Patriot golf, They launched a promotion for GolfNow members where they would send clubs for testing with free returns within 90 days. They charged me $500. It took them a month and a half to send the clubs. The twelve balls never arrived. I informed them that I would return them. They asked me for $200 to keep the clubs, and even so, I returned them and had to pay for shipping. They sent me a confirmation email saying they would refund me next month, and this has already been 4 months. They deducted it from my card in April and I returned it in June. I have called many times and they tell me that they will send it to me next week. It has been 3 months and it has not arrived next week. Should I go to court?Patriot Golf Inc.

I have a similar story to all of the rest of these. Patriot contacted me in June 2023 and said if i tested their driver and 3 woods if i didn't like the 3 woods I could return them for full refund and keep the free driver just for testing it. I received the clubs in August 2023, tested them for 2 weeks and they clearly were not as good as the clubs I already had. So I called them and said i wanted to return them. After a long discussion ignoring the fact i wanted to return them, they agree to a substantial credit, keep the clubs i had plus send me a new putter for free. Needless to say i didn't receive the putter or the credit so i called them January 2024. This time i would not give an inch and demanded a return PO and full refund. They begrudgingly agreed to it and gave me the return PO and address. I returned all of the clubs in February 2024 at my expense. Now I have been calling and emailing weekly for 7 months and get every BS story in the book. Its in to accounting for approval. Its approved waiting to cut checks. We only cut checks in batches. Its all BS. These guys are crooks and should be shut down. Bernie MPatriot Golf Inc.

This company is a total SCAM!!!!!!! You will never get a refund of any type. They consistently lie to you about a check being ready to mail out. Guess what, it never gets mailed out. I have called dozens of times in an 8 month period, supervisor always says sorry the check is being mailed out on Friday. They LIE!!!!!!! This company should be shut down. Its a shame they use veterans as a hook for people to buy from them. They should be embarrassed.Patriot Golf Inc.

I really like the 3,5,7, *****. the driver's set s**** fell out of the back of club head! Their delivery system could use some tweaking is the reason for the 2 star rating!!Patriot Golf Inc.

I wish I had read your reviews prior to placing an order with this company, now I too am waiting for a refund after getting 4 clubs which turned out to be poor performance. I received them 4/30/24. in late may , I contacted customer service, went through the same nonsense with a so called golf pro salesman, but I refused to keep the clubs, he reluctantly gave me the return code, followed by an Insult for not doing what he wanted.
then after a month and no refund, again I contacted customer service, and was informed the clubs were received ( I tracked them, so I new they arrived). I was informed the refund would be issued with their next payment cycle. another month has passed, still no refund

I regret doing business with Patriot Golf. They have refused refunding my money for months now after promising to do so time after time. They do not return calls or emails. Seems like they need to continue to make "new sales" to have enough funds to reimburse dissatisfied customers.Do not do business with **********************.Patriot Golf Inc.

I just had a very unpleasent conversation with one of their Reps. they offered me some free golf ***** and a golf driver if I would evaluate 3 clubs; a 3 wood, 5 wood and a seven wood. the young man I spoke with was very pleasent and he explained the offer but when it came to the credit card he explained that if after the evaluation; if I wanted to keep the clubs I would be charged for the clubs I wanted to keep and send the others back except for the driver it was mine to keep. The credit card would be on file as security for the clubs. well it turns out that was not true, my credit card was charged but the bank declined it because I did'nt have the money to cover the amount. I called the company and that's when the rep I spoke to became unpleasent with the situation accusing me of misunderstanding the offer. he said the rep that gave me the offer did not mislead me and accused me of being ignorant. If the Rep would have told me he was going to charge my credit card in the first place I would have declined the offer because I knew I did'nt have the money in the bank. I am 84 years old and consider myself fairly intellegent. I was an Engineer for 40 years and served in the Military. I do not appriciate being called or insinuated that I'm ingnorant. I can understand trying to protect employees but as I told the final Rep listen to the quality assurance conversation tape.Patriot Golf Inc.

We appreciate the customer's interest and generous opportunity to earn his business. We also deeply regret any misunderstandings that *** have occurred in any of the conversations between him and our company. Listening to his initial sales call at the sales reps says "we do require the wholesale price of each wood charged to any major credit card just to insure we get the clubs back... if you do keep them you keep them at that wholesale price." At the end of the call when totalling him up the rep ****** "again, its $149 each for the 3, 5 and 7 so a total of $447 will be charged for the set but you have a money back guarantee in writing." We ask all our representatives to be clear on this point and when a charge successfully goes through our system immediately sends a verification email letting them know exactly how much has been charged so the representative has no incentive to misrepresent. In this instance, when the customer's credit card declined, a customer service rep called back the customer and apologized for any misunderstandings explaining they were not intentional. The customer dug in his heels and told the rep that he did not have the funds in his account to cover this transaction and never would have gone further had the original representative not misled him. That rep transferred him to a supervisor who again apologized about any misunderstandings. The customer again reiterated that he did not misunderstand. The supervisor in customer service let him know that he would cancel the order and thanked him for his interest. The supervisor did not at any time call the customer ignorant. We cannot dispute at all that the customer's account is accurate to the best of his recollection and we appreciate that he is bringing to our attention that we should have handled this call with more emphasis on his experience rather than the facts of the matter. Although we dispute the specifics and would gladly sit with him and listen to the calls in question to show him how things transpired, we nonetheless take responsibility for not deferring more to his concerns in the moment and making him feel heard and validated which would have truly been excellent customer service.Review fromLorne S

Do not trust this company. A salesman called me and promissed something they could not do. They charged me the full prfice.. $469.00. I cancelled the order. Followed up two monts later about my refund. promissed to get back to me. no reply tried again in April and *** still the stall no reply. 5 months into this. Rip off organization.Patriot Golf Inc.

In reviewing this account, It shows customer signed up to do test play on Feb 1st. Customer cancelled order on March *********. Custom Clubs were re stocked and customer was refunded on May 9th. Check out their other profile in **. They use the bait and switch technique when offering something free, and then tell you that you need to pay $$$ for the clubs, right before you sign off. But, that isn't the best part. Their refund policy is fake. I've been working them for 8 months about a $220 refund on clubs, and they always give the run around. I've called every month about my refund and I get the same thing. They're never rude, they're just sketchy. They now have a NEW BBB profile (this one) since they have changed their address to ************, from ***** all fairness, if they were underwater and admitted they couldn't do it, I'd ask for something in retribution and be done with it. But, don't promise me something like a refund and keep skipping on it like a child.Patriot Golf Inc.

We called in May to resolve based on a dispute that was sent. We accepted the dispute and honored the dispute as well as sent a putter on the house. So at this point you have all the clubs and your money. We are glad you are reaching out to us even if its via the BBB, as we would like to get our product back and consider this matter closed.
