      Purchased a product.. they never shipped it.. talked to a *** there and they said they would ship it.. and still havent. I asked for a refund, and their solution was to create a shipping label, but still havent shipped the product.. asked for a refund twice, within the 30 day window, and refuse to refund me

      I placed an order with InstaTints that never arrived. I received automated responses through both email and messages through Instagram but the problem was never resolved.

      This company failed to send me my product I paid for they charge my card and failed to send me what I paid for from the company every time I reached out they responded with an email saying they will ship my product but failed I place my order from since 10/17/2024

      I placed an order#**** in March 2024 for Tint for my vehicle and never received it. Thruout those months Ive waited I had a couple of contacts with the business about my order and asking for a Refund but I kept being told it was being processed. Finally in Dec. 2024 the company said they processed my or and shipped it to me even gave me a tracking # from *****. The company some shipped the packed to the wrong address. I contacted ***** and they confirmed the the packed wasnt addressed to me. They would not tell me the address it was delivered to but said the sender(instatints) needed to contact them and provided them with the correct address. Ive contacted Instatints multiple times explaining what happened But they refuse to issue me a refund or send a replacement order. All they keep telling me is that they show the package being delivered. They refuse to fix their and issue me a refund

      I purchased window tints from this company on December 20th, 2024 for $143. I never received any type of confirmation on my order. It's been over 2 weeks, I have tried to contact them and yet still no response. I went back to where they are advertising and have discovered that they're doing this to almost everyone whose tried to purchase the product.

      Hello there,

      SInce I've filed the complaint, they, InstaTint, have reached out twice. The first time with a "tracking number" ***** 9205567026631505004631  and a second time trying to explain it may take a couple days to appear on the **** site. 

      However, it's been over a week since they gave me this tracking number and when I try to track it via the **** website, it says the package has not yet been created. It's becoming more evident to me that this company is a scam.

      I purchased instatint for my 1963 C-10 and was charges ****** on Sept 29, 2024. I was told on Nov 1 that that they did not do tint for older vehicles and my order was canceled and I would have a refund within 3-5 days. I have not received this refund. I have sent various email and also went on their website contact, requesting they email and call me with no response.

      So i ordered the the front window tints on October 26th. They said that the quarter windows in the back are included and free. So on my invoice as i attached here, i have the front windows, a vacuum that i purchased, quarter windows, and they added some membership that was also free as stated in the invoice. Then my package did not come for over a month. The vacuum is STILL not here. They rarely respond when you reach out to them, and when they do, it's some canned/automated reply. The window tints finally come and its the incorrect size, no quarter windows, no vacuum. I'm not even kidding. Just the incorrect front window tints. I reach out to them and they said that the quarter windows didn't come with what i bought. So now they've gone back on their word. And they said the vacuum is from a different vendor but will be here this week. I thought there must be a mistake. Easily the worst customer service i've ever experienced, it was an easy fix. I spent 177 DOLLARS with this company which is a lot of money for this, just to get 1/4 of what i got. Oh, AND i purchased priority shipping for an extra 25 dollars. Time goes on and i email them over and over again with no reply, then an automated reply. No one is replying to me. THEN, i get a charge for 30 DOLLARS! for what????? im still not sure. no ones replied. a random 30 dollar charge. I email them 8-10 times threatening to leave a BBB complaint and still nothing. One guy finally replies and says the exact same email from before "the vacuum is from a different vendor and will be there this week". I've never filled out a complaint on the BBB before, but I had the worst experience buying anything of my life I just had to. I work in customer service. It's ridiculous. These guys should be shut down and everyone refunded. It's that bad. There was no confirmation for purchase, receipt, tracking, nothing. I had to ask.

      I had plaved an order oct 27th. 1st was over charged then was refused a refund of the amount overcharged. I had waited a month without any type of contact from them. I then reached out looking for my order. The order had yet to be sent. I requested a refund and was refused. Saying that because it was shipped it was impossible, contradicting there previously excuse. It is now Dec31 and i yet to receive as a tracking number, name of courier, or a refund. Jst genaric emails saying its on its way. They are a bunch of crooks and would tell anyone considering to use there services or looking to buy there product is to RUN! ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!

      I ordered from instatint. I received the wrong cuts for my windows for a 2008 ***** civic si coupe. They said they would replace it in 2 weeks. I been waiting for one month and emailed them several times to get no response.
