      My Name is ******* ****, I am the director or fixed operations for ****************. I have multiple problems with order *****. Never received items I paid for. Was told full package didn't include rear windshield, so I purchased it separately. Then I was told it did include rear windshield, so I was lied to in order to take more money. Never received quarter glass windows. Full package shows and advertises front windshield. Then I'm told it doesn't include it, then I'm told "they can't make it for my car", I need a refund on this purchase. I have emailed multiple times with no response. Please let me know if I need to involve our legal team / have them draft you a letter. Whatever works best. Update: conpany offered a $20 refund hahaha. *********.

      I ordered a product from this company and never received it. I complained several times to this company that it's been over a month since I placed the order. The company only responds to me that they're working on my order and that they're going to ship it soon, but has been saying that for over a month now.

      Purchased instatint in Oct *********************************************************** Jan 2025. The customer service has been nonexistent. We have reach out multiple times and continue to get The runaround on why we cant get a refund. We have sent in multiple pictures of the tint that didnt work on one of the cars that we bought it for And we didnt even open the other package that we received and we wanted our money back. We even purchased the warranty and they basically said its up to their discretion on giving us our money back which they still havent. I have asked multiple times to send me the address so I can send the product back and I want a full refund. The cost of this s***** product was $175 and we bought the warranty and it had a 30 day guarantee for a full refund and they wontgive us our money back. The communication has been very sporadic once a month theyll reach out and say oh well it doesnt look like theres anything wrong with the tent so basically I dont plan on giving my money back and thats why Im opening a complaint the order number *****. This company should be investigated. They should be shut down There are multiple complaints on Reddit other websites that have said this is a scam. I just want my money back thats it.

      On 09/05/2024 I placed Order #***** with ******************** from an ad on instagram. I purchased removable window tint thats supposed to be easy to use and take off and re-install. I also paid extra for a lifetime warranty I was disappointed to find out its not easy to install and just uses cheap double sided tape to stick to the glass. It stayed on my window for a couple of months and then one day I went to roll my window down and the tint just fell off on its own and became creased and damaged. Because of the thickness, it must be perfectly flat to work so its no longer usable. I emailed the company explaining this and they responded saying because I was past the 30 day return window theres nothing they can do. I responded saying I didnt want a refund, I wanted to use the lifetime warranty that I paid for and they just ignored me. I have since sent another email explaining the same thing again and they also ignore that message. It seems theyre using the lifetime warranty to just get more money out of people. Altogether it was $119.98 at this point Id rather just have my money back and not deal with these scammers anymore.

      Bought a full package bundle for $150 on 02/23/25. Next day still no confirmation when my bank statement shows its been processed. Emailed twice asking for confirmation and expected delivery date as stated on website guaranteed receive by March 6. On 02/26/25 still no response nor confirmation so went to website to find phone number and nothing of customer services available. On 02/28/25 still nothing on email and no luck finding valid phone number. Went to search for reviews and found out that this consistent scam/fraud does not abide by their own policies whatsoever. Such unethical and deceptive business practices by scamming people and no options for refunds. Ended up calling my bank and sent another email to InstaTint requesting a cancel and full refund since its passed 5 business days for processing and it hasnt even shipped. Still no response to the many emails Ive sent. I hope I can still get my full refund.

      Ordered tint for my vehicle on jan 8th and it's going on 2 ********** keep getting no where with this company They keep sending me the same emails over n over will have attachment to show what I mean..Just emailed them today n they sent same email I just want my product or my money back either or works this is ******** that I even have to go thru here

      It's been months since I placed this order. ARound 4 to be exact, I emailed and emailed and was given very vague information on why it's been so long then weeks of no reply only to tell me it was delivered when it wasn't the proof of delivery with ***** is bogus and it wasn't signed by who the h*** knows about the *** signature doesn't match anyone in our house. Was told to contact ***** so I did only to be told the order was delivered to a business that was on the form they filled out so they transferred me to the company that shipped the order. Imagine my surprise to find out that this was not the company I ordered my product from. It was a restaurant supply company shipping restaurant supplies to their established client in my town. So the tracking number was some how stolen by the company I ordered from to claim they delivered my product I bought from them.

      On February 3rd 2025 I ordered removable window tint, a felt-lined tint holder and lifetime warranties. I emailed them on February 16th to see where my order was and was told that it was shipped and that they didn't have a tracking number. I've emailed them several times since, inquiring where my order was and then to eventually cancel my order for a full refund and to no surprise, I failed to get a response. Today I called my bank to resolve this matter.

      I purchased a window tint from this company on Sept 6, 2024. They sent the wrong size, I provided the photos showing that, and they told me a replacement would be arriving soon. Since then, I have contacted them every 2-3 weeks asking about my order and every time the say its coming. Since December 2024, they are no longer answering my emails. I have the records of the email correspondence

      I ordered the a Tint Holders which never arrived. In spite of numerous to contact them.
