    The services provided by the Law Firm of Higbee and Associates were the most valuable, reliable and above all, effective. The power of this company and their employees is the most profound and significant part in their business. (They helped me more than once and they were always able to deliver). Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the opportunities they gave me - and in doing so getting my life back together. Thank you Higbee and Associates so very much again for all the help and understanding during this difficult time. My heart goes out to you and the rest of your teammates - for all you have done, not only for me - but for my family and community as well.I will definitely recommend this Law Firm to everyone!

    I made my own website where I blog industry news and unknowingly used pictures from the internet that might have been copyrighted. I never received prior warning or any letters demanding to stop using them. I removed all the pictures but they still want 14k or they will take me to court and *** me for 150k. They do not have proof I was previously notified and they do not have the copyright registration certificates. I think the claim is BS but I now have to get an attorney to fight them. This in my opinion is predatory and should be illegal. I am a small company in a small not very known industry and I am sure my site does not get many hits so I see no loss to the owners of the pictures. All the victims of these animals should pull together and open a class action suit against this practice. I told them I do not have much money and most of my money is going to my wife's care because she has brain cancer.

    NO good bottom feeder trolls, they go after less sophisticated small businesses and intimidate them with unsupported accusations, scaring them and causing great stress and anxiety in innocent people's lives just to make an unethical buck. No respect.

    I am so very happy to have hired this law firm. They have stuck with me for over 2 years and have won my case. It has not been easy for them and we lost my first battle but they did not give up and finally it is over. I can't say enough positive things about Higbee and Associates! They had such a good follow up and communication process, keeping in touch was immediate. Again they did such an outstanding job I would recommend them to anyoune.
