  Having dealt with attorneys and companies that make things out to be ****** complicated to charge a lot of money and really unsure about the value or actual work that will be accomplished, especially since technically I was a convicted felon for so many years that I just got used to the fact that it would be stuck on my record. I found them on ****** and took the chance to see if they could do the job. They reviewed my live scan first and after throughly reviewing it and asnwering all my questions (questions that the other places I called couldn't answer), I signed a contract for them to explunge 6 felonies from my record. 2 of which needed to be realigned before they could be expunged. They have a portal that basically allows for communication and progress to be monitored with all of my cases.They set appoinemts with the court and I was notified each time. Then I would get an email saying that my record was expunged and the court documents would arrive shortly after.They did this for all 6 felonies. The organization and communication exceeded my expectations. They even allowed me to make payments on the total.Afterwards they cleared my records from the online databases. I now have a fresh new start and I am very satisfied. I am now going to have them work on my wife's record. I am doing this review because I am sp happy with the results that I wanted to share my experience. If you are on the fence, look no further. Thank you for helping me!

  My experience with the law firm of Higbee & Associates APC was everything I could have hoped for.Policies and expectations were clearly stated. The client portal and dashboard keep you up to date with progress in real time. Clients can choose to pay fees at once, or take advantage of their convenient payment plan which can also be managed through the client account portal. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and understanding, I highly recommend them. Thank you Higbee & Associates !

  Read a lot of the other reviews, can't speak to those. My experience with this service was very positive. I had 2 cases to presented to them. After initiating the contract, i provided the necessary documents I had to get them started. My decision was based on 2 things. i did not have the time or energy to pursue the "do it yourself" process (The cases were in 2 different states), and and I did not want to make mistakes that would tie up the process. First of all, I found every person I came into contact with during the entire process to be courteous and knowledgeable. They provide a portal so you can check the progress whenever you want. I did not want constant contact nor did I need it. They handled everything. I also realize that the wheels of justice turn slowly, but they do turn. Other than a few small technical questions along the way, My next task was to Attend an obligatory **************** with the Judge assigned to the 1st case, along with the assigned attorney, all pre arranged. Boom, 5 minuets or less, petition granted. Second case even better, petition granted without even a hearing. Even received a refund of an extra service I paid for that we agreed was not needed since it was performed with the ist case. Patience is the key. I felt pricing was fair for the services they performed. Don't know what other services they provide, but they did exactly what they said they would in my case.

  This law firm has been great from the start. They offer affordable payment plans as well as an online portal where you can keep track of what is going on with your case. They are responsive and they are available to answer any questions that might arise Thus far, they have been able to get 2 felony cases dismissed, one was only 6 years old. I am still working with them on one last case, but I am confident that it will also be dismissed. Overall, I cannot thank them enough for giving me a second chance!

  This law firm helped me finalize the clearing of my record. They had ideas I had not thought of before. They were quick and efficient. Furthermore, they streamlined the process online and provided videos to answer some of my questions. I am happy with the services I received.
