Was going to use their website to apply for an apartment, but it appears that getting your credit information from them is a nightmare and I am not comfortable giving these people any credit card information over the internet when they can't even pick up the phone for me to verify who they are!
I would not recommend using any of their services and DO NOT give them any credit card information! most of the complaints on here are about them charging your credit card, even after their 1.00 - 7 day trial has expired, even if you cancel it the same day, they're going to rip you off using your card and their INSANE terms of service that you have to click through no matter what!Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

We apologize for your experience, Kenneth. We do offer plans with trial periods, however they must be canceled within the agreed upon time. IDIQ does not advertise or promote our services on Craigslist, Indeed, Zillow or similar sites that are requesting credit information to verify employment or qualifying for a new rental agreement. If you are enrolling in IdentityIQ services because you were told to do so for verification of employment, rental agreement qualification or something similar, it is potentially a scam. We are aware of advertisers that are not legitimate and may be trying to obtain your credit information and identity for unlawful purposes.
