      Ive been waiting since January to get this tint, and I cant get a response, or a refund, or my item. I want this fixed, and this company needs to be shut down for trying to scam people.

      Place my order 12-31-24. Its now 2-21-25 and I still have not received my order. Ive tried contacting them via email and all I get is an automated reply saying there working on my order and they will send an email once it is shipped. Still nothing as of today.

      - Removeable tints were the product purchased from the company Instatint. - First purchased on December 2nd and promptly received sometime in January.-I took them out the packaging, test fitted with one window and they didnt fit my car. So I packaged them up again then emailed them about a return.- Now they want me to take a picture of the tint not fitting my window. - I have the tints packed up. Im not gonna take them out again and damage their product.All I want is a return label to send them their product so I can get my ********* even says on their website, 100% fit guaranteed. So why would I need to send a picture of it not fitting my car when I specifically gave them the make, year and model of my vehicle.- Now that makes me think all their product reviews on their website are all fake.

      Despite reaching out several times I have not received any responses nor my product. Was charged over $130, with nothing to show. They are not providing any information nor tracking. Order was placed nearly 2 months ago.

      I purchased this window tint back in like September or October of 2024. I did not receive the order until late December and on Jan 17th or a few days before I began the process of requesting a refund of the product only to learn I wouldn't be getting one even though they say its a 100 percent money back guarantee. I received a cheap product that left bubbles and ripped and they are hazy. This is not what I thought I was going to be getting. I have been in contact with the company about the products and was offered a full replacement but was also told that I wouldn't be getting my front windshield even though I have emails asking me what percentage of tint I would like for the front windshield and for the rest of the windows. I was told I was ordering all windows just to find out that the front was not included. All I wanted was the front window but after being denied that I don't want anything but my money back. I even offered to send back what I have and would even pay the shipping but that was not good enough for this company. I have pictures and emails if they are needed but they are sending out false advertisement and not then not holding their part of the bargain if the customer is not happy.

      I purchased product on January 14th 2025. Since then I have been getting same excuses and apologies. Before ordering it said 7 day delivery. But then once it got to weeks I asked for a refund. They told me they couldn't because the order was processed to cut to fit vehicle. Ok so if it's done than why another 1.5 weeks later I still have no product. Again asked for a refund. Same apologies same excuses. I asked for a refund st least 2.5 weeks ago. I could of walked from ************* to ****** for a refund in lesser time.

      I placed an order in December. It was suppose to ship within 2 weeks. It is now mid February and I have not received the order. They provided a **** tracking number. But it has been pending for a month now.

      Purchased their window tint on October 2nd, 2024 December 8th, I emailed to track status- they stated working on shipping December 11th, emailed and asked for refund- they emailed back and said order received, they are working to get it shipped.December 16th, emailed again and asked for refund..... they replied "Thank you for your message.I am very sorry to hear that you would like to cancel/refund your order.I have just checked and unfortunately I will not be able to cancel or edit it at this time as I see it has already been process. We process orders immediately after the order is placed to avoid delivery delays as we have the best delivery time among our competitors.I apologize for the inconvenience ***********,Chel"Feb 13th, I emailed again asking for a refund..... they refuse....

      I ordered 3 tints for 3 different vehicles. I received the tint for my ****** Murano, but not for my 2019 ****** Rogue and my 2024 ******* Palisade. Nor, did I receive the quarter window tint. I paid $329 and only received goods for a third of that They have acknowledged my missing or incomplete order on two separate occasions and promised that the order was coming within 5 business days, but I have not received a tracking # let alone the product I purchased. The original order date was Nov, 21 2024, I have kept all of the emails promising me my purchase was on the way.       Order placed 12/13/2024 Order #***** emailed 12/29 for update- told getting ready to ship emailed 1/15 given tracking number ********************** for **** label created but not in system emailed 1/29 given same label tracking number STILL not scanned into **** Email responded to on 2/11, given same tracking number from 1/15 showing label was created but not scanned or shipped into **** system. Please refund my money as the product was not sent out at all.
