I purchased a home warranty that from Complete Care home Warranty with a contract date of December 24th 2021 through February 24th 2023. I have had two situations recently that I attempted to contact them to file a claim but cannot get ahold of them via phone and sent numerous emails with no answer. I paid for a 13 month warranty totaling $635 and have not been protected per the contract. If this company has gone out of business why weren't we notified, given a refund or had any communication to take the appropriate actions.Business Response

I have tried numerous times to call their phone number listed on my contract and its been out of service. I have not been able to get ahold of this company to file the claim! I expect them to reimburse me for the repairs made to my hvac system last month and need them to contact me immediately.

I entered agreement with Complete Care Home Warranty, LLC on 11/20/2021 for 6 year term for $1800, paid in full. I wanted to reach the company to transfer my warranty to my new home. The main phone ************, service phone ************, and website no longer work. How is someone supposed to make a service request? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The business sent me a transfer form (see attached) to transfer to the new owner of my previous home covered by the warranty. I was told that I could transfer warranty to my new home which is why I agreed to a long term warranty. I am not transferring to the new owner. This form does not do that or they have not explained how to do that. Also, the form provides this statement: "I have read and understand all the terms & conditions listed in the User Agreement located at ****************************** and agree to be bound by them." That web address cannot be found and therefore, neither can the T&C.

My dishwasher went out the repair came out I paid them *****. He advised the appliance could not be repaired. The company said they would pay some money for a new one. I had never received the money have contacted the company several times by phone . I purchased a policy with complete care home warranty 3/2022 havent had to use till now, I need a repair to get fixed called on 12/29/2022, the number on my policy contract ************ the call gets dropped, called several times. Online states the company says out of operation since December 2022. Had no idea that the company went out of operation. My policy states I have coverage till 3/2023. I bought the policy on **** 2021 and paid $1,800 for a 6-year warranty. Last year I bought another policy from them on another house for $2,300. There's a problem with warranty policy ********** 6 covering **** ************** in ********* *********. The manager told me the central heat was not working and I tried to call the number listed for complete Care home warranty and it's not working. In addition, their website isn't working. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The last communication from the company was "we are looking into the issues you have stated" which is not a settlement it's just a request for more time. I bought two 6-year contracts from complete Care home warranty and when I tried to send in the receipts for a repair there website and telephone number was no longer working. The first response they sent me through you was I can send the receipt through their portal. However, since their portals down along with their telephone number I can't do that. I also sent them an email to info at complete Care home warranty with the receipt and got no response.... Here is the information on the contracts: #********* the length of the contract coverage is **** ***** to **** **** I paid $1,800..... The second contract is#********* length of contract is 3/23/22 to 323-2028 I paid $2,100.... *********** is supposed to pay for any unused year and can be canceled anytime. Consequently, instead of paying for the repair I will accept the return of money I paid for the unused years. Contract number *********** has 5 years remaining at $300 per year equals $1,500. Contract number *********** has 6 years remaining at $350 a year equals $1750. For the two contracts the total is $3250 that would be owed to me. I have attached a copies of the contracts.

I have purchased a home warranty through Complete Care Home Warranty on 03/22/2022 for $1386 with Sales Manager *************************. I called the company on 12/22/2022 to request for my AC/heater unit to be looked at but the phone number has been disconnected **************. I also tried to contact ****** **************, his number also has been disconnected. I have sent multiple emails since then trying to get a full refund if the company has closed but no response. Contract accepted 06/28/2021 - 06/28/2027 to total $1950, paid in full at initiation for new construction home. First attempt contacting company 07/2021 by email for service call that was not responded to and I paid later for to private repairer. The problem returned later and others under my contract terms occurred should have been corrected. Multiple emails 11/2022 and later sent after multiple phone call to an inop phone number listed on contract and remains inop. The provider has made no attempts to contact this customer.
