1 starIf I could leave a 0 star I would. They will charge your card multiple times even if they don’t have permission. They will say they are updating card info but really don’t. Stay far away from this service! You are better off using credit karma!Review fromtakeyia t

this company makes it impossible to cancel a plan ... they keep telling you to call back its like the retention rep wants to save as many customers as possible ,,,, I GET IT but if you need to cancel let a person do so

I had the most pleasant experience speaking with IDIQ credit specialist today. She was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Her assistance today is worth my monthly membership fee.
Her pleasant attitude meant even more to me as a customer. I also learned about new helpful features which were added by IDIQ which I was not aware of. I am sorry I forgot her name, but she is the best. Thank youIdentity Intelligence Group, LLC

I do not remember ever signing up for this service. They take money from my checking every month but I never see nor do I ever hear from them. It is virtually impossible to find contact info to cancel … I want it stopped plzzzzzIdentity Intelligence Group, LLC

We apologize for your experience. Our services can be offered through third-parties such as credit education and repair and financial services and loan agencies. To sign up for our services, members are required to provide personally identifiable information as well as answer security questions provided by the major credit bureaus. We had major fraud that happened to my wife and me and *** originally covered the loss, but then 3 months later denied the fraud leaving us thousands in the hole. I can tell everyone right now if you don't have these guys in your corner and your bank like *** did you wrong like they did us wrong, you will have no way to recover those funds. Every time I have had to speak to these guys, they have been extremely helpful. We needed guidance through this process because this has never happened to us before and if it wasn't for the Identity IQ rep. Disha (I hope I got the spelling of your name correctly) that helped us today we would have been lost; not knowing what to do. Thank you, Disha, for being so helpful and running us through the entire process with us and helping us understand our options. I am telling you guys right now don't look at their current rating to decide on who you should go with to help protect your everything. Unfortunately, you do at times feel like you really wonder what you’re paying for, and I was going to cancel with these guys a year ago and I can tell you it was the best decision not to leave these guys. You are leaving yourself wide open for anything to happen to you if you don't protect yourself. I always thought that our bank *** would have our backs, but that was so far from reality it hurts! *** is an awful bank, to do that to a customer that has been loyal for so many years shame on you ***!Identity Intelligence Group, LLC
