      I am soooo disappointed. $95 for flowers that looked nothing like the photo. They weren’t even arranged nicely. Do NOT buy from this company, fraud. I wish I could submit photos.

      What a scam, also didn’t read the reviews! Called the day of delivery to tell me the florist that I was delivering from ran out of flowers. I was told the next day it would be out for delivery for them only to call and say that they’re unable to.

      If I could give negative stars I would. My story is goes the same as other reviews. I was promised same day delivery and never got them after ever. On hold forever to get my money back.

      We ordered flowers online after a Google search for a florist in a specific location (sending flowers to NC while we're in WI). We went with this florist due to the reasonable prices and free next-day delivery. At 5:35pm on the day of delivery, we received a phone call, voicemail and text message saying our flower delivery cannot be completed due to supply chain issues and we will be issued a full refund. We were charged on our credit card for the undelivered flowers and after checking our credit card statement, we noticed that our credit card was refunded. We became concerned that our credit card number was still available to them so we contacted our credit card company to receive a new card with a new credit card number (we did not want any unauthorized charges).

      Also scammed. Ordered today for same day delivery. Got a text message 8 hours later telling me my order was cancelled and a refund was coming my way. I called the number on the text and was told it’s supply chain issues and they had tried to call me and left me a voicemail. Not true. Holding my breath that a refund will come.

      Ordered flowers for a funeral (from us to my aunt, from my uncle as her husband and from her granddaughter). they never arrived. A church devoid of flowers and remembrance for a wonderful woman. AND I had to call several times for a refund. Then all they said was sorry for the inconvenience.

      Wish I could select no stars! This company is an absolute joke!! I ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughters 21st birthday (she is away at school) and they assured me it was in stock and she would receive earlier delivery. I got a phone call at 4 that they were not going to deliver her flowers! I mean who calls that late. They then hung up on me 4 times and refused to let me speak to a manager and then had the audacity to tell me I had to wait 48 hours for a full refund. They hd no problem taking the funds out of my account. What an absolute joke! I wanted me daughter to receive something from us on her birthday and they just flat out lied and ruined that idea! Never again will I do business with this joke of a company!

      Looked up local florist where I was send them. Terry’s came up. I thought it was a small business and wanted to support them. Ordered a sympathy bouquet of purple roses and other filler flowers. They were to be delivered next day but got message to call florist so I did. Said flowers to fill my order were do in on Wednesday and they would deliver on Thursday. I got up for funeral on Friday and was shocked and a tad mad that my arrangement had not 1 rose. It was filler flowers and some kind of what looked like a spider chrysanthemum. Actually only 3 of them in the whole arrangement. I call that bait and switch. Had the call and said they couldn’t supply the roses I’d have selected a different arrangement. When the called today the told me would have had to taken picture of them to get any compensation. We don’t go to funerals with a camera to take pictures in my area! My friend was happy for the flowers is all that counts but she didn’t know what the were supposed to be. I don’t like getting scammed so I wanted to leave this comment in hopes nobody else does. Leaving this is much mor satisfaction than getting money back.
