      I love the Remi night guards! I have horrible grinding at night that causes a lot of tooth pain and headaches. Since using Remi guards I haven't had any problems related to grinding.

      Unfortunately, I have had the same experience as other Remi customers - paid for and returned my impressions. That took place in April. And, I have been ghosted. I imagine they are liquidating assets and going under. Don't purchase anything from them. It's a scam.

      Currently, I have 18 emails in a thread back and forth with Remi customer service representatives since July. I have sent them photographs, descriptions, and videos of the failed products that I have paid for but have yet to receive replacements for, or any offers of a refund.In June, I purchased the Ultraviolet Cleaner. By August it was broken. I was asked to send it back. No replacement was offered, no refund issued. By any definition this is theft.In June I was notified that I was going to be getting another set of mouth guards. Money was removed on auto-payment in early July. After many emails I was sent terrible product my late *********************** told me ..good news! You can fix it yourself!. I do not trust a wellness company that sends a medical-type device to sleep with in my mouth to a fix with toenail clippers - the suggested method. I did try, but couldnt fix the mouth guards. I sent another photo to customer service who told me theyd ask for a replacement. After no ship date was offered, I inquired again and was told theyd put a rush on the order. However, why wasnt a rush put on the order immediately? Remi has had my money since early July, and now also have my ultrasonic cleaner. I currently hold nothing from Remi that I purchased. I tried the only thing remaining as a consumer which was to leave a comment on the ShopRemi ******** page. My comment was quickly removed and I was blocked from their FB page.This company is fraudulent.

      I loved my first pair of mouth guards, so much so that I ordered a 1mm set to wear daily, as I bruxt a lot and don't even realize it. Although even for the first pair I had to wait over a month to receive them. I ordered the additional 1mm pair July 8, have followed up numerous times no avail. They have my money, so what is the incentive to send the product now. I keep getting told they moved to a larger facility, and if that is the case, why is it taking so long to get the product to the customer. One would think that with a larger facility, it would be able to crank out the product?! I am beyond frustrated & will continue to but them, but will discontinue my subscription going forward.

      One star is too many. I originally LOVED my mouthguard from Remi and I've tried a ton of different mouth guards from other subscriptions to every over the counter one they make. The first order I got was amazing. That's where anything positive ends. I signed up for the subscription so when my second order was due I was charged in April. I then didn't receive my mouth guards until the end of June. I had reached out SEVERAL times for an update on my new mouth guard, only to be given the run around about how they were moving to a new facility. I requested a refund and was flat out denied, even though I still hadn't received my mouthguard and, at that point, was waiting MONTHS. I am a HEAVY teeth grinder, so mouth guards are a medical necessity for me and I REALLY just needed a new mouth guard. My original ones had literally holes wore through them. I eventually disputed the charged with my credit card company and got my money back. The new mouth guards then showed up one day. They literally had to have been for someone else, that's how far off they were from fitting. I sent pictures and was basically told "sorry". They then reached back out to me, asking if I wanted a replacement. At this point, I thought they were doing the right thing, NOPE. After working with them, they then let me know that since my charge was disputed, they would need to charge my card again. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them one more chance (I LOVED my first set). I was then told that something had happened to my original impressions and they needed to send me a new impression kit. I then received TWO kits in the mail (still ZERO compensation but TWO kits that they value at like $100 each). Well, long story short, I received my mouth guards today from my second order and they are TERRIBLE. They do not fit well at all, they fall out of my mouth. At this point, I'm going to just call it a loss and not even try for compensation but PLEASE BEWARE, USE ANYONE ELSE.

      The Remi night guard purchase has been the most unprofessional and frustrating consumer experience Ive encountered before. Throughout this whole process, Ive been extremely disappointed in their supply chain / fulfillment, customer service, and ultimately the end product itself. Down below is a quick synopsis of my customer experience, would 100% not recommend this product and company. My night guards took a considerable amount of time to arrive from initial order to ultimate fulfillment- about 4 months. This time does include an initial shipment for a teeth mold fitting but my molds took a significant amount of time to arrive. Second- Remis customers service is subpar. Ive found myself repeating correspondence to their representatives and I rarely obtained ultimate resolution to my issues (initial problems with my first teeth mold, bad fitting molds, and ultimately customer satisfaction given my poor fitting molds). Lastly, the product itself is unsatisfactory and not worth anything close to what they charge for their service. My molds do not fit properly and Ive not received any help to remedy the issue or obtain a refund. Again, I would strongly not recommend Remis product and Im surprised the company continues to exist given their terrible product and predatory customer practices.

      Never got my night guards. Ordered in April 2023, paid $97, and sent in my impressions, and followed up at least once a month thereafter. Its now September 2023. They initially responded that they were experiencing delays, but eventually just stopped responding to my emails. Even though I wasnt supposed to be renewed until October 2023, they renewed me in August, charging another $52 for a second set when I never even received my first set. Theres no where to cancel the subscription online, and theres no way to delete your credit card information from their website. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. SO shady. Stay far away.

      Guards are great and worth the price but they still haven't shipped me my new guards despite me paying them a month ago. Emails back and forth and all they say are "it looks like your order is in the final stages and you should be getting tracking soon.". Sent them another email on Friday and have yet to hear back.
