  My name is ***** when I was 20, I committed that first degree felony spent 4 and a 1/2 years of my life in prison. After I got out 1 year on parole, I was told I would never, ever have my gun Rights restored because of the first degree felony. I contacted Higbee and associates. They told me that they may not be able to get my gun rights restored, But I went with them and give them the opportunity to help, they did everything in their power to get me, My rights restored. It took a couple of years but with time and patience they never gave up on hepling me. And their dedication to working with their clients. They was able to get a court date set up for me. I went to court with their attorney and I was granted my rights to bear arms. I have nothing but great things to say. And if you want a good law firm to represent you.I highly recommend Higbee and associates. They never gave up and they went out of their way to always keep me informed and up to date. 39 years later, I have my rights to bear arms. I would like to thank everyone on their staff great job great law firm. I thank you from the bottom of my being and if I ever need a layer I will only call Higbee & Associates. P.S. other lay firms turn me down and said there was no way I would be granted my 2nd amendment rights back. Must of them wanted thousand of dollars. Higbee &Associates was up front with the cost and never charged for any service after I paid them the Initial cost. So with this being said dont let your passed hold you back. And go with Higbee&Associates. The law firm that fights for you.

  **** provides professional and important introductory information. And then the fiasco begins. As I waited and waited for a response nobody bothered to check my uploaded *** report. All they did was read over the dismissals on the ********** report and reply, nothing else can be done. False! The *** report did not match the *** report. The case managers are office clerks. Their attorneys name is ******************* but he has no direct telephone number or email. I searched on ******** Linked In, and ********* You will be talking to office clerks about legal matters. No access to a real attorney even in an international case requiring legal scrutiny. Very disappointed because I flew all the way from ********, ** to handle this important job. ??

  Hello ******************, Were very sorry there is confusion on what service you retained us for. The service you signed up for was a record review to determine your eligibility for judicial record clearing services. As we told you, youre not eligible for additional judicial record clearing having previously received the relief decades before. You unbeknownst to us retained us for as you said, an international case requiring legal scrutiny, which is outside the scope of the representation you agreed to and the small fee you have rendered. You also omitted that youre on an incredible tight time deadline (less than 2 weeks) apparently to resolve your issue(s). I (*******************) have looked at your record and communicated directly with you. Even though this is outside the scope of the representation, we/I have still attempted to assist you. I also explained that a *** report doesnt match an *** report as you think it should. And just to be clear, we do not advertise or represent that we assist people with immigration, international travel, or acquisition of travel VISAs. I think you hired us under a false pretense and we dont handle the kind of matters that youre dealing with. All the same. well do our best to assist you in any way we can.   They were good ! But you have to check your portal frequently ! My process Would have been a lot faster if I kept up with my client portal . There will be small stuff they need from you . But if you dont check your in box and respond to emails they can hold you up ! Great prices and a very good job . Thank you record gone !!!!

  It was a pleasure to work with Higbee. Even though I got impatient, they remained professional and took my feelings into consideration and pressed forward. They kept their word, nothing hidden. I want to thank y'all fur the result and standing fast with me. You need your record gone, these are the folks who can do that for you.   I have to be honest, I was very skeptical at the very beginning, first of all I'm in the **************** and secondly I would not be able to be present during this process, but very soon I realized how disciplined this law firm is (Higbee and associates) especially when they record any kind of conversation concerned, frustration and they put everything in writing being very ******* clear with everything , anyway they took me through the process step by step communicating with me All the time with a app format the create to communicate back and forth, they were able to expunged and sealed my record, I am a very happy client and I highly recommend Higbee and associates, they are simply the Best

  First of all Higbee and Associates fought for me always keep me informed every step of the process, This Law firm was always on point they were very informative. Their app let's you know whatever task you need done or paperwork needed. They always looked out for my best interest people make mistakes it shouldn't hold us to them for a lifetime.   Right off the bat, these people are engaged in fraudulent activates and you should not communicate with them at all.These people are engaged in trying to extort money from people through automated fraudulent copyright claims using scare tactics and targeting vulnerable people with 'settlement' links.We took the time to respond to one of these accusations that was made against us in error thinking that once they understood that the initial accusation didn't even apply to us and that whatever system they're using to detect this stuff flagged something by error, that the harassing communications would stop but they don't.To companies like this, you are a number. The more scary emails or letters they send to people, the higher the likelihood of finding the right person that is going to be scared enough to click the link and give them money, regardless of whether or not their accusations are baseless.These people and companies like this are such a burden on society and the fact they can operate out in the open shows just how much of a sad state our legal system is in.

  If Higbee & Associates contacts you or your family about a copyright claim involving ********* or Agence France-Presse take a moment to consider if the claim has any merits. Then ****** "********* Agence France-Presse Copyright Troll Scam" In our case the LA Higbee & Associates office generated false claims and evidence targeting an elderly family member. This office is directly facilitating an automated, inaccurate, and disingenuous claims engine system. District attorneys, federal agencies & the bar associations of **********, ********, Michigan, *********, ********, ******, ****, ******, Texas, and **** should investigate Higbee & Associates for generating baseless legal demands.
