      I paid for the 6 year plan for home coverage on 11/01/2021 and was told that if I didn't have any claims I could get my full payment back. I paid $1950.00 for a six year policy. I have not used it and wish to have my money refunded as promised. I am considering selling and would like my my back. My contract # is *********, transaction ID#***********. I have no way of contacting anyone at the business since there is no response by phone service number that was given is ************ quote # ************.       I purchased two home warranty's from Complete Care Home Warranty on 09/12/2021 through 09/12/2027 for $1800.00 each for a total of $3600.00. With ************************* | Senior Account Executive Complete Care Home Warranty Direct: ************** . I called the company on 1/26/2023 to request a copy of my warranty's. The phone numbers have been disconnected ************** Website is gone It looks like they have closed. I am trying to dispute charges with my credit card company on 01/26/2023 may take up to 90 days for a full response. Im not sure what to call this a Scam, Fraud, Criminal theft. I paid in full i now have no coverage i was never contacted by Complete Care Home Warranty. Id like a full refund and help to pursue any options i may have to resolve this.       I filled a complaint, canceling my account and requested a refund back in August, Sept and October 2022, ************************* responded to the BBB on 10/10/22 and advised them that they would prorate and issue a refund back to **** would like to inform you that I have not received a refund from CCHW.       I purchased a home protection warranty on August 6, 2021 and paid $1980 and it was to cover from September 6, 2021 through September 6, ****. My policy number is *********. I reached out to them today and it looks like they went out of business and I never use them so I want a complete refund of my $1980.

      We purchased our our policy in May 2021 since then we have put in two claims. One claim was completed and we had to pay $60 plus additional fees. When we purchased the policy we were told we would only have to pay $60. The next claim was denied they said the garage door opener was not covered, but its supposedly covered in our policy. We are currently trying to contact them and found out the number is no longer valid and cant contact the company. We paid in advance for a policy that was supposed to be in effect 06/08/2021 - 12/08/2024. We would like a refund. Its not a bargain or great discounted price if you dont get what was promised in writing. We paid in advance so we wouldnt have to worry about high repair prices and to have a sense of peace. Now it feels like we got taken for money we cant afford to just give or throw away. Please help.       We attempted to contact them to get a dryer fixed, when we tried to call them, we could only get an answering machine. We tried to contact them several times over a two month period. We then contacted BBB and found out they were no longer in business. We had the contract for just over a year and had used them one time with no complaint. We paid for $1950.00 to renewal a policy for an additional six years which started June 1st, 2022. If possible we would like a refund so we could purchase another policy elsewhere. Thank you for any help

      Purchased a 3 year policy on 2 houses on October 12,2021. Paid the entire bill up front for the 3 years. Over $3000.00. I have not had to use the warranty yet but today when I tried to contact them, their phone numbers have been disconnected and the email doesnt seem to work. I saw online that the Government of ********** has sent them a cease and dissit for selling insurance without a license. I dont know if they are still in business because I cant get in contact with them. I feel like I was scammed by them, they took my money and closed up shop. I am attempting to dispute the charge on my credit card but I am finding that disputes must be made within 60 days of the charges. I was attempting to purchase another home warranty for an additional house today. I am very upset. I never received a notice that they were no longer in business.

      I am under contract with complete care home warranty company. I filed a claim for my refrigerator and I was told it could not be fixed and they would send me $100 towards replacing it. That was in April of 2022 and I never received a check. I called this month to put in another claim but the phone number is not working. I cannot get ahold of anyone and I am still under contract under March of this year. I would like a refund.

      I signed up with complete home care with a 3-year contract, i believe they have scammed us, and i wish I can get my money back in some type of way, I need work done to my house no one is answering the phones, I need help.

      I purchased a 5 year home warranty for over $1,000 and I am trying to get them to fix my stove and I cant get a hold of anybody. I need them to fix it or refund my money asap. Thank you so much for your help.

      My complaint has NOT been resolved because: Under Cancellation, section C, it says that I can receive a pro-rated refund? I have an oven that needs to be repaired asap and they also have no working phone number to speak with a customer service team since the number no longer works and emails are returned.       I dont want my money back if you will fix my stove? Your phone number on the contract is no longer in service and the is no portal to make a claim. What is the new phone number that actually works? If you are no longer fixing appliances, then I expect a pro-rated refund. I have been trying to get this resolved for almost 2 months.
