      I dont generally like to term anyone as a scam but with all my efforts and calls over the last few months of experiencing their responses/communications I am sad to think they really are. Had signed up for 5+ years at $1700 and requested them to cater to couple service requests for few months now and they keep giving excuses but have had no action whatsoever. Abd now none of 4 phone numbers they provided even work anymore felt very dejected. Have seen so many reviewers of them at BBB and it is not one bit promising. Sad that they lied so much karma works and it wont stop at their generation either you have let trusting people spending their hard earned money down karma wont go away because that seed is in YOU (company, owners etc) it will manifest when you least expect sad!! Feeling cheated!!

      they take your money and don't follow through on any of the services that are in the contract. Obviously i should have checked here first.

      joined this company 08/05/21 made a claim on 06/11/222 needed a plumber from 06/11/22 until august they were trying to find a tech.i called back in august i was told my account had been dropped but they made sure they took the payment for august this company is a scam. never called to say i was dropped and never said why

      Purchased this last year when the review is not this bad. Made three claims so far, first one is about an outlet burning smell, with fire hazard, they can't send someone within 48 hours. I hired someone to repair, of course, no reimbursement. Second claim, a burning smell from the dryer, again fire hazard, they denied because based on their policy they only cover if the dryer completely not working... The 3rd time, the ** went down, after 4 days of claim submission, no reply. I called the customer service and was told to go with the reimbursement process. So I paid someone to do the diagnosis, when I asked for the approval, was told the authorization department does not work during weekend, not during holiday, OK, I called Tuesday after 9am, on a business day and during business hour, was again transferred to the same women on customer service, saying she does not know when the authorization or supervisor is becoming available. I am planning to file a small court claim on this scammer.

      I filed a claim for my dishwasher, and they sent me an email with the company name I needed to contact. I reached out to that company and they informed me they could not come out to my house because Complete ********* did not take care of their outstanding bill with them! I contacted Complete ********* and they told me they would put me with another company and they did not. I have called them numerous times. One of the times they told me they would send paperwork for me to contact my own tech, and they would reimburse me. Never received anything from them. I called again and asked for them to assign me to a different company, and they told me I would receive the info between ***** hours, and never received anything! I am tired of calling them and getting the run around! They sure dont have a problem drafting my money from my account every month. They are nothing but a scam!!

      I signed up with the company at a cost of $1200.00 for a 3 year contract. On 2 May I submitted a work request that was not assigned until 27 Jun, way past the 48 hours promised in writing. Its August 23 2022, till the date the work was not done and no response from anyone in the company. I went ahead with so called "Reimbursement method" and submitted the diagnosis report but then no one cares to look at it till now.NO ONE REALLY CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS/CLAIMS/ISSUES and NO ONE RESPONDS I would like to cancel the remaining time on my contract with them and be reimbursed for total policy as I haven't used a single service from the company.

      They are so bad, When I did claim, I need to wait long time and I call like 4-5 times in a two weeks and they said we will find a tech and they did NOT.Super scammer. Always their phone number busy!!!

      This is a Criminal Operation: What I paid for is not what I have received. That is a piece of mind. I purchased a Complete Care Home Warranty Policy Instead of Renewing my ***** Home Warranty because ***** failed to send someone to replace my water heater that went out. After several days they decided to send a check instead of doing the job. The Complete Care Home Warranty salesman sold me on that this would not happen with your policy and It did. The salesman also sold me on that all my appliances that was being covered were cover under your policy even as I explain the age of my appliances. The first claim I submitted was for the washer being out of balance. I paid the $45 service fee and it was an easy fix for the technician so he completed the job by using a $1 spring. The next claim I submitted was for my dryer timer that was not working. The technician came out and said it was the timer and he needed to get the parts and would get back to me and reschedule. I told him that the part was available here in town as I already looked into it and what the cost was for the part. Several days went buy so I called customer service and was told that the repair was not going to be done because my dryer was to old to fix. I explained that the fix was simple and the parts are available I was told that I would be getting a check for $150. I was not happy with that as I explained that I was sold a Warranty on the Appliances I have covered and now that the Appliances will not be repaired do to there age that you will over a payout instead. This is not what I am paid for. I was transferred to **** because I wanted to Cancel my Policy at that time. **** offered me $250 to cover the cost of getting a new Dryer and to keep my from canceling at that time. You also told me that the check would be sent out in 8 weeks well **** the check never came. Cancel Policy My Policy Refund me 5 years back at $325x5=1,625+250=$1,875 back to my account. The $250 is for the Dryer payout.

      Absolute ripoff. So sad. They have no technicians network in my area. I tried using the warranty twice in this year. Never even tried to find a tech for me. I am not allowed to get my own person, and pay up front . I must call authorization first...or tech must. The line was busy all day!! WHAT TECHnition or business person can sit on the phone all day on hold!!!! NONE. After being on hold for days, I finally got a live PERSON, WHO TOLD ME THE CLAIMS EMAIL ADDRESS AND TO SEND THEM THE INVOICE FOR ESTIMATE OF REPAIRS....DONE. no word AT ALL...work IS STILL NOT DONE...AFTER 3 DAYS IN BLAZING HEAT, WITH NO AC---- no RESPONSE OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF EMAILS OR REQUEST TO ESCALATE REPAIRS. ITS NOW THE WEEKEND...AND THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE!!!SEEMS TO ME THEY FORCE YOU TO GET FRUSTRATED, AND PAY OUT OF POCKET, WHICH VOIDS THE WARRANTY!!! scammmmers!!!!CAN YOU SAY class action suit????THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR...BUT...BBB SITE DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO POST WITHOUT ONE STAR

      I REGRET being sold this ******** of a warranty. They have like 3 employees they know NOTHING- you cant talk to a supervisor (theres apparently only 1) Ive sat on hold for over 2 hours each day for 5 days trying to get my AC work and Septic work okayed.They are HORRIBLE RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS **** OF A COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS
