    They lie about all their timeframes that the promise or attach their word to. Then if you ask about why things are taking so long they always revert back to being a small companythe clubs I ordered took longer to arrive than they originally said they would, but my problem is that when I got a refund on some of the clubs I purchased I was told by a rep ********** it would be 5-10 business days for my returnafter I was initially told Id receive it within 30 days from the manager (***). The initial return order was put in early/mid Januaryits about to be April 1st & my email was not returned & when I call now nobody wants to answer the phone. Clubs werent bad at all, but I wouldnt recommend doing business with them. Very unprofessional. Still waiting for my $370 refund

    Same issue as everyone else. Purchased 4 clubs for wife and I, we only wanted to keep 1 each and send rest back for a refund. We then made an agreement to keep all of them and they would refund us each $250 and send free club covers. Now, 2 months and multiple calls and emails into this we received one $250 credit but was told they couldn't process 2nd credit to my CC and would be mailing me a check...what? Still no club covers as well. How do they stay in business being this crooked! Nightmare!

    Customer ordered on 11/14/2023.  Customer was then offered a $250 refund and could keep the clubs to which this was done on 3/12/2024.


    The second order also placed on 11/14/2023 and we again offered to same deal as before.  However, this refund wouldn't go through on 3/12/2023.    We then tried again on April 17th and it was accepted.   We have since learned that the merchant will not allow back to back duplicate amounts to be refunded to the same card.  This was unknown at the time and we apologize for the frustrations this lack of knowledge may have caused.

    This company is terrible. Do not do the trials they offer as they will not refund you the money. I have been trying to be refunded for around 10 months. I have called many times and they give me the go around every time. I then put in a claim with BBB to which they never responded. The golf clubs are cheaply built as well, do not waste your time. Avoid the headache and avoid this company.

    They hide behind helping veterans which I doubt since they don't stand by their guarantee or the 100$ rebate check which I've been hounding them for over 6 months with just excuses and empty promises . This company is a simple bait and switch scam.

    Same issue as everyone else. Hated the clubs and was willing to keep the clubs at a substantial discount, but the credit I’m owed back to my credit card has not posted as requested. The 45 day window expired in a September and it is now mid January with no end in sight. Stay away from this company, do not get roped into their scheme.

    This customer was refunded 1/2 of his money  and allowed to keep clubs as well.   The refund request was on 8-23-2023 and the actual refund was done on 8-30-2023.

    I've been trying for almost 18 MONTHS to get my refund and apparently there is zero accountability to accomplish this. I am years passed annoyed and frustrated. The interest I've paid on my CC for this has way surpassed the worth of these clubs. At first I wanted the full refund but based on what your "company" values I agreed to keep some clubs and $300 refund... I obviously shouldn't of done that and just want to get this over with. Please refund me!!!!!!!!

    I received a promotional email for Patriot Golf in September about some golf clubs. As someone who works in the industry, I was curious about the clubs and thought supporting a veteran owned company would be a great. I ordered a couple clubs with hopes they would arrive in time to use before winter hit. I reached back out a month later checking on the status of my order and was told they would not be ready. Since the season was coming to a close I asked to cancel my order for a refund. This was in mid-October. It is now the New Year and I still have not received my refund even after emailing and speaking to numerous representatives over the phone. They assured me it just takes a few billing cycles for the refund to go through (what company have you ever heard of that says that). At this point, it feels like a scam company and that they have stolen money from me. I'm all for supporting our veterans, but this company is a joke and I would never suggest giving them business.

    My review is simply going to echo the comments made by the other 1 star reviews for this company.Received email stating I could receive a free driver and a choice of two styles of putter and some golf ***** and additional accessories; FOR FREE!Upon calling the company I got the normal hard sell,( which I was expecting).The phone rep then stated that the driver,(choice of the putter), and the golf ***** and accessories were at no charge but wanted me to try three of their custom built drivers which I declined At that point I stated to receive these free items youre going to be asking for a Credit Card correct - his answer was yes. He stated that is for the purchase of the custom built drivers for a trial . After my trial, if I was not satisfied, I could receive a refund.Nowhere in their ad or disclaimer accompanying the ad does it state to receive the free gifts a credit card is required.In addition to this review, Im going to file a written complaint with a consumer protection agency as well.Stay as far away from this company as you can.Hopefully others will read these reviews before they dive in and call the number for the free gifts.!

    This review is not correct. We do specify that participation is required on every promotion we do in which participation is required. We have promotions that have no participation required as well as those that participation is required. Based on this review, the reviewer was savvy enough to know that there would be a cost involved, ( custom built *************** @ no charge?) while also offended about it at the same time. Although we strive to give the best deals and service to all, clearly it's not possible.

    Like many others I took up a test play offer from patriot golf and wasn't satisfied with my order. I called the customer service line to get a "refund code" that's says is guaranteed by their policy in November and was talked down to a partial refund and if I still wasn't satisfied (which I wasn't) to call for a FULL REFUND. I called later on was agreed upon with the customer service representative but I have yet to receive a confirmation email of notice or refund or a refund at all. This business has very sketchy practices and wouldn't recommend any business with them.

    We apologize for the mix up, but do disagree with the above complaint.  This customer sent his clubs back around the end of Feb 2024.  We clearly state on the paperwork, that just like all big golf club manufactures, we ask for up to 1 billing cycle to do diligence and get refund processed.  Customer chose to dispute the charge with credit card company on 3-13-24 and we approved the dispute.
