    I purchased key from G2A a SELLER World_of_games dont want give a refund for my purchase I reach to the seller also G2A ************************G2A Team she told me I'm afraid, we can not issue a refund without the seller's consent, if he sold valid item which in fact matches the title, type and description. In any case, you can still try to negotiate with the seller or ask for assistance, if you have any difficulties, as the final decision depends on him.But because of fraudulent activity I dont want to deal with ***** MERCHANTS. Told both the seller and G2A BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED I followed all protocols on retrieving, activation and did it twice no luck Now these are the words of G2A representative ************************ ( G2A Team )I've noticed that you already created a conversation M-UHRS-****** with the seller, which was the right move to make, as the seller is the one responsible for the digital items he's selling.I'm afraid, we can not issue a refund without the seller's consent, if he sold valid item which in fact matches the title, type and description.     On June 1, 2024 I made a purchase from a seller on g2a.com for a steam product key code in the amount of $16.97. The seller received payment immediately, and I was given a code to redeem the product. Upon attempting to redeem the product, it informs me that the product has already been redeemed by another account.I reached out to the seller on June 1, 2024. It has been 7 days since I reached out to the seller and the seller has ignored all communications.I then reached out to g2a.com, as the purchase was made through their platform, and g2a.com also charges for buyer assurance. Upon receiving communication from g2a.com, the agent informed me that I need to settle the dispute with the seller. I showed screenshots to the agent showing that the seller has ignored my communications, effectively stealing my money and the money of countless others who they are scamming using g2a.com.G2A.com business practices are shady and predatory, and the fact they share for buyer assurance in case of scams, when I create a ticket to inform them of the scam to try to get my money back, they tell me I need to contact the scammer..all well and good but the scammed took my money and ran.I will not be using g2a.com again, and if anyone else is thinking of making a purchase, I do not advise it, as g2a.com will charge you for assurance and will provide no remediation.

    On 5/7, I purchased Adobe from G2A. The key that I was provided did not work, so I opened a ticket with the seller. On 5/9, G2A suspended my account and did not provide a reason for the suspension. After two days of trying to reach them, I was told I needed to take a selfie with my drivers license or passport, identify all credit card numbers used on the account, a phone number and my email address. I responded that I was not comfortable sending sensitive information (government ID, phone number, payment methods) over email. Three days later, I received this response from G2A: We totally understand your concerns. If you have any doubts about this verification and need more time to consider it, its better to leave things as they are for now. You can come back to it at any time.I spent over $40 on Adobe with them, and they are holding my product hostage until I send sensitive information over unsecured email. They have refused to provide alternative submission routes or refund.

    On December 14th of 2023 I purchase a game key on G2A.com, however what was provided was an already banned account for Steam making the purchase defective and in violation of G2As own T&C. When brought up to the seller I was told to deal with it. I reached out to G2A customer service explaining the situation and was told they could not help and to get in touch directly with the seller. The seller stopped responding to me, G2A refused to do anything about the issue. I started a chargeback through my bank PNC and not even 10 days later my G2A account was banned from their website making it to where I could not see previous transactions and transcripts with their customer service or the seller. Luckily I did screenshot some of the conversation with G2As customer service. Sadly I was unable to get my money back from a chargeback because G2A never responded to the dispute(which honestly makes no sense why it would not go in my favor) and since they never responded back to my bank about the dispute PNC had to reject my claim. I have the communication and information on the account sold to me. Please I just want my money back since I did not receive anything for my purchase.

    This company allows the selling of accounts which is in violation of Valve Steams ToS. This company does not take responsibility for their sellers on their site and are misleading consumers into purchasing items they're not able to use because if they do, then they're going against the terms of service with Valve Steam.I purchased what I thought was a game key it turns out it was more than likely a stolen account that I've purchased. I tried to get a refund and explained to them that it is against the term of services for Steam and they ignored my request.

    Today is Feb 28 2024, I bought this item 12:00am, but I received a very complicated procedure to get the game, the seller offered a steam account to allow me to login, I did not use it because I have bought games from G2A before, other seller has always provided the key, and then I can just play it in my own steam account. But this seller, World_of_games, everyone should pay attention to. The game he sells is not a key. It gives you a steam account so that you can change the password, but you cannot join the game in your own steam account, so you must think carefully before buying to avoid being deceived loss, and he wont refund even you did not use his account yet. Very disappointed G2A and this seller.

    I purchased a 12 month key and I after I made the purchase from this website g2a.com it then pops up that I need to create a new account on my ****** I contacted the seller and customer service several times asking for a refund since I don't want to create a new account.They took my money and still won't refund my money back to me.Please beware of this fraudulent site.
