      Scam. My order was never delivered. And I doubt any refund will come so I need to call my bank. Horrible dont use.

      After almost 2 weeks lead time, told me they "didn't get the supplies"...via text. On the day of delivery leaving me with zero option to shop anywhere else.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY! They cancelled my order today...ON THE DAY IS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED...really? Said the supplier ran out of flowers and are unable to substitute any other arrangement FOR MOTHERS DAY. Even though I placed the order a week ago to ensure delivery by Mother's Day. Buyer beware! Order your flowers from somewhere else!

      Placed an order for flowers for Mothers Day. The day they were supposed to be delivered we got a call in the afternoon saying they couldn’t be delivered due to their vendor being “out of supplies”. A FLORIST out of FLOWERS?? It said they were local to our area, which is a complete lie. I cannot believe these people are allowed to continue scamming people with no consequences. I wish I had seen these reviews first.

      I ordered flowers for my mother on May 8th to be delivered today May 12th. I called to check the status of my delivery only to find out they decided not to deliver the order!! How does this place stay in business. No one called or emailed to let me know they were not being delivered! I was told when I called that they ran out of stock! This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. I received emails saying they received my order. I also received a follow up email. My bank account was charged. I’m also letting my bank know of this fraud company. I would hit 0 stars if I could!

      I ordered a Succulent Garden ($85) to be delivered to a friend. She sent me a photo of the delivery, and there were ZERO succulents included. It consisted only of plants, no succulents. I wrote to customer service and asked for a refund or for them to send the correct item.
      This was their initial response:
      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you and thank you for reaching out regarding your concern with the arrangement you received. In our substitution policy, it states that all items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants are subject to availability. This ensures that your order is delivered in a timely fashion. We apologize that you were not satisfied with the substitution that was made. In an effort to make this right, we will be issuing you a refund of $18.74. Please be aware it will take 3-5 business days for your bank to credit this amount. I have attached the policy for your reference, and it is also available on our website as well. Thank you.
      I wrote back and said I didn't want a partial refund; I wanted the correct order to be sent to my friend.
      This was their second response:
      Hi,
      We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We will make sure that this will be communicated properly to impose corrective actions and to avoid this kind of scenario in the future. Unfortunately, we will not be able to send a new flower arrangement.
      Again, we are so sorry for what happened, and we thank you for your understanding and patience.

      They didn't agree to send the correct arrangement to my friend or to refund my money. I did not receive anything near what I ordered. I understand their substitution clause, but to change to an entirely different order is not okay. I even purchased the succulent garden because it said it was "available now.".
      I appreciate the response of their team, but do not agree with how they handled it in the end. I will not be using Terry's Florist in the future.

      I purchased a flower arrangement for Mother's Day a few weeks ago for delivery today. When the delivery did not happen I contacted them. I was told they ran out of flowers. They did not try to arrange any other flower delivery for another day. Very poor customer service. Do not do business with this company.

      THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM....
      We called on Monday and ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered on Thursday for a funeral. They called 4 hours before they were supposed to be at the funeral home and said they were canceling our order due to them not having enough flowers due to Mothers Day. we ordered from them because they appeared (false advertising) to be local which they are not. We are in another state so had no idea. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....
