  First set of night guards did not fit. They sent me an incorrect set. I was so disappointed because I was waiting for for a month. I reached out to their support and I am very glad and can tell that these are real people providing great customer support. They process and finally send my replacement. It first great and comfortable. It's worth the wait. They even gave me a partial refund due to the inconvenience. It's a great customer experience that they have to give extra mile just to satisfy their customers. Overall, the product is very great as well as support!

  This company is a scam. I sent them my impressions memorial day weekend and it is now past July 4th and they still have never sent me anything. They then had the audacity to try to charge me for a renewal when they never sent me my initial order. I've been demanding my money back to no avail. Avoid this company at all costs and just spend the extra money to go to a dentist to get a night guard. If you really need one. This company straight up stole hundreds of dollars from me. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. It's been an absolute nightmare.

  The customer support support were great! I was compensated due to delay of the order even I didn't ask. I finally received my guards. They fit great and comfortable. I am a subscriber with Remi night guards for a long time and I don't have any issue with the delivery before. I was patiently waiting because I know they were in a transition.

  The night guards took so long to arrive due to their recent move however I was able to get a support that I needed. Their customer service support is responsive. They replied to my emails and they even gave me a compensation due to the delay. I am also satisfied with the night guards because it fits properly.

  I Decided to give them a chance despite the comments. The price is just right and the night guards are amazing. I love the product and loved the experience from the very beggining to the final stage of receiving my night guards and of course Joining the club!

  I highly recommend Remi for not only the quality of the night guards but also for their exceptional customer service and unbelievable value. I have previously used store-bought night guards, which are too bulky, and I did not want to spend $600+ on a custom-made night guard from the dentist. Renos night guard is affordable, fits perfectly, and is thin for comfort but still functional.

  This company is terrible. I placed a replacement order for night guards on 4/23, and made a request for 2 upper guards. I received an email from the company stating that my order would be processed on 4/26. On May 18 I had heard nothing, so I followed up and was told my account was paused, and that is why my order did not process on 4/26 - mind you, **** is the one who told me my order would be placed. So, they updated my order date to 5/19 and charged me on 5/20. I received an email on 5/22 that my order was being worked on. by 6/12 I had heard nothing, so I reached out for an update and was told that my order would be completed ASAP. I followed up on 6/16, and received a message 6/19 that my order was being rushed and expedited. I followed up again 6/26, and on 6/27 was again told my order was being rushed and expedited. on 6/28 I called and was told my order would not be shipped for another 2 weeks!

  I could not help but leave a review to hopefully prevent someone from dealing with what I am dealing with. I have TMJ, and about 2 months ago my girlfriend sent me a link to this Remi site to see if I thought it would be a better nightguard to sleep in. I visited their website and read about what makes them different and all that jazz and decided against replacing my current nightguard. The following 2/3 weeks they began sending me emails about every 2 days. Becoming annoyed by this, I replied to their email on May 20th telling them to stop emailing me. My email did nothing, and they just kept on comin. Getting frustrated at this point, I went to the bottom of the email and unsubscribed from their mailing list (dont know how I got on it, I dont recall asking to receive emails) and the emails actually stoppeduntil today. They emailed me AGAIN asking me to leave a review on a mouthguard I never purchased. I get emails from people that I dont want to all the time, but this one is RELENTLESS.

  I love these night guards. They are so comfortable. They fit well and I barely notice it is there. I have used the ones from the dentist which are great but as soon as you get dental work you have to get new ones and they are too expensive. I then started using the boil ones which are not as comfortable and seem to be getting smaller so they were not fitting right anymore. Then I discovered Remi which I love. Fit great and dont break the ban. It wasnt that easy to do the mold but customer service gives guidance in how to get a good impression. I went with the medium thickness but the thinest would have been fine for me and think Ill get that next time. Highly recommend.

  The worst trash with the biggest garbage for customer service. They harass you, they're products break almost instantly, and everything about them is cheap and shady.
