    Allegiant is the biggest piece
    of garbage low life, low class
    Cute rate airline who hires people who can think outside the box and help. Worst website and app. Not user friendly. Worst customer service. I just lost the last three tickets available

    Is absolute garbage and the employees when you call in are
    Less than garbage. Unintelligent drones that read out of a book to tell them what to say. I will never forgive
    Them for this. Kicking around with them for five hours, I lost out on the other seats on the REAL airlines. I will never fly with this idiots. Absolutely idiots.

    I purchased an airline ticket and rented a car through the Allegiant Airlines website. The ticket was purchased to travel to Tucson Arizona for a doctor's appointment. 2 days prior to the flight my appointment was changed by the physician because I need a different type of scan. I had paid the extra money for **** **** (not the insurance) thinking that this had me covered for changes if I needed. After waiting for over an hour on hold the Allegiant rep told me that they were keeping all of my money and would not reschedule me because it was too close to the flight. They not only kept the money for the ticket but they also kept the money for the rental car, and didn't offer a voucher or anything. I understand that they are losing some money by me not filling that seat, but they kept the rental car money too... I would think it should be illegal to keep everything and never provide any service whatsoever. Would they return my money if they had to cancel the flight or give me a voucher? If the answer for this is provide a voucher they should always have to provide the customer with a voucher. How can it be so one sided?

    This airline is beyond horrible. I have flown with them twice and have had issues twice. The first time I used them my flight was delayed 3 hrs and 50 min. I was stuck in the airport with my wife and two children. I saw they were handing out food vouchers to another delayed flight. When I asked about ours they informed me that it must be delayed 4 hrs and mine didn’t reach the cutoff, how ridiculous. My second encounter I bought one way tickets and mistakenly bought pm instead of am flight. I purchased the top priority package with my tickets which you would think would include trip flex, of course i found out it did not in just this particular purchase, go figure, it has to be added a La carte, yet no employee or my self at airport could find any place in the app where you actually add it. I had to eat the first tickets and buy new ones. Airline is a joke and I’ll never fly them again.

    I called customer service because my I couldn't find my flight with my confirmation I was given. She could not find it either and said there was nothing she could do. I said where do I go from here? I paid for my ticket and have confirmation. She started YELLING at me, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she laughed and hung up on me!! I called back and the next person found my flight, apparently they had a system change, that is why my original confirmation wouldn't work. She said they would comp my luggage and send an email. I never got that email. So I call back, get a supervisor and she says they don't comp anything. Even though it was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I guess they don't care? I will never fly with them again and I will share this experience with everyone I know

    Hello,
    I gave Allegiant 2 stars because while we were trying to board the plane to Florida one of the little girls that was standing at the gate decided she wanted to flirt with my husband in my face, about 2 weeks ago, Light skinned skinny girl with long braids. She had the audacity to make him stand to side and thought I was going to go to the plane so he can cash app her some money ?? for our bags. I stood there the hold time watching him and her *** like a hawk..I was about to **** **** both of them. Then on the way back the workers stole some of our items from our bags and they didn't even try to take a report either ??. This was a case of you get what you pay for....the flight attendance was very nice though I really appreciated them being patient with everyone ??

    This was my first and definitely my last time using Allegiant. Wow I’m baffled at the terrible customer service. From my experience and in reading the other reviews, it sounds like they customer service agents went to a special “rude customer service” training class upon hire. My biggest issue this is that they won’t refund me my baggage fee when I cancelled my flight. That’s an extra fee and per law they need to refund me that fee. I was lured in by the low low price, but never again. I please look into Allegiant Air and require they do better

    This is the worst airline I have ever worked with in the past. Their customer service is simply nonexistent. I booked a flight a month ago and had to make a change. Online the options for cancelling or changing the flight did not work and they asked me to call. I spent over 4 hours on hold attempting a number of times. One specific time, I was on hold for 2 hours 5 minutes and when they answered, they hung up on me. I emailed them on 9/9, received an automatic response that someone would respond soon, it's now 9/21 and no response. I've tried their online chat function a number of times and at different times of the day and it always says not available when you click "existing reservations". I will NEVER travel with them again and really hope they fix this or go out of business. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM!

    Never Book A Hotel Package!! Allegiant apparently uses the word “cancel” synonymously with the word “credit”. I was looking for flights for a trip to Orlando with my son, and decided to go ahead and book a package to include the hotel stay as well. I booked with my Allegiant account. I even had the flex plan included in case I needed to cancel. When I called to cancel the trip today, I was informed that I can only get a credit for not only the airline tickets (which I would expect), but for the hotel as well. I was also charged over $240 for the cancellation itself. I was informed that I cannot cancel the hotel, but rather I can only get a credit for the entire package amount. No other credit card company has ever forced me to take a credit for a hotel reservation when I canceled in the allotted time frame. I don’t understand how this is legal for Allegiant to do. I am fine with a credit for airline tickets, but never would have booked a hotel with them for $1800 had I known that I couldn’t cancel like I can with any other card.. I feel that the Better Business Bureau should investigate this as to whether or not this is fair practice to consumers.

    My flight was delayed over 12 hours leaving me stranded with my 5 month old in Montana. Paid $250 for a hotel for the night and have been fighting for almost 3 months to get reimbursed. I keep getting the same run around that I'll receive a link from a 3rd party that never comes. Waited an hour and a half to talk to someone who was extremely rude, kept putting me on hold and told me I'd have the link by Friday. I'm not holding my breath. Wasted 2 hours of my day mostly on hold.

    Over 3 cumulative hours spent on hold waiting for customer service to answer, no one ever did.
    Their website is incapable of booking two seats for 1 person of size, even though I am required to book it that way.
    Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
