Horrible scam!!! Contact BBB on them!!!
They sneak a charge of $34.99 on your account and refuse to pay you back. Their customer service is very poor. They talk over you, interrupt you, and flat don’t care. When asking for a manager they only put you back into the waiting que. I advice to contact the Better Business Bureau because they will get you your money back.

Everyone knows the classic IdentityIQ.com scam of funneling you into subscribing to their "service" followed by a 2 hours phone call to the depths of, well you get the idea. But get this, they are still sending me updates. Everytime I do anything involving my credit they alert me, yet I'm not paying them at all. This has been going on for at least 4 months. So if that doesn't tell you alone what they do to protect your credit info. They still dabbling in my affairs long after the account was closed. Doesn't seem very legit, safe, protected to me at all. Let them come on here and respond with "he hasn't called, we tried calling him, blah blah blah..." I'm stepping it up. ALERT TO THIS COMPANY CONSUMERS, THEY ARE 100% A RIP-OFF SCAM THAT CAN ONLY GET SUBSCRIBERS THROUGH MISLEADING THEM. I'm not stopping with them this time. It's now an illegal practice to still be meddling in my credit info without permission. Don't let them keep you hooked. The law is if you can sign up online you should be able to close your acct. online. Time to put some heat on these online predatory practices screwing over consumers. Imagine the money that they scam from each consumer combined. How many DON'T call in. Unethical and they couldn't care less.

This company steals peoples information. It’s just a cover.
Spam. They collected my card info and started charging me. Cancelled my card and got a new one. Somehow they started charging my new card from a different bank.
I came across this company through flashrewards and snaprwrd scams.
This company steals peoples information. It’s just a cover.

This is the worst type of scam. A loan application made me pay $1 for a specific thing only found on this company's credit report (the specific thing was not even there) and then this horrible company says I agreed to pay $35 per month. Why would I be applying for a loan if I had $35 per month to just blow on something like this? They know they are a scam. I wish I could report them to more than just the Better Business Bureau. I wish I could give them zero stars. Now...here comes the rote company reply that says customers have two ways to cancel. A stupid $1 charge has caused my checking account, whose balance is already threadbare to go into the negative. Please do something to stop this unethical practice.

Thank you for your review, Tammy. It appears you signed up through a third-party partner. We offer a $1 trial that must be cancelled within the agreed upon time. If a third-party partner is not transparent when offering our services, that is a violation of our partner agreement. We take that very seriously and will investigate.

I had the same experience as Summer. They deliberately make it impossible to cancel the membership to coerce customers I to paying for a product they do not want. It's abusive and the company should be shut down. I went through every single menu multiple times. There is no way to cancel from the "members website." Stop lying to customers.
I never even wanted to sign up for a plan to begin with, so I'm guessing it was some sort of sneaky addon that I missed (or plain theft). There's a special place in *** for companies that operate like this.

I like how quickly I get alerts. I got one when I was still at the cell phone place opening up a new account.

This company intentionally makes it impossible for customers to cancel. They won't allow cancellations online. They won't allow you to cancel by email. If you can and hold, the hold is very long making it literally impossible to cancel some days. I ended up paying for six extra months because they wouldn't accept my cancellation. They should be shut down. They're not protecting anything, they are scamming for a monthly fee and making it impossible for consumers to cancel. How well do you really think they're monitoring your credit if they are scamming you for money and won't allow cancellations?

Negative Five Stars! Totally underhanded stratagem, & non-existent publication to subscription. The portal of the website is a subversive ploy. Delinquent fraudulent cost of appendage services. The hidden tactics, from application to terms of service literature, should void any contribution. All I know, never established literal text to automation services, never received email demonstrating an invoice of the seven day window to the cost of there, wretched preset business practices. Claims to only charge $1.00 for establishing "Banking Account Link." In order to identify the source as permitted future account member. Then, inflates with backhanded charges. I use Chime, Cash App, Venmo, & Zelle. No, Hidden Policies or Charges. Full Disclosure of subscription or fees. Anyone, claims this "IdentityIQ.com" to be top rated service was paid for falsified comments or illegitimate profile rhetoric from a Chat Bot.
