      I already paid ***** for 6 years for my home warranty, but this company is closed and I didnt get anything, when I call them to claim for some service their phone is not working, when I ****** them , this company is temporarily closed !! What should be my next step to get all my money back.

      I purchased a home warranty policy from complete care home warranty from 12/13/2021 to 12/13/2027. When we attempted to have a repair in our home, I tried to reach them with the 860 number and 273 number provided as customer service but service was not available on mentioned numbers. Then I was trying to do it through the website and the page was not available there either. I need help contacting them now for canceling the policy and pro-rate refund back. Please help.

      I purchased a VIP for Veterans home warranty through Complete Care Home Warranty for 6 years of protection at $1500.00 (11-8-2020 to 11-8-26). Now it 2-8-2023, and I cant get in contact with them to file a claim. I dont know if they are out of business or what, the phone number is no longer answered when I call them.

      I purchased three home warranties from this company. We attempted to have them repair one of our homes and they came up with every excuse not to repair it. At this point, I would like a refund for the unused portion of the three warranties. My policies started July 2021 and end January 2025.
      I tried calling their phone number and the number is disconnected. I don't know how to contact them for the refund. If BBB could intervene, I highly appreciate it.

      i paid in advance good for 5 years. all my claims was denied and the last call i made, phone was disconnected. i want my money back. how can you sleep at night stealing from people.

      I have a contract with this company since June 2012. In my first claim, the water heater wasn't working, they sent an overweight guy that couldn't physically reach down to the unit. After a few seconds he said it needed to be replaced. Then I received a communications from CCHW saying the case was being closed because the technician didn't find anything wrong with the unit. Now, a year and a half later I have a bad refrigerator and I am calling to no avail, it says the number isn't a working number. I don't know how to contact them. I want the policy *****! I don't trust them, I think they went out of business and did't notify us!

      I been trying to contact this company and I get no Answer the phone just hang up and their is no website anymore I think they went out of business and didnt even let their customers know. This is so sad.

      Ripoff...I paid $2250.00 on 03 November 2021 upfront for the 6 year veterans program, I've gotten substandard service ONE time for a clogged drain.
      I called again several months later to get a busted pipe under my kitchen sink fixed, the cost was about $30 more than what they allowed, i got a fake authorization number to go ahead with the service, was told I would be reimbursed for the total amount I paid, haven't received anything yet.
      My policy manager was ***** *******, although he talked a up a good game when I was looking for a reputable Home warranty company, he has yet to answer the phone when I call.
      I'm going to contact an attorney to see if I can get ALL of my money back and cancel my policy.
