    DON'T LET THEM MANAGE YOUR DEBT! THEY TOOK $1200 FROM ME THAT IS STILL NOT ACCOUNTED FOR AND HAS YET TO REFUND ME THE MONEY AFTER I HAD TO FILE BANKRUPTCY DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE IN NOT RESPONDING TO A SUMMONS I RECEIVED. I HAVE TRIED TO REACH ADVANTAGE LAW NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE OTHER THAN "THEY ARE IN A MEETING". THEY MUST MEET 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A ******** DO YOU CONSIDER IN COMPLIANCE WTH THE *** BUT WON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS OR GIVE ME MY MONEY FOR SERVICES THAT YOU DID NOT COMPLETE?I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVERY DAY UNTIL I GET MY MONEY!!!

    Hi ******,I just wanted to personally thank you for this amazing service you provide! 3 years ago I found out that I still had on my driving record 2 felonies from ************************************************************************************************************* I live in **************** now and my felonies were from **********. I spoke to **** on my first call and after he said your firm could help me I paid the deposit to get your team started. Everything being online in your custom portal made things very convenient and easy. I uploaded my court paperwork from 1990 and your team of *****, and **** and ******************* took care of everything after that.The whole process took approx 6 months to complete and I now have my record expunged.     They have called and emailed many times. I have told them to stop, to send the copyright information, or sue me. They still call and email. How do I sue them? There must be a law about a lawyer running a telemarketing campaign. There is no way I have broken any copyrights. This company should be disbarred,

    Higbee & Associates and ************************ picrights sent me a letter, threatning to pay $1625 for an image that was used by a company that we hired to develop our website. I strongly believe they are running a scam or fraud business. I am going to see them in court.

    Use legal system to entrap and extort website owners for close to a decade. They work to make 'creative common license' images show up as free and extort you later. They have been sued for this practice more than once. Still getting away with it.     I would not give them any stars if that were possible. They should not be allowed to "practice law." They went after me because in theory I used a copyrighted image. I say in theory because I used this imagine for a very old blog posting. As soon as they told me the image was copyrighted I deleted it. Did they want me to not use the imagine or get money out of me? The work I do is not for profit but that didn't seem to phase them in the least bit, these people were aggressive and threatening ("we are going to have to send this to litigation, this is considered theft, even mistakes can have consequences, make sure to retain counsel!) I'm shocked that the BBB gives them an A rating.

    H & A handled the expungement of 3 DUI cases I had from nearly 19 years ago. They were able to get all 3 cases expunged in approximately 6 months. They were responsive and professional throughout the casework.I would highly recommend their services if you want cases expunged.********
