    I saw an add for diet aids. The price was $39.99 for 1 bottle and you would receive 4 bottles for free. When I checked my credit card online that day, I was charged $199.95, which is the price for 5 bottles. I called back to cancel the order. The female representative said I would receive a refund within 2-3 days and gave me a transaction number (which turned out to be a lie, no refund was ever granted.) After 15 days, I called back and the company said they could not process the refund in 1 transaction, they had to do 2 transactions but the 2nd transaction could not be done because the people who process these are not available after 5 pm, eventhough it was only 2:45 in ********* where the company is located..I want my money back, ************ is a fraud and a scam. They charge more than double the price you can buy the product at ********

    This is a complaint about a company that is listed below. K1Keto Life They state on their web site you can purchase ONE bottle for $6.00 I did.I put in my credit card and got a call from a man, who was surprised my order had already gone through. Tried to up sell me.Then I come on my computer and see that they billed my credit card Discover for $199.00 I called the company immediately and got the run around. Big Time.Their reply 1: you have to wait to get the product then call and get an RMA.2: I asked for a supervisor> I had to call back in 24 hours.3: I insisted on a supervisor, no one there to help.4: I will give you the product for 1/2 price.5: I argued with her for 10 min and said I was turning them over the BBB. Last mistake of this type in this lifetime.I am calling my cc company to report fraud.

    I made a purchase for this product via a ******** Link 8/24/2022. The promotion was for buy one bottle get one free for $60.04. I immediately noticed $120.08 has been deducted from my account. I called as soon as I noticed and was told the promo was buy two get one free, but I did not even receive three bottles. So I was told I would receive a refund of $60.04. I also made a complaint via their website and was told a refund was issued. Fast forward to 9/06/2022 and I contacted support again to ask about my refund, I was told via email it can take up to 3-5 business days depending on my bank. Well, it's been two weeks and no refund. I honestly do not think the refund was issued. Because of my dissatisfaction, I am asking for a full refund of $120.08, for poor customer service.

    On July 3,2022 I noticed an advertisement on ********* for keto pills. They showed a certain price yet after putting in my credit card info show different amount and deleted my info. I was immediately charged $199.95. I called my bank but it was a holiday weekend and charge was processed and bank said I gave them credit card info (which I deleted)
    I have been in contact with the company since July 3rd. I returned the items at my cost. They keep telling me I will get refund. I will attach some of correspondence still no refund. I actually canceled my credit card because I didn't trust the company.
    I am at my wit's end. Please help.

    I purchased a standard set of a diet aid, then changed my mind when I saw the price. They immediately took the money from my account, causing an overdraft, which I covered thru a bank transfer. I called them immediately and asked them to cancel the order. They told me no, I could not cancel because they ship immediately. I would have to wait to receive the package and send it back to them for a refund. I received the product and sent it back immediately. According to USPS tracking number, they received this on 7/18/22. I received no refund. I email them daily and I get a standard form letter back saying it is being processed.

    On June 6, I ordered a product from K1 Keto life advertised as buy 1, get 1 free. The product was 1 bottle of keto life pills for $60, get 1 free. I received 2 bottles and was charged $120.04. I contacted the company that I was dissatified that I was overcharged. I informed them I would be returning the products and wanted a full refund. They tried to offer me the correct price. I declined. They told me I would need a RMA number in order for the products to be authorized to be returned. RMA#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was given to me and I wrote it on the box. I returned it via UPS tracking #1ZR61VXXXXXXXXXXXX and it was received June 25th. The products were acknowledged as received. I was advised my refund would be posted within 3-5 business days. I have sent 8 emails. They keep sending emails in return. I have called 3-4 times. The last call was today to Angela, who again, said the supervisor cannot help but will forward to the team.

    On June 22, 2022 I ordered 1 bottle of Keto for $36.99. Half an hour after I ordered I checked my bank and they charged me $199 for 5 bottles. I immediatly called them and they said the could not cancel the order. I would have to send 4 bottles back, at my expense ($9.65), and they gave me an RA# and said they would refund the balance. The tracking from USPS is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX dated 7/6/22. It is now Aug 2 and I have not received the refund. I called July 22 and daily since July 29th and they keep giving me the same speel - they will send my information to 'the back office' today and see what is going on!

    The issue is that i was charged $199 for 5 bottles of diet pills thwt that I did NOT order. I was then charged another $59 for a product I did NOT order. I called immedialty to stop the order bc of false advertisement. I was told to call back at 9a next which was less than 12 hours from the time I placesd the order. I was told no. And got bullied into this.

    On July 16,1922 l though I ordered one bottle of diet pills for &49.99. On July 17 l checked my bank account and found out I lhad been billed 49.99,199.95 approximately 3 times and 212.94 approximately 3 times. I called *************** on the 17th to
    Dispute the charges. They told me to call back on Tuesday when they had posted. I filed the dispute then. I only disputed the 199.95 and the 212.94 because I did order the diet pill for 49.99. Later that day l received a text from Keto life saying they would refund the 199.95. I called Keto and they gave me a RMA #*********** to return the products. I told them I would not pay to return it, lhad all ready been charged to much. I then took 5 bottles of Keto extra strength and 1 bottle of Extra Strength Keto cleanse to UPS. UPS wanted eleven something to return it
    I called Keto l I would not pay that and they refused to pay $11 and something cents so I told them they could come to my house and pick it up I had already given them more than enough money and been charged way too much that they were a scam and I wouldn't do business with them. I have the box at my house which they can gladly have if they want to if they pay the shipping are they come pick it up.
