  The worst customer service. I tried their test program. I called to return the clubs and agreed to a refund in April, 2023. After multiple calls to customer service and conversations with supervisors Ive been told the processing is now with accounting. This has been going on for over 7 weeks. Im sorry I did not check with the BBB before I got involved with Patriot Golf. My advise, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

  Customer is correct in that he did sign up for the test play on 1/6/23. Clubs were shipped on 3/2/2023. Customer called to send back on 4/10/23. Customer decided to accept a partial refund of $275.00 and could keep clubs at the discounted price. Check mailed 6/6/2023 for this amount. We apologize for the frustration and delays and wish customer the best.

  I accepted their offer to buy four clubs for $149 each with a guarantee to return the clubs and receive a refund. I tried the clubs and did not like them. When I called to say I wanted to return them, I was given an argument by the representative who finally agreed to provide a $300 refund if I kept the clubs. I have been waiting since February for the refund and have placed a number of phone calls. I am always told the representative would check with their accounting department and return my call with an update. This never occurs.

  Customer is correct that he agreed to test play clubs on Feb 13, 2023. Clubs were shipped March 14, 2023.Customer called to return and was given option to keep at a discount which he agreed too. A refund in the amount of $300 was mailed 6/6/23. We sincerely apologize for the delays and any aggravation they may have caused.

  Participated in one of their promotions back in July of 2022, was suppose to get sent a free set of wedges and 3 fairway ***** worth about $500. They said that the fairway ***** were free to try and I could send them back for free. They charged my card, and I waited for delivery. September 2022, still no delivery so I cancel my order and they say they'll give me a refund. I have called multiple times and they said a check is on the way. It is now May of 2023, almost a full year from the initial purchase and I still have not received my refund. I have emailed with *****************************, and she said a check was on the way back in November. Still no check. An absolute scam, this business should be shut down, especially for preying on veterans like myself and other patriots.

  Although we strive to provide the best possible customer service for everyone, occasionally things slip between the cracks. When we originally had received the product back from the customer and set him up to be refunded to the credit card on the original transaction, he reached out to Patriot to advise ** that he had closed his credit card account and requested we issue a check instead. At the time, our posted return policy was to only issue returns to credit cards used in the purchase but we told him we could make an exception. As this was not our usual policy it appears that we had dropped the ball and the customer did not receive a check. We have cut a check for the entire original charge and sent it to the customer. We thank him for his interest and hope to speak to him again

  Well so far not bad OK it took sometime for the clubs to arrive I ordered Driver 3 5 7 clubs driver is taking time to get a custom to 3 was less of a challenge 5 was something I don't often use and the 7 never used but l'll give it a try ..Now for the return of money because you didn't like the clubs well there wrong for not sending back your money . Now as far as the clubs aren't what you expected they were 135 dollars each what did you expect XPG the are hundreds per club a set is around 3 **** are f35 the best clubs I own not sure yet so it's something only time will tell not sure were they are made seams to be a industry secret.

  What a joke and disgrace that they play patriotic music while your on hold. I support Vets but not these guys. they rip you off keep your money and say they will mail it back to you and never do. I have called 6 times in last two months and they say "check is in the mail after next billing cycle."seems this is how they make their money just by keeping it and not delivering it.finally got them to at least send me email saying they will send the check ...wait and see

  I have bought many clubs thru Patriot Golf--with (so-called free clubs, ex: buy or test try ***** and get driver free). In all cases I have kept the free clubs and paid for the trial clubs. One of my complaints is that they were supposed to send me club heads for the ***** (asked for them and was promised many times) and never got them. Another problem is how long it took to receive what I did get each time (and them telling me it would be next week and it would end up weeks later. I have purchased everything except Hybrids from them and I like my own hybrids I have. Last complaint is a salesman called and offered a $600 value package for free if I try out the hybrids (which of course you pay in advance and if return have to wait for refund). When I told the salesman I already have the driving iron etc. He hung up before I could tell or complain or anything. Clubs themselves aren't bad but their way of running a business *****.

  Although we strive to provide the best service to each and everyone of our customers, occasionally we drop the ball. In this customers case, he waited longer than needed. We admitted this to the customer and have done our best to provide him with additional product at low / no cost. The only items at no cost still pending are the head covers due to the fact they are out of stock. We will be honoring that part of his order as soon as it becomes possible.   I , like many of the complaints against Patriot Golf have not received my money back guarantee since Sept 2022. I call and they say they will make a counter offer with other clubs. I say no. I've returned clubs and still they don't send money. They say i@sues with accounting ********************** going through changes. They will send email. accounting ***** ****, *** ******** all say same thing, this real disabled vet trusted this company who use Veterans To assemble the clubs. Thought I would help but seems they wish to take advantage of anyone and me a true veteran. What do I have to do to get money back. I have called what twenty times, polite as all get out and they all run me around with with ever changing story. Most reviews are like mine about this Patriot golf.

  The customer is completely correct that we processed this order and that it subsequently and thoroughly fell through the cracks. Furthermore, he is correct in saying when he returned the order that we did not immediately issue a refund. The original charge had occurred so long ago that the bank through which we processed the order was no longer in use by our company. We did indeed drop the ball on issuing the refund in a timely manner. A refund was mailed on May 12th, 2023 to address on file. . We humbly apologize for failing to make his experience all it should and could have been.

  Tried the driver promotion. After months of delay, the driver and fairway ***** finally showed up. Gave them a try but wanted to return the ***** and receive my full refund. Spoke to supervisor, convinced me to keep ***** and receive a 50% refund. This was in August 2022. Called in October inquiring about my refund. This time they offered a new set of irons in lieu of refund. I declined. Followed up several times, still no refund. We are now 10 months into this nightmare. I'd warn everyone to steer clear of this scam. I just want my money but on the last call I said I would take either just to be done with it.

  The customer is completely correct that when he called to send back part of the order, we offered a discount and let him keep the whole order. However, did not immediately issue a partial refund. The original charge had occurred through a bank which was no longer in use by our company. We did indeed drop the ball on issuing the refund in a timely manner. A check was cut and mailed off on 3/28/23. We humbly apologize for failing to make your experience all it should and could have been.

  Misleading marketing. Offered a free driver, then snuck in that you have to purchase ***** to get the free driver for a total of $450. Lied about costs of shipping and handling. When I changed my mind after reading many negative reviews, I called to cancel and received significant pushback from their representative. After begging to have my money refunded, I was told that they would make me a deal and discount the ***** that I made clear I didnt want, then was told how much better these clubs would make my golf game over and over. I was finally told my cancellation would be processed and I would receive an email confirmation ASAP and refund. Its been 5 days and neither of those have come. Stay away from patriot golf. This is minor league scammers!
