This company is fraudulent. They work by preying off student loans. They sent out mass mailings to recent graduates to get them to "Act Quickly" and cover all there mailing with what look like legitimate US Student loan services offered through the government. In reality, all they do is fill the *** application for you, and then for $49.00 a month, (~$600 annually) they refill your application on an annual basis. This can all be done for free by the individual on the *********************** website. This is never mentioned by the company, and they act in a way in which they provide a service to decrease your loan payments. I had to call into aidvantage to see if they were receiving any payments from the company Superior Servicing / Accredit . They were not. They say it was in the acceptance application, but no such thing was ever sent. It is intentionally miscommunicated over the phone.When trying to call in, they almost never answer, and take lots of time to respond if at all. This company offers nothing, and will actually SET YOU BACK in tuition repayments, despite their front to do the *********** aware of these kind of scams. I am filing for a full refund of the $750 initiation charge and the $50 payments taken monthly since December 2023. Horrible company, preying on student loan forgiveness programs. Take it from me, they will only hurt repayments, not actually assisting in anything. The forms for *** programs can be filled for free online.Business Response

Superior servicing offered me an agreement plan in 2023 that I paid on until 2024 in August that they were a loan forgiveness agency that helped people qualify based on their income for student loan forgiveness. The sole reason I agreed to this program is because I was contracted an agreement that my monthly payments would go towards my student loans with a forgiveness percentage applied based on my income. I surrendered over to this company a total of $1,200.00 plus of my income until I found out from the student advisor my money wasnt being transferred to pay towards my student loans and they do not work with any outside companies. Superior servicing committed fraudulent activities by offering student loan forgiveness in the contract and no paying towards that contracted promise. Later after speaking to several of their customer service representatives, the money that is paid towards their company is for their work nothing to do with our loans and continued to promise that I shouldnt have to oddly the school back of I continued to pay them and file the paperwork they provide. I am rejecting this response because: upon receipt of the initial conversation and the initial sign up for the federal student debt relief program, it was specifically clarified multiple times before I signed any document that the assistance offered was going to help me pay back my student loan debt at a reduced rate because of the income I had versus what I owed and the amount of relief I could get by signing up. As it states in the contract not one person followed with me after signing the contract to take next steps or do any paperwork except what was initially sent to me to sign for an income driven plan. No information was sent to my school as declared in the phone call would happen not was there anyone to contact me to set up financial goals. The contract became null and void when the contractor did not uphold to their end of the contract.
If there had not been a promise to offer federal student debt relief, please explain what I would need this companies assistance for when my student advisor as the school does exactly what youre claiming to offer for free!!
I am requesting a full refund for the violation and lack upholding to the contract and promise of federal student debt relief.As you can see from the email I received after the call to set me up, documents were sent to me and information was being requested from me and in the email it specifically states student loan program and consolidation approval.
Again I am requesting a full refund because I was lied to and scammed.

After doing a call review and reading your rejection of our response. You were never told the your $49 payments go to your loans an no point did we ever claim that we would be paying your loans off. We offer assistance in getting your loans properly consolidated with a servicer in order to get you enrolled into IDR programs (loan forgiveness programs). These programs are through the Department of Eduction. We never claimed to be the *** or affilated with any entity. We are a private company and we exist because loan servicer historically do not tell debtors about these programs. We did in fact reach out to multiple times, you rarely followed up to any SMS and phone calls. As far as your payments made to us, docment preparation went to processing all information, verifing type of loans and balances, preparing your consolidation documents, IDR, and General Forbearance which you confirmed in your rejection message you received. The $49 monthly payments go to the recertification process, which recertification is required by the *** every year in order to stay in the program. So if your do have any question feel to reach out. We will honor your request for refund even though you do not qualify for one based on service agreement. You sere not lied to or scammed as we take that very seriously to assist our clients.

I have not rejected the response from the company. If you read my message I asked to be contacted if necessary and made another message that I agree with the refund because I noticed that when I responded it said I rejected their response which is not the case. What is this reasoning for stating it is a rejection because I requested to be contacted if my information is requested for sending the refund. 11.27.2023 I received a call and was informed that this service was available to help me manage and repay my students loans. Turns out I was fooled along with many others. I paid ****** on Dec. 1, 2023 and then an additional ***** on Dec 15, 2023. The service is now charging me for $***** a month on the 15th of every month for this service that is supposed to be going towards my student loans. This information is incorrect as none of the payments have been going towards my student loans and come to find out that this is case of fraud. None of the payments that Superior Servicing has been going towards my student loans and they have been taking money from my account since. I need this address and for the company to return all the funds they have taken from me. I've tried contacting Superior Servicing and there has been no contact back nor any attempt from this fake business. Your assistance is needed. I am extremely frustrated with this scam of a company. I received a letter saying I had a student loan of $799. To make $49 monthly payments. I have been paying since 2022. This lady that will show on the image attached called me for the beginning process and when I tried to reach her over a question, she said to contact her through that number anytime, I called and a man answered saying that lady doesnt exist. There is no way to contact them. I have tried calling and emailing and have never received a response. The phone number they provide is not in service. I called ***** to get information on my loan to see how much I still owed. They said I never owed anything because my loan had been forgiven. So I have basically been giving away free money to this scam company. Extremely ridiculous and this company needs to be stopped. They have taken millions from innocent people. I tried cancelling the payment with my bank this week, which I paid a fee for, and this company changed their numbers to bypass and still get my money. This is a serious issue.Business Response

