I ordered on 3/16/25 Insta tints product. I have contacted them numerous times via email to inquire about my order and was told that it is in production. Next email stated that they had an issue with the material to make their product. The excuses have continued. I believe 7 weeks is enough time to deliver on a product that they advertise will be shipped on 7-10 business days. I am requesting a refund due to breach in contract.Customer Answer

Basically giving the run around. Keeps telling me take care working on the order but keep running into delays and refusing to cancel the order because they claim that the order was already started but keep telling me it hasn't been made yet. I bought this product february 6th, i emailed about a month after it was ordered and the response said it would ship out soon and it arrived over two months later. I went to install the product it did not fit my windows. i emailed the company again requesting a refund and they are only willing to send a replacement product that is going to fit the exact same way. ive been emailing ******* for almost two weeks now and am furious that i spent over $150 on this product that took almost three months to arrive, it didnt even fit and i cant even get a refund.Initial Complaint

ordered product on October 21st 2024 with credit card. there was no update as to what was going on with my order, i reach out on 12/10/24 trying to track down my order. was told its not processed yet. reached back out on January 7th 2025 for an update and them was never replied to again. On March 30, 2025, I placed an order and spent $152.97 for their full package. On April 12, 2025, I reached out regarding the status of my order and was informed that some of their materials were damaged that caused a delay in production and it would be another 2 weeks before my order would be shipped. On April 19, 2025, I decided to go another route and emailed them to cancel my order. I have yet to hear anything from them. Order# ***** has not been delivered or even processed. It has been 3 months nothing. I have canceled this order 9 times over the last 60 days and every time I am reading the response it can not be refunded because it can not be cancelled when processed. Following up days later with no movement on order I sent request to cancel it and I received a few responses stating order was damaged and working on getting it processed soon. At that point I respond immediately to cancel it since it is not processed. Days later I would receive another email stating it cant be canceled because it is already processed. I want my refund for this order. It is cancelled regardless. I did hear hundreds of people are trying to report this company and no refunds or responses come of it. This company is a scam. The few that received orders reported it being just piece of plastic not cut to size and so thick it can not be used to see the road. Basically this is a fake scheme to buy cheap plastic and send it as if they made it to size as marketed. This company goes by Instatint(s).com but the company is posing as Instatint (no S or .com added). Look into this company. Please help with cancel and refund. Sent an empty box to me after I have constantly told them I want to cancel the order. After 14 emails and 3 months they send me an empty box that I even said I will not open because it feels empty and I wanted no part in this scam. Even then I was told I can not return the order so I opened the box to prove my concern and the empty box was confirmed empty. Not even a piece of paper in it. This was the companies way of saying they sent me my order. This is unbelievable and sneaky. They stole from hundreds if not thousands of people with similar attempts to trick people. I want not only full refund but I want this company investigated before I start a civil suit against these thieves, pleaseCustomer Answer

After waiting 3 months to get anything from my order I received a box with nothing in it. When I reported it as empty and that I wanted to return it without opening the box I was told I cant get any returns again. This box didnt even have a case or piece of paper saying Instatints noting in it. I had to open the box to take pictures to prove that what I felt was empty box. Now I expect this to be fully refunded and not wait for any order to be processed or try to send anything to me. At this point I will pay to get my windows tinted for my wife and daughter who are light sensitive to the point it gives them migraines. This 3 months is ridiculous and now receiving this is proving this ******************** is a scam. I want full refund immediatelyInitial Complaint

On 2/24/25 i ordered instatints for 2 of my cars . A 2006Ford Mustang Gt and a 2025 jeep grand cherokee . I waited 1 month then contacted them . They said that they did not have the materials to make my order and they needed 2 weeks. I contacted 2 weeks later and I keep getting the same email. They do not have the materials to make the product and now they are offering a discount but still can not make the product.
