I received an email through Hole 19, an app I use while playing golf. It advertised a "Free Driver" When I called about it all you had to do was try a 3 wood, 5 wood and a 7 wood and if you didn't like them you could return them and keep the driver. When I called to return them, the representative talked me into a new set of irons and a putter for $19.95 shipping and he would credit back $100 within a month. After 35 days, they took the $19.95 and never credited the $100. I canceled order and now I will have to pay shipping to get the 3-5-7 back to them and then the will credit me the price I paid upfront. I doubt this will happen in a timely manner if at all!! They promise a lot but don't deliver. If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is!! Don't make the mistake I made!! I would give it zero stars if I couldPatriot Golf Inc.

Customer did sign up to test play clubs as stated. He also called to send back and we did offer to send additional custom clubs at no charge ( less $19.95 S&H.) The order for additional clubs went in on 6/21/23 and right before the new custom order shipped, the customer changed his mind and cancelled 7/26/23. Although we are proud of our product, we respect his right to cancel and have refunded his S&H on the additional product he no longer wants and will issue his refund on the original order once we have received the clubs back. This business is not reliable whatsoever. I placed an order a month ago through their free driver trial and every time I checked it said nothing but processing order. I ended up quitting golf due to personal reasons and I checked once more today before calling and it still said processing. I called to cancel the order and get my refund and the guy I spoke with (*********************) told me that the order has already been shipped and he cannot do that, I then asked him to provide a tracking number since he assured and promised me that it was already on its way to me, however he could not give me a tracking number and saying that I would have it in 1-2 days. I told him that if he did not have a tracking number then clearly it had not been shipped out yet and he proceeded to say I can get my refund when I receive the clubs and send them back since hes not going to have people look for the order on a pallet with 100s of other orders. He even tried using a tactic of having me only pay half for the clubs even though I was adamant that all I wanted was a refund. This company is a headache to work with, I have never received any updates from them, and their customer service immediately gets an attitude when you want to cancel or return an order.Patriot Golf Inc.

I have spent the past few months attempting to get two refunds. One for clubs that I returned ($498), and one refund for discounted clubs ($249). All they do is give you a run around and excuses. They say they will have a "supervisor" call back, and they never do. Or, their supervisor is on a break or at lunch. Excuse after excuse, with no results. Computers were down. They changed banks. They moved their company to *********. They have a playbook full of excuses. I do not recommend purchasing clubs from this company. They sound nice, hard sell you when you try to return, but now are just stealing from me. Keeping my money for a product I have returned. I'm not sure if they are associated with Veterans or not, but I thought it sounded like a good cause to help support. I still fully support our Veterans, but am disappointed that this company has used them and does not do the honorable thing like so many Veterans have and will do.Patriot Golf Inc.

I ordered a set of golf clubs back in March and was told it would take 45 days to receive the clubs. Unfortunately I ran into some financial difficulties and I called and canceled the order in March. After several telephone calls and emails I have yet to see a refund. over $400. It is July 14 now and I have emailed them twice this week along with no response. I was suggest that no one do business with this company because if youre unsatisfied with the product or if you simply cancel, you will not get a refund even though they say you will.Patriot Golf Inc.

Unfortunately, this customers original charge was with a bank we no longer were using and unable to process the refund though the system.

I ordered a Patriot Golf set of a driver, 3 wood, 5 wood and 7 wood to try.out for trial period. At the end of that time I could simply keep the clubs or return them to Patriot Golf for a full refund. When I contacted them to return the clubs we came to an agreement that I could keep the clubs in lieu of returning them and they would pay me back $300 of the money I had sent them for the clubs and send me the head covers for the clubs. This agreement was made in early May. However, after many delays and excuses by Patriot, I still do not have my refund of $300, much less the promised head covers.Then, on June 14th, i received an email from ***************************** with Patriot stating that I would get an email that week giving me tracking information for the check for $300. That email has never come and, although ******** has promised her supervisor would call me back to clear this matter up, but that call has also not been made. It appears that Patriot puts customers off with various excuses about changing banks, etc. hoping the customer will give up so that ********************** can simply keep the customers refund for themselves.Patriot Golf Inc.

Customer is correct in that he did agree to test some custom clubs and when calling to return was offered a deep discount of $300. We were unable to refund him via the same way he was charged as from the time he was charged to the request / deal for refund, we had switched merchants. If you want to kiss your money goodby, deal with Patriot Golf. This company is every bit as bad as the bad reviews you read here. They promise a refund within a 30 day billing period. Then, they say they changed banks and will send a check. Both are absolute lies. I don't believe this company has any intention of honoring their refund promises. As a Veteran I thought it was worth a chance as they claimed they work on behalf of Vets. If you are a Vet DO NOT patronize this outfit as they dishonor Vets. They use us to make money. Customer agreed to do a test play. His charge was so long ago, that when we switched merchant accounts, they only gave 180 days to process refunds,. At that time this customers desire to return clubs had not been made. The clubs were shipped on April 21st and returned on May 24th. Although it took a slight bit longer then we would have liked, we did cut a check and mail it out on 7/6/23. We wish nothing but the best for this customer.Review fromJamaison P

For a company that was created and run by Veterans they sure do not care about Veterans. I was contacted saying I was entitled to a free driver and to call. I called and was informed that I was required to take part of a test that I had to pay for, but would be reimbursed. I tried explaining that I was a Disabled Veteran with a strict budget and couldn't afford the payment. Even when offered a 10% lower fee. While I was trying to explain this I was hung up on. Since I couldn't pay I was of no use to their bottom line which is money not actually wanting to work with Veterans.Patriot Golf Inc.

Our promotions vary. We do have promotions in which customers can receive a custom golf club at no additional charge for testing and evaluating other product. We always want the best experience for golfers and do offer 10% discount for Veterans and sometimes add additional complimentary custom product to help out. We do not advocate anyone ever hanging up on anyone. Unfortunately, without the phone number, we are unable to retrieve this call to verify and resolve what customer has shared. Had customer called back directly to inform us of his experience, we could have not only gotten to the bottom of it, but we would have done whatever we could to make things right. Did the test, chose not to keep/buy the clubs at full price. Agreed to keep the clubs at a salvage price. Promised a refund by *** on 04/27/2023 within a 30 day billing cycle. On 5/31 was promised by ****** a refund after curtly telling me he wouldnt go round and round with me great customer service, eh? Called again on 6/6 and was promised again by *** that I would receive the refund. The ploy of helping veterans, etc is now galling having to repeatedly ask for the promised refund. I asked to speak to someone with the authority to execute the promised refund. Cant say I have any respect for this company, nor do I believe what Im being promised, nor would I recommend that anyone submit themselves to such dishonorable treatment of a customer.Patriot Golf Inc.

I have been working on securing a refund for some Demo clubs I returned 4/18/23. Was told a check would be mailed a month later (5/18/23) Four calls later still no refund. I will no longer do business with these people. A they give Veterans a bad name.Patriot Golf Inc.
