    I ordered Keto One in June 2023, I called them back telling them to cancel my order, as they increased the product amount and price, they told me they cannot cancel the order, after returning the product, they told me I would be refunded, after several calls and e mails now I told it has been too long for a refund, I said I have been in contact with you several times and every time would refund my **** card, as of today November 28 2023, I told them this is theft as they have the returned product. the last time I was told they have to send the case to higher *** one excuse after another. I do hope you will be able to help stopped this company from doing business this way and hopefully I will get my refund. I have all my paper trail of e mails, calls, and names of people I spoke with. Thank You so much for all your help

    On 12/22/22 I purchased 6 bottles of Keto Gummies from this company for $199.95. Before receipt I discovered that similar products were available from other companies at half the price. I called K1 Keto and they told me to return the product and they would issue a full refund. I returned the product and provided a tracking number to K1 Keto. I never got the refund. I called on April 20, 2023 and spoke to a rep who verified that they received the return and apologized for the error and assured me I would have a refund in 5-7 Business days. In September of this year I still hadn't received a refund andf called again and received the same promise. I called again ion October 31, 2023 receiving the same promise again. It is now 11/17/23. I just spoke to a rep who said that all she could do was escalate the matter to a superviser but cannot promise a refund. She stated that they receive MANY refund requests which doesn't speak highly for the company. I verifed that they have the correct tracking number. At this time the **** has lost the tracking data. I find that this happens frequently after 6 months or more but my shipping service "Pirateship.com" has all the tracking data and shows that my return was received in ****** at their front desk on Jan 3, 2023. This tracking info was provided back in January , 2023 and the company was given the tracking at that time and verified that they received my return. That is what I was told back in April 2023. I have been promised a full refund of $199.95 from this company four times over the last year and never received a refund. This company is dishonest and has no intention of issuing this refund. I am requesting that the company now refund $199.95 as promised multiple times. If the company has lost their own data that shows the return I will gladly provide a copy of the tracking from PIrateship.com showing their receipt of the return on 1/3/23.

    Approximately July 1, 2023 purchased on-line (what I thought was a sample) of the product. The site was very misleading, not clear how to exit the site just led to another product. On July 18, 2023, I returned all products (EarthSN -$207.94; Purewell - $49.99; and Ketoliv - $49.99 - total $307.92). Tracking No. ********************** with ***** I have called the company requesting a full refund 8/7/23; 8/21/23; 9/2/23; 9/25/23; 10/9/23; 10/23/23 being told the same story, "it's being processed and should be sent within 5 to 7 days". I did threaten to report them to the BBB, but that didn't seem to affect them. I just want my full refund and don't know what else to do. Thank you.

    4/28/23-Offer was for a ***** cost for product. Credit Card was charged ******. called back same day to complain/cancel. Told too late, in route. Told to return product for refund (my cost). Package tracked back - company received package 5/12/23. Still has not refunded card despite multiple calls. Every call ends with "your credit will be in 5-7 days" 4 MONTHS LATER, they still have my money. In addition, they sent one more package after first call to state I wanted nothing more. I had to return that one also - they stole another $***** from me for that one I have not received back. So frustrated that they are keeping $350.00 of my ************* product is returned to them. Such crooks and scammers.

    Despite bi- weekly phone calls, still no refund.  Each call ends with "your card will be credited in 5 to 7 business days". It is an intentional scam, ************ is deliberately stealing money.  I doubt they will respond to you, but please keep trying.  Thank you for all you do!

    I bought a weight loss supplement on 6/16/2023, with a money back guarantee. I tried the product and it didnt work so I called the company. They told me to return the unused product, which I did. The original product cost $304.97. In the mean time they automatically sent me a second order and charged me $159.97. When I contacted their customer service department in July they told me they received all the product back. They informed me they couldnt refund for the open product, but would only refund me $419.92. They said it would take **** business days. This was in July. I have been calling back and they tell someone from the company will be calling me back. This has happened three times and they wont return my call. I have no recourse but contact your agency, since I used a debit card for the purchase.

    I called in May 2023 to cancel subscription of further deliveries. They did stop sending gummies but continued to send cleanse supplement. I was given a return authorization number and returned product according to their policy which was delivered June 12th told to expect refund in 7 to 10 business days. July 5th I called again and they said it would take 7 to 10 days for a refund email then 10 to 30 days for the refund. I called August 9th and they said it was in the refund department and to " wait a few days." Called 8/9 they verified that a refund had not been issued and said again to "wait a few days." As of 8/22, no refund.

    5/6/23 I ordered and was billed $175.07 for K1 Keto Life gummies. I received the package and started to use. Noting no changes, I began the return process with the company and requested no further shipments. I was issued a return code and was told when the product was received back I would get my refund. I shipped the package via **** with a tracking number but it has still not been received. I have filed a search with the post office.6/6/23 i was billed $109.98 for another shipment. As soon as it arrived I called the company and started another return process. This shipment I sent Priority Mail and tracking shows it was received in their facility 6/20/23. I waited for the refund to be issued to my card; it was not. I called again. and was told that sometimes returns take more than 30 days. It has already been more than that. I was 'guaranteed' the refund would be issued within 5-7 days. It was not. 8/11/23 I called again and have been 'assured' the refund would be issued and that I would not have to call again.The time it has taken to fight to get my money back has been hours and hours and worth well more than the cost of the product at tis point. This company is a malicious predator that needs to be stopped.
