      Ive had a great experience with Remi. Excellent customer service, fast delivery and response times, easy instructions and high quality products with more variety/options than my dentist at significantly lower price.

      My order took a long time and I moved in the middle of waiting so the package was delivered to the wrong address (packages are not forwarded). Unfortunately the product did not get sent back so I didn't receive it. Recognizing the error was not totally their fault, I opted to get my replacement early since I have the subscription. They claim there are issues processing my card through Shop even though I made a successful purchase of one of their items that day and provided proof. They do not seem to be investigating the issue further with Shop and I'm left with no guards. They will not reply to further emails to resolve and there is never anyone answering their customer service line. With their phone number you have 2 options - leave a message right away or get routed to another place to leave a message.Additionally, there is no option on their website to cancel the subscription. Customers must send an email to customer support or leave a message.

      Remi is a great affordable mouth guard that fits with precision. it was so easy to start with the kit sent to me. I can always tell if I forget my guard at night, I wake up feeling like I have been grinding my teeth all night. Remi also stays in touch to make sure you have what you need and that you are satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Remi to anyone and I did tell my dentist about Remi.

      This company is a rip off. I ordered back in May didn't get an immpresion kit for a month but they got my money. Did a few emails back in forth and have still not recieved guards. I have tried to cancel my account and there is no way to remove your credit card or cancle you acount online. They are about to STEAL another $60 from me for a subscription that I DON"T WANT. The customer service is terrible you can't get ahold of anyone. I am about to seek legal options.

      My husband and I each bought top-row night guards over a year ago. We are SO pleased with them and continue to be part of the Remi club to get less expensive night guards for life!The Remi team made the molding and shipping process extremely smooth and walked us through every step of the way. We are grateful to Remi - we protect our teeth from the grinding and clenching that we both did on a regular basis! We don't go a night without them.

      Remi is great! I got a night guard 1.5-2 years ago and the process was smooth. All staff is friendly and helpful. I've gotten another pair recently to replace my old ones and they're great too. No more sore jaw in the morning! Great *********** process, and affordable prices.

      I am SO grateful I found affordable and custom fit night guards from Remi. My dentist told me I grind my teeth so bad that I fractured one of my molars. They offered me custom night guards for an outrageous price and my insurance didn't cover them. Luckily I found Remi and I use the subscription service that sends me new ones every few months. I also love the teeth whitening gel. Highly recommend Remi to anyone who grinds their teeth at night. Well worth it to save your dental health and cheaper then what my dentist could provide me.
