I filed a claim back in June 2022 for a total of $351.78 for a issue with my refrigerator. I talked to them during the process and emailed all of my required documentation for the reimbursement. They approved this amount about 3 weeks later, in July and claimed they mailed out my reimbursement money and NEVER did. They told me to wait 30 days which I did and never received it. I repeatedly called at least 4 times a month every month since July trying to figure out where my reimbursement money is but all they ever told me was the manager has to talk to me about that and then they would ALWAYS put me on hold or tell me the manager will call me back. I never received a call back from them. Everytime I would call several times a month and they always said that the manager was busy, or they are not in at the moment. Fast forward here we are in November/December and there phone is out of service. Not sure how to get in contact with them to receive my money that they owe me. This is TERRIBLE business and I feel like I got scammed and my time wasted repeatedly.Business Response

We have had so many problems with this company. They would not pay for our air conditioner, and then when I ask for a refund of the years in advance we paid for, they decided to give us $500 towards the bill which took over 2 months and several phone calls to get. Now we need our oven repaired and the company is gone! The phone number no longer works and no responses to the emails I have sent. I can no longer view our policy. Its as if they vanished into thin air. This company is a scam. I wish I would have paid the higher rate and went with a reputable company.Business Response

I filed a claim July 28th, 2022 for my water softener. They sent me contact info for a plumber that had told complete care warranty he didn't want anything to do with them, but he agreed to come out anyway and look at my water softener since he was doing another job in the area. The plumber pronounced my unit dead. I called the warranty company and they said I had to email their claims department. No response. Email again. No response. Their phones are dead, and now website is dead. I paid $1200 for a 3 year warranty that came with an extra 6 months free, so 3.5 years. They tried not to pay out for my first claim, even though it was after my 30 day waiting period. They said it "wasn't mechanically probable" that (my dishwasher) would break in the first month of service, even though it broke 47 days after I started my contract, and 17 days after my waiting period. They eventually agreed to pay $300 for a $489 dishwasher that costs $100 to install.Business Response

I bought a home warranty January 29, 2021. I called for a repair July 12, 2022 and had one of their repair techs come out. The claim was filed and ever since I havent been able to get a resolution. I called several times and spoke to their customer service reps and was told every time it is being reviewed. They have all the paperwork from the tech but could not give me an answer. Since Sept 2022 their lines are busy or not in service. I filed a claim on their website and never got a follow up. Now their site is down. ********************************. Id like to file a complaint for my warranty as well as my moms and sister who all have purchased this warranty. We are seeing refunds as they are not fulfillling their part of our agreements. I purchased a home warranty from them but when I have a problem and trying to connect to their customer service or one ************************* who was their representative, both numbers show disconnected. I sent in a reimbursement email back in September and October for water heater replacement. Havent heard anything through email. I paid ****** times 2 total ******* for 1 year on 04/10/2022 till 04/10 2023, the last time I tried use this policy 29 June 22 but the company's they sent to fix garage door and water heater claim # ***** the heater company except insurance but garage door said they still owed them for other claims, so we paid them. on Nov 16 22 we have been calling but their number is not allowing calls go through. today the 8 dec I looked up online and found numbers complaint similar to mine their reply was to contact them by web site, I tried but it has been canceled no longer there. with no phone number email or web to contact them I feel they are pulling a fast one on customers taking the money and running. please help me before my contract over in April 10 23.
