      I got 6 years membership from this company and paid in full $1900. I am trying to reach them by phone number or email or going to their website, nothing is working. I had one claim which was settled last March 2022 and still waiting to get my check. Tried at least **** times to reach somebody and nothing happened. I even requested to keep $400 money they offered me to replace $10,000 stove range and cancel my membership but there is no response to my request. This is such a bad company which is there to **** your money without giving you any service. They should be banned from doing the business, so they won't do what they are doing.

      My wife and I purchased a dishwasher and an extended warranty two years ago. In Spetember 2022, the dishwasher broke down. We contacted Complete Care, the warranty company, and they started the process of having a third party repair service fix the dishwasher. We have had the repair personnel at our house on four occasions and the dishwasher still is not fixed. The latest time, in December 2022, the repair person could not find the leak issue but ordered five parts to replace. Since that time, we have called the warranty place numerous times because we can not talk to a human being when we call ****************. They keep giving us a runaround and tell us that parts are ordered and when they come in we should contact **************** and they will install the parts. I am dissatisfied with the warranty company and wish to be reimbursed for the cost of a new dishwasher and the cost of the warranty.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Complete Care Warranty LLC regarding complaint ID ********. I just want it to be perfectly clear that this business DID NOT contact me until I complained to the Extended Warranty Department of the business where I purchased the appliance and they took care of the matter for me. I believe they lit a fire under the business' a** and then and only then they refunded the original sales price of the appliance back to me. The fact that this business did not respond back to BBB just makes me sure that this business is one i will not do business with in the future. The correspondences that I had with their personnel lacked any social skills and were completely and directly rude and unsympathetic to the issues. I am attaching a Word document copy of the email that I sent to the Extended Warranty division for future reference.

      At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Complete Care Home Warranty LLC has been resolved.

      I contacted the Warranty Department of the Point of Sale location and they took care of the matter for me. A few days later someone from Complete Care called me and basically refunded the original purchase price to be used for a new unit at the original point of sale location.

      The company no longer has a working number or website and took **** dollars from ** to cover our home warranty. The never did what they said they would I have been billed for service calls they were suppose to pay for the never issued a check for my refrigerator after almost a year in f contacting them about it. The have given us trouble from day one our sales rep pulled a bait and switch and the manager ***** was never available or *************** to help with our concerns l. We would like a refund of the **** we paid for service. There is no one to contact no working number or website. They just took our money and ran with it. We have called time and time again to get service charges covered, a check that was promised issued but no one could ever help us and always were told I cant help with that. Now the company is closed?

      I paid $2250 to this home warranty company for six years in advance I recently had a home issue and tried to contact this business several times in a week, got a busy signal, Tried several times to call the agent that sold me the policy, busy signal.There is no website for this company any longer They stole money from me

      Been trying to place a claim for months. The company appears to be out of business. I paid for a 7 yr policy in 2021.

      Purchased home warranty policy # *********, approximately September 2021. Paid ******* for six years of converate. Closed on our home on 1/31/22. Our refrigerator stopped working in July 2022. Called the company, the took down our information and said they would contact a contractor to send out. Called them a week later and they said we had been placed on a priority list; Approximately 8 weels later still no one came to look at our refrigerator. Filed a complaint w/ the ************************* and August 30, 2022 they companyr responded to their office stating that as of 8/30/22 our policy had been cancelled and they within 15 - 30 days we would be issued a refund. It is now 2/8/23 and still no refund. This company is fraudulent and they have victimized us as senior citizens and disabled.

      I called from my cell which is ************ for the purchase of a home warranty with Complete Care Home Warranty. This call was late December 2020 or January of 2021 because the money was pulled from my Apple Credit Card on January 1st, 2022. I paid $2500.00 for a 6 year coverage contract. In January 2023, my gas water heater failed. I tried last month to file it but when I called the phone number listed for the company, its longer working nor is the website. So here we are $900 for the gas water heater and $2,500 for a warranty that doesnt exist later.

      I bought a 6 year home warranty policy from Complete Care in 2021 (Term 01/07/2021 - 01/07/2027). I paid $2100. In December, in *****, we had a winter storm that damaged our tankless water heater. This is when I discovered that Complete Care Home Warranty's email and phone were offline. I am unable to contact any one from the company for a reimbursement and there has been no attempt on there part to return emails. Policy number *********

      I have a contract for covered warranty service for my home at 707 Running Deer Drive contract # ********* My garage door opener is covered under my contract terms My garage door opener went out in spring 2022. Complete Care Home Warranty ( CCHW ) was unable to find a repair company to fix my problem.They asked me to find a repair company which I did - Columbia Garage Doors and Openers, Columbia, TN They approved this company. Columbia Gararge Doors spoke to CCHW and described the problem - that the opener was broke, could not be fixed, and had to be replaced. CCHW agreed to the repair and agreed to reimburse me to the amount of $300.00. They assigned claim # ***** to this claim Columbia Garage Doors made the repair on 06/05/2022 and charged me ****** ( invoice is attached )Per CCHW instructions I submitted a Claim Reimbursement Form on 06/23/2022 ( form is attached )I called appox. 1 week later and was told that they were in possession of my claim form and it would take up to 6 weeks to process As of 01/30/2023 I have not received the $300.00 reimbursement amount.I have called so many times that I have lost count - I have been told that the Supervisor must approve this claim and is not in today. Supervisor's name is ***** at **** - I have been told the Supervisor would call me back. Never happened - There has not been a single time that my call has been returned or that the Supervisor ***** has anwered her extension.I have exhausted all my options, please help.Thank You, *************************

      We purchased a plan from them in 8/21. A while ago our dishwasher stopped cleaning well, despite us cleaning the filter and all the usual things an amateur can do, so a guy came out. He said something like he'd need to check with them before fixing it. They said it wasn't worth it and would give us $50 (only) for a new dishwasher. We decided to push through since we couldn't afford a new one at the time (since we had spent so much on the coverage). The dishwasher officially broke this weekend so I just tried to contact them. The number has been disconnected and the email I sent to our "account executive" (who has never been helpful since selling us the policy, with some lies included but that's another issue) bounced back. We paid ahead a few years for the discount, so are they just taking off with our money? I thought this place wasn't a scam.
