed in Allegiant Air, LLCX. their refund policies are not customer related. They will steal your money without proving a service. There customer service is terrible. Would not recommend.

    My flight g4243 from 930am until 1120am because they could not get their staff for the flight in the air quick enough to meet FAA flight time restrictions. So they had to taxi the plane back to the gate from moments before taking off to switch their staff while all passengers waited on the plane. If you know the regulations then as a reputable airline their management should be able to manage their staff better to not impact passengers flight times. This to me is terrible management and poor customer service.

    Terrible not to be trusted. Will destroy your luggage and steal your money. Do not use. Would give zero stars if I could.
