    I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman today by the name of Kris S. who was able to efficiently and effectively help me 110%.
    I received notice via email from my property management that IdentityIQ can help my financial well-being. I clicked the link and ended up on the wrong plan and services. After about 2 weeks, neither my property management nor a prior service representative and their supervisor knew what the issue was.
    Kris S. called me 24hr after another call into customer service and he was FLAWLESS. He was polite, professional, kind, understanding, and calming. He went above and beyond by staying on the call with me and even took direct action by manually updating my account. He gave the correct advisements, disclosures, and set proper expectations while answering last minute questions.
    As someone who has been in phone based customer service for almost a decade, and now currently a supervisor of an insurance company, I understand the importance of services meant for protecting people while giving excellent customer service in times of need.
    I know with confidence that if the entirety of IdentityIQ / Resident Link were staffed by people like Kris S., nothing would go wrong. Kris is the type of guy I want in my corner for anything and he is the top reason I did not cancel my account overall. I'm grateful I get to work on bettering my financial future.

    Signed up for a 7 day trial and cancelled before the end of the trial period. I was still charged for the full service and they refuse to refund me sighting”time and resources to pull my credit report”. They state there is a clause in their terms and conditions that states even though you cancel you will still be charged. I feel they are ripping off consumers for this service. All of the services “they provide” are available free else where and I was caught up in signing up while trying to procure a loan. They are impossible to contact and when you get through it’s all **. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was disconnected. I have now also been blocked from their web site. Avoid this business at all costs. They are supposed to protect you from fraud they are the fraudulent ones!!!

    This is a scam site. This is a site that establishes a revolving charge and does. not allow account cancelation through the site. To cancel you will need to wait on a hold for hours.

    I just wanted everybody to be wearing identityIQ.com, I tried to tell them Several times to cancel my account. And they always talked me into a lower monthly payment. Even though I told him I can't afford anything. However they would not give up And I stupidly stuck with them on the new lower rate Thank you and I could come up with that between now and then but I was stupid.
    And they were very, very, very persuasive Each and every time it has come back to bite me i* t** a**. My credit score is gone up By 60 point, since I've signed up with them. And my bank account has been over drawn twice. and feel like They're only goal is to keep taking your money at a lower rate monthly. And they're good at that don't falling to their trap. If you don't have the money to pay for them, please just tell them to stop and cancel your account and don't let them talk to you anymore. And most important, obviously, they can do the service for a lot less monthly. Because they have dropped mine monthly payment 3 times before. I finally told them not to talk to me anymore. I'm calling to cancel my account, so they are overcharging. Everybody on top of everything else. Just wanted to give you all it heads up. I'm gonna post this many, many more places. Oh, and they won't refund you money. By the way, customer service is really good. But don't listen to it, they're to say if you don't have the money, tell him to go to hell.

    Companies of this caliber should be offering everyone their FICO score for the prices you are charging. I see in the small disclaimer area AFTER PURCHASING MY REPORT that you gave the Advantage 3.0 score. There isn't a single lending institution under the sun that is using this report. Furthermore, you make it impossible to cancel my subscription on your website. I have spent 30+ minutes and countless YouTube and internet searches to figure out how to cancel my subscription. It all boils down to calling. So, you're an internet-based company that prior on peoples' insecurities by making them talk to someone to cancel something that was done COMPLETLY ONLINE. They are using the BBB branding on their website which is also very misleading.
