    Order placed in error on 5/23/2023 for product, upon receipt of email notification on purchase that same day, called and cancelled purchase. Was told shipment already in progress and would have to wait for receipt and then return product for refund. Shipment received 5/17, cancelled entire order and received RA# **************** .All items (except one bottle damaged by dog) returned and confirmed receipt of package 10:44 on 5/23. *** Ground # 1ZX348W60395483434 Informed credit would be received within 5-7 business days. On 6/12 had auto renewal on card for two products @ $49.99 each, called again to confirm cancellation on 5/23 of order, cancelled shipment and requested refund to card. Called every week the first several months, promised every time that refund was in process and would be issued within 5-7 business days. On 9/26 received an email informing a refund would be issued to credit card. NOTHING Received another email 10/25 stating $149.16 refund issued and $257.94 pending. Neither ever showed on credit card, consulted with USB who thoroughly investigated with no credit ever received from the company.Calls at least every 2 weeks with promises that request would be escalated to Supervisor and refund would be received within 7-10 business days, no results. The company representative stated multiple attempts to refund on card but without success. Filed a dispute with USBank on 4/16/23 and sent all the requested documentation. Received word 5/9 from USB that dispute must be made within 60 days. May 16 called company and refund error escalated to accounting team and requested a check. 5/31 told a check for $359.92 was issued and would receive with 7-10 business days. Multiple calls 6/20-8/5 with same message "check shipped via **** and will email tracking number." 7/22 told check was mailed 7/15. 8/5 call finally transferred to a Supervisor, "will escalate concerns, should get a check within 7-10 days." Same old story, never received any tracking number.

    I continued with weekly phone calls to the company after 8/20 response from BBB stating you were unable to obtain a response from this company. On 9/17 I finally received a refund check for the amount requested. I am very grateful to finally receiver the refund. However, it is still totally unacceptable that I had to work so hard since May of ******************************************* This company should not be allowed to treat customers in this manner. 

    I appreciate your attempts to obtain resolution on this issue. Perhaps your involvement and phone calls finally pushed them to act upon all of my requests and issue the refund.

    On 3/21/24, 4/22/24 and 5/21/24, this company withdrew $59.99 from my checking account. Initially, I was curious about this product. I placed a one time order for a limited amount of money and I found out that they had charged me two or three times the amount that I had agreed to pay. I have tried calling, writing, emailing, and I cannot get, a person to respond. I thought that my bank had blocked the company from charging me after that incident, but I was wrong. I have since changed my debit card. I have tried to reach this company to no avail to fix this problem. The initial amount was never anything that I agreed to pay and the last three monthly payments that they took I never agreed to. I agreed to a one time shipment For a small amount of money. I have now lost well over $300 from this company that I cannot afford to lose.

    Please see the email I sent this company immediately after they billed my account $204.94. That $204.95 should be added to the original amount I requested returned as I never authorized it and let them know this.

    I bought their promotion (3 bottles, 2 free) on 01/23/2024 directly from their website. They promise a money back guarantee, list ************* endorsements, detail internet security. I thought I was paying $39.99. There was no Review Purchase page, only a page with a confirmation code. I received the product about a week later in inferior condition - dried & clumped in a ball in the bottles. Received another bottle on 03/02/2024 as a renewal, which I did not authorize, for $60. It was then I checked my recently received ************ statement, discovering they charged me $204.95, not $39.99. Contacted the company immediately demanding full **************** of subscription. They responded promptly w/ directions for unused/unopened product return & promised full refund. I followed their instructions but despite numerous emails since, have received no response whatsoever. This is consistent w/ other complaints to BBB on this company. I have filed a dispute through my bank on 03/14/2024. Unfortunately this is bank policy; they will not freeze or refuse any addl charges in the meantime. I have additional copies of my communication with the company as well as proof of return via **** tracking system. This company needs to be investigated. It appears from BBB info they have not refunded any customers.

    I DID NOT want this obviously dishonest scam company to have one of my personal emails!  Ive seen in other complaints that they continue to charge victims if they still have an open credit card or even the last 4 digits of a card!  Can you redact this email & use ******************** for their response?  I want to be shielded from them!  I thought when filing complaint I was only supplying BBB with that personal info!!!