In May of 2023, I began working with Superior Servicing under the impression that they were assisting me in an arranged student loan repayment program. However, I later learned (August 2024) through the *********************** that they do not work with Superior Servicing as a recognized loan agency. None of the money I had been paying Superior Servicing was being applied to my Department of Education loans, as I was informed would occur by the agent (*****) who signed me up for this program in 2023. When contacting Superior Servicing and speaking with a supervisor (*****), I was informed that I misunderstood the program, that the $49 fee I pay each month is to maintain enrollment in this particular Department of Education program, and that this is not a service the *********************** would offer to me. However, this is incorrect; when speaking to ***********************, they informed me that they assist with all repayment program options for free, including consolidating my loans. I asked Superior Servicing for documentation to cancel this program, which took nearly a month to receive. When I did receive confirmation, it came from a different company, ***************. I have also asked several times for a refund of the money I have paid, including an initial down payment in the amount of $299. The customer service representative/supervisor, *****, informed me that we will listen to the initial phone call for any errors; however, when asking to listen to this call he denied, stating he is not required to do so. Additionally, when asking for ****** supervisor or boss contact information, he denied stating he is not required to provide me with that information. This company provided misleading information, pulls money from the customers account from various different banks, is incredibly disrespectful, and appears to be a scam or fraudulent.Business Response

When I previously spoke with a representative of Superior Servicing, I was informed that a recorded phone call of the initial call would be reviewed. It was during this initial call that I was verbally informed that the $49 monthly fee would be paid toward my student loan balance. When requesting to listen to this call, I was denied and informed that this information does not need to be shared with me. I would like to address a few additional points for clarity:
-Contact Attempts: I understand that you have indicated reaching out 27 times this year, but I have not received such communication. If you could provide more specifics about these communication attempts (e.g., dates and methods used), it would be helpful for me to cross-reference on my end.
-Partial Refund: The refund amount I received was partial, not the full amount I was expecting. If you could clarify why only a partial refund was issued and provide further details on how this aligns with the service agreement terms, it would be greatly appreciated.

During November 2023 a while after I graduated college I received mail from Superior Servicing LLC stating they were a loan forgiveness program and they could help me repay my loans back in a smaller monthly payment plan of $49.00 instead of $100.00 + each month. I accepted, not realizing what I had gotten myself into. They charged me about $299. 67 on November *******. Then the same amount for December ******* and January *******. Stating that they needed this money in order to help with enrollment of the program and help pay off my loans. They also asked for my pay stubs from my job, my social security number, and even had me login with my FAFSA ID in order to act as if they would help with my loans, while also constantly calling me for more paperwork and ******* me. By February ******* the monthly payments of $49.00 came for every following month until August 2024 towards the end when I was receiving mail from my real loan servicer telling me they havent received any payments from me! I didnt understand why, because of course Superior Servicing LLC told me the monthly payments were going to my loan repayment. So if that was the case, why was my loan servicer telling me they never received any of my money? All the money I have given Superior Servicing hasnt gone where they promised it would. Multiple customer representatives told me that these $49 payments would go to my loan servicer so they knew I was repaying them. When none of it ever did go to my servicer. *** filed a claim with my bank, theyre looking into it as I inform you guys about what happened. Theyve cancelled any future transactions with my card and Superior Servicing LLC, I am worried about my information regarding my social security and ***** stuff and will have to take action about that soon as well. While also working on cancelling my enrollment with Superior Services. My loan servicer also knows. Please help getting my money back and getting rid of this company, too many suffered.Business Response

Superior Servicing contacted me in October 2023 claiming to be able to assist with the Consolidation of my Student loans. At that time there were new services surfacing like the SAVE Act, which I qualified for. They provided my loan balances as well as personal information which led me to believe they were a legit Company. There was then a Contract given where a "Service Fee" was issued of $899 through 3 installments, followed by a Monthly payment of $19 beginning January 2024. I was wrongfully advised that these charges would be put towards my student loan while the Consolidation process was being approved, this never occured. My student loan company still reached out requesting payment even though multiple charges were taken out by Superior Servicing. Filled out documents were then sent over for me to sign and be physically mailed by myself to my Loan provider. These documents were filled with mistakes including my Birth date and dependents within my household, creating delays and multiple documents sent back and forth. I began to question this company on August 30th when there was a new charge of $19 from a company called "TheACCredit". There was never any communication sent advising a change of LLC, since then I have received numerous emails, phone calls, & voicemails advising I am late on a Payment. When this became known I immediately called my banks to dispute the charges and they are now being investigated. A hold was placed on any future charges and my Bank representitive advised to cut communication from the companies all together.Business Response
