      Just after Christmas 2024 I ordered a complete set of tints for my Acura, and was told there was a 2-3 week lead time to cut the product to spec. Its going on a month with no updates. I reached out numerous times to their email support and on Instagram, again, to no avail. No shipping info, updates, or anything. After reading similar stories on the BBB website, it appears many people have also had this issue. At this point I just want my money back. Terrible support, as in zero.

      Placed an order for tint for our car in October 2024, we were told in December they were back ordered. We were told again that our order was shipped, but never was shipped. We asked for full refund. We never received a response. Now our order number doesnt bring up our account

      Order number ***** I purchased my window tint on 12/30/2024 and also paid extra for shipping. I still have not received my product. I email them and I get the same exact answer. Keep checking your emails for a tracking number. I requested a refund because they say you can receive a refund up to 30 days, well they said unfortunately we will not be able to refund your money at this time.

      Ordered tint on 11/6/2024 with the expectation that it would be here 2-3 weeks. Got an email stated 2-3 weeks. Emailed and was told it was shipped, and I got a tracking number. Their website still says processing order. ******* has never received the shipment.

      I ordered some tint for my single cab 2 door truck for $179.97. After waiting past the promise date, I reached out to find out where my order was. They claimed it was taking longer than expected. Once I did receive my order, it was completely wrong as they sent me tint for a 4 door truck and also missing two items from my order. I reached back out to them and they told me they couldn't make some of the tint and also that my missing items were shipped separately. They offer a refund of $20 do to not being able to make the windshield tint. Been over a month and still no refund. When I ask about it and ask for a refund, they just keep sending the same email stating that it was ariving within the week. This company gives no resolution to any problem and just takes your money.

      Place my order on October 14, 2024 Order number ***** Sents 3 emails asking for update and they said it already ship however i wanted to cancel and get my money back

      Order placed 10/20/24 Delivery 11/9/24- outside 14 business day delivery I purchased instatint for my daughters car. One sheet arrived creased. I reached out to instatint. I did receive a response to my initial email. On 12/26/24 We attempted to install the tint sheets again on all of the other windows per the instructions and this will not remain on the window when rolled down. We followed the directions included as well as on the website. Order placed 10/20/24 Delivery 11/9/24- outside 14 business day delivery

      I made a one-time purchase from this company on 10/30/2024 for $124.13 and received the product I ordered. Since then, I have not made any other purchases with this company and they have charged me 3 additional times for varying amounts. A charge for $29.99 was attempted on 11/27/2024, $26.99 on 11/30/2024, and $21.59 on 1/15/2025. This company is clearly attempting to **** customers!

      I have not received ANY notification about my order without my first contacting them.Per their policy they require 2-5 manufacturing days and shipping even around holiday would take UP TO 10 days which that time frame has been completed.I asked them to cancel in which they said no but I was planning on having the order by a certain date as a gift. When emailing the company it come back as a personal name (***** ****) and when I try to go to FAQ on the site it redirects me to a flower company.There is a tracking number after I let them know I will file a complaint but the tracking number is not associated with anything and was more than likely listed to ilude to progress on my order. I simply want a refund so I can utilize a different business