    1. I am requesting your assistance in getting a credit to my account.2. On October 30, 2023 I emailed One Keto and requested that they cancel a subscription of Keto One supplements for me. I purchased a one-time purchase on October 23rd, 2023 but they created a subscription instead, sent me bottles I didn't order and charged my credit card for bottles I did not order.3. I emailed them requesting they cancel the subscription and credit me for the bottles they sent that I did knot order.4. They emailed me back and asked how many bottles.5. I responded and requested that they send me return labels and a credit for the 4 bottles I had at that time. The number is now 5 bottles, which is worth $199.00 6. They never provided the labels or a credit.7. Today I called and they gave me an *** number and said to send the bottles back with the *** number noted and after receipt of the bottles, they would credit my account. 8. According to other similar complaints on your website, they do not process the credit after customers return the unused bottles, even after providing package tracking information with proof of the return and receipt.9. I am requesting your assistance in getting a credit to my account for 5 unused, unopened bottles of Keto One.10. I will return the 5 unused, opened bottles, but I do not trust that they will process the refund after I pay to send the bottles back. Can you assist?     On February 17, 2024 I was going to make an online purchase from the mentioned company. I decided to take the pack that totaled $35.00. I put my financial info in and hit proceed to checkout which brought me to a page that said complete yoyr order for a purchase that was now totaling $199.00. At that point I became disckuraged because there seemed to be no way around it. I never finalized the purchase. A few days later I saw that the company completed the transaction without my authorization totaling $199.00 plus shipping. I reached out to the company and they offered to give me a 50% discount. I said no absolytely unacceptable. I never completed the purchase. About a week later five bottles of their keto gummies arrived.     I clicked on an ad on ******** to order keto gummies. I only ordered two and my confirmation email said I ordered 5. When I called the company they said the product had not shipped yet but they would NOT refund my money or cancel the order because it was a "streamlined" process. However, they offered to refund two bottles (told me it was a buy 3 get 2 free). I also asked to speak to a manager and she refused. They refunded me for the two bottles but I wanted to cancel the entire order. I was also charged for a second a second product for $49.99 and mysteriously had two more random debits on my bank account; one for $49.99 (core fuel solutions) and a another for $59.96 (Streatonmarket.com)... all posted to my account the same day.

    I started viewing Tropiketo products online and was going to order their product for $39.99 on February 1, ************************************************************************** order extra items from them. It would not even let me dismiss them. I had to delete all my information in order to even get off the page. I never submitted a order to this company. I thought that it was done. However, checking my card this company gathered my deleted information and placed a order anyway. They charged my card $254.94. I contacted them and they asked me can they charge me $39.99 each for 3 bottles of Tropiketo and refund me the difference. I said no, please refund my money. That is all I want from this company is the return of my money that they illegally stole.

    In December of 2023 I remember skimming through my phone and looked at an obviously bogus ad about an actor and her use of some gummies for weight loss. Her picture looked fake/touched up and I looked at the products, laughed about, clicked on the picture of the bottle and it took me to amazon, which is always selling off brands like that. That was all. About 2 weeks later I rec'd a torn up (retaped; barely) bag of 12 bottles of different types of gummies from NV. I quickly looked at my debit account and $204.95 is missing. I start calling and have words with the young woman on the line and she said they will refund 1/2. I asked for supervisor and she said of course I'll get full refund. I call today, Feb 2nd and they claim 249$ has been refunded. I call back a few minutes later he says $359.92 has been refunded. 3rd time $349.99 will be refunded in 7-10 days. Bad thing is they know the last 4 of my debit. I never gave them the number or sent it to them for these candies they're selling as weight loss pills. Time to change the card. Obviously I want my money back.

    I had purchased one item for $49.99 December 3, 2023. They took that amount as well as an additional $125 from my bank account. I tried calling and didnt get through. I sent an email and after several days received an email claiming they would only refund me part of the amount. Regardless I havent heard from them since or received any refund. I have attempted to contact them many times. Plus the different times they took money was a different company name each time.

    I ordered 2 bottles of K1 Keto Gummies in July 2023. I was sent 2 additional bottles that I did not order. I returned the 2 bottles but never received the $120.00 refund although the *** said they issued the refund into my bank account on Nov. 31, 2023 via email and on the phone. The bank manager said that the money never came into my account Today 12/27/23, the *** said that there is nothing that they can do for me.Thank you for your assistance. ***********************************
