I ordered golf clubs on March 20, 2023 (3 hybrids on a trial basis that I could return if not satisfied, and keep a driver and putter) The money was charged to my account that day. Received them April 24, 2023. Used them-didn't like them (they seem inferior) Called Patriot on June 12, 2023 - told them I would return ALL the clubs - even the driver and putter that I was told I could keep, and asked for refund. Got a "hard" sell to receive a set of irons and an F-35 driver instead. I agreed, and was told the irons would be sent to me in 30 days. Finally, on September 20, (3 months plus later) I called them, saying I had not received the irons - cancel the irons order and send me a refund for the hybrids and I will send back the hybrids, driver and putter. I was told that I would receive the refund within 30 days. On November 7 (48 days later) I talked with a rep - she said she had a record of my previous conversations with the "guy", and would get back to me. On November 8 she emailed me, stating my "refund is now queued to be processed." and within a few business days I should see the refund processed back to my account. On November ****** days later) I emailed her because I had not received the refund. No response. November 27 I emailed her again. No response. December 1 I emailed her again. No response.I will send the hybrids, (driver and putter which I was told I could keep) back. I don't want the irons either. (Which I never did receive.) I just want a refund.Thank you for any assistance you can provide in my receiving a refund.Patriot Golf Inc.

I responded to a marketing add, to try out a free driver if I also tried out three other *****. I was asked to put up a cc as security for the clubs. This occurred in July OF 2023. They told that they would have to make the clubs and I should receive them within thirty days. They charged my card ****** on August 07,2023. When I received the clubs I immediately saw that they were c*** and inferior golf equipment. I called them back and spoke to Supervisor ********************* about the return. He was very aggressive and aggravated about me wanting to return the equipment. We finally agreed that I would not return the equipment in exchange for a ****** USD return to my account. This was in September. I have since spoken to three different people all stating that I was in que waiting to be processed for my return. I recently spoke to a ***************************** who said the same thing. Im seeking your help to hopefully get my refund of ****** USDPatriot Golf Inc.

I previously purchased golf clubs from Patriot Golf and was contacted by them to test several clubs with guaranteed refund upon return after testing. I paid $486.95 and received the clubs to test in November 2022. I returned them in February 2023. I have contacted Patriot Golf via email and phone multiple times with many stories about the check being sent to me. My attorney sent 2 registered letters to Patriot Golf. As of today, November 28, 2023, I have yet to receive my refund.Patriot Golf Inc.

I cant give this company a rating of (-1) because its not available. I was lured to this company by an email promoting ( Get a driver free after trying out a set of ***** (3,5&7) . If youre not satisfied send them back within 30 days of receiving them. I complied and called them for a return address. I had already spoke to them about charging my card without my authorization (535.USD) The supervisor ( *********************) spoke with me and because it would cost me to send them back. He suggested that I keep them and hed reimburse me 300.USD to my card within thirty days. This all occurred in September2023. Ive been calling to find out when theyre going to honor the agreement but Ive only been strung along by the staff . ********************* will not make himself available to me . *** been promised a return call for the last mo th. I ordered the "free driver" with the 3, 5, and 7 ***** on July 12, 2023. I was told I would receive the clubs in 4 to 6 weeks. After 8 weeks, I called Patriot to cancel my order and get my money ($542 and change). I was told the clubs were "on the pallet" and ready to be shipped. I told the person I still wanted to cancel. I was then told if I would agree, they would refund half of my money ($270.00) and I could have the clubs. The clubs arrived a week later. I have since made three calls on October 9th, October 24th, and November 8th for the $270. to be returned with no luck. A customer service person named "***" has told me twice, that he would instruct the accounting department to refund my money, with no results. On the last call, I told "***" that Patriot should be ashamed to even use the word Veteran in their advertising. I cannot even give a 1 star rating to Patriot GolfPatriot Golf Inc.

DIDN'T CARE FOR THE CLUBS & CALLED PATRIOT GOLF FOR A RETURN ADDRESS CONFIRMATION NUMBER. (WHICH THEY MAKE YOU SO THEY CAN TALK YOU OUT OF RETURNING ANYTHING TO SEND YOU MORE CLUBS AT NO CHARGE OR KEEP WHAT YOU ORDERED FOR A PARTIAL RETURN) PATROIT GOLF RECEIVED THE RETURN ON MAY 22, 2023 WITH IN THE TIME FRAME THAT IS REQUIRED WHICH IS 45 DAYS FROM THE DAY IN WHICH YOU RECEVED YOUR ORDER. I CALLED BACK 3 WEEKS LATER & TALKED SAMANTHA AND SHE GAVE ME THE EXACT SAME SPEAL AS BRIANNA AND WILL FORWARD THE INFORMATION TO ACCOUNTING TO FIND OUT THE HOLD UP & WE WILL EMAIL A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE CHECK. We regret this customer and his son feel this way, however it is understandable. There was an order placed and it did come with a full money back guarantee. The customer sent the clubs back in June and made several attempts to seek him refund. We did switch banks from the time of the charge in Jan to the requested refund in June which wouldn't allow us to process a refund directly back to credit card. This should have been managed better and the refund should have been processed manually. I apologize that the customer was not given the customer support he deserved. I ordered and paid for their clubs back on November 13th 2022 and it took until late January 2023 to receive them I tried them for approximately 45 days and opted to return them for a refund. The manager convince me to keep them and he would send me a complete set of irons and putter.
I verified which irons he was sending and agreed.
It took until April to receive the next batch of clubs and they were the wrong ones and missing several. Again, I was promised that they would send out the correct clubs and fix everything. I waited until July and decided to give up and send them back everything. They sent me a shipping label and I returned them at the end of July. They confirmed that they did receive them and agreed to give me my money back. They said it would take 30 days. Obviously it did not happen. I have continued to call and email and every time they tell me that it will be going out in a week or so.
Now it is October 17, 2023 and they just said that the check will go out some time.
This is a terrible company to deal with and do not do what they say they will do. They want to hide behind the patriotism, but in fact I think that it is just a scam.Patriot Golf Inc.

This company is either fraud organization or just another internet scam. The "Free Driver" deal they offer with a 45 day trial and return policy is a joke. As per their "offer" I returned the clubs well within the allotted trial period. I emailed their *************************** numerous regarding my return and refund due. I was told they indeed had received my my clubs and my refund would be forth coming. I purchased the clubs on %/17/23. To date 10/6/23 I have yet received any refund. They keep telling me it will be refunded within the next 3 days after each call or email. Nothing happens. I even spoke with one of the Managers named ****** who claimed he would handle this and even told me he was a "Man of His Word". He is not. This is company claims to be run by veterans and affiliated with the American Legion. If that's true they should be ashamed of themselves. Patriot Golf and their Corporate Officers can now expect both financial and legal action against them.Patriot Golf Inc.

I should of as well done more research on the company who bases their existence on first responders and doing things the right way. I did the "free" driver, 4 sets of ***** and 4 clubs as a review of their clubs. You have a 30-day grace ****** and can return the 3,5,7 ***** at no cost/refund. I told them up front I could not and did not have the money to buy the clubs Stupidly I put the offer on a CC thinking that I would just get the refund back within the 30 days and pay it off on the card. Since they were "just looking" to get their names out there. At the 3 week ***** I called to return the clubs as planned. We are now 1 year later since I have been going through this mess, and about 25 no call-backs on "promised call backs" and 50 times promised the check was in the mail and nothing to show for....I agreed to this in August of ********************** 2023 and am waiting on my refund check of $300. The order was for $525....DO NOT DO ANY business with these people. It is terriblePatriot Golf Inc.
