      DO NOT whatever you do, become a policy holder with this company, because they are a fraud and this is a scam. Reading these reviews are exactly what Ive been going through for the last 6 MONTHS. I cancelled my policy in June of 22 and have STILL not received my reimbursement. Now I cant even reach them by phone, because the number is disconnected.How can this even be legal?? This is just the beginning of my quest to get my almost $2000 back. I will track down whoever is behind this and get my much needed money back. Buyer beware.

      Hello All, This is a ************** please do not trus this company at all.I was approached by a marketing person, he told me all kinds of lies that he can tell untill I purchased the policy, now he is not working in the company.I made 2 claims.First claim I had to do all the followups with the person assigned, he showed up after 45 days, all these ****************************** a lundrymart outside.The person who came made a water flood on the top floor, he dragged the laundry unit on the wood outside laundry room, damaging the wood.When asked him why this happened.. he just laughed at **** told the same to Complete care, they did not speak anything.For the second claim, it was microwave, I waited for 3 months and no response at all.Finally cancelled 6 months ago, there was no refund of my money till date.Now they are not even picking up my calls, I tried reaching out several times.I am really not sure what they are up to.did any one get their money refunded, if so how did that happen.

      Total RIP OFF Only 1 person answers phone for ALL DEPTS Can NEVER speak to a manager(not allowed) can ONLY request a call back I've been waiting 2 months for the CALL BACK I WANT A PRO RATED REFUND but can get anyone on the phone to help me. Vicious Circle A COMPLETE ***********!!!!

      If only I had searched this site before I paid in advance! The first claim I made was quickly paid by ****. Apparently, that was to set me up with a false sense of confidence, for my 2nd and 3rd claim (even though approved) remained unpaid to this day, both claims in early 2022. I kept getting put off when I called **, and each time my suspicions grew. I finally gave them a date before I took action, and I was completely ignored. After calling the Secretary of State in CA, **, CT, PA, MD, and VA, I was able to track down the proper corporate address and phone number ( the ones on this site). My number must be blocked since it is the same ** number I called for claims, and now my calls don't even ring. I have filed suit, but since I cannot identify a principal (I did find a name online, but it was **), it is probably all for naught. So, including the value of the claims and the time remaining on my not-worth-the-paper-it's-printed-on contract, I will end up eating about $1k. Compared with some of these other horror stories, it's merely a flesh wound. I'm surprised the rating and accreditation isn't even lower! My advice is: if you ever find yourself contemplating doing business with these people, RUN! It is obvious they have planned on having complaints and disputes, and have sheltered themselves from it quite well. That, my friend, is the only thing this company has done right.

      This company is a fraud and has not giving me the money to reimburse me for a repair that I had done. One of there requirements is that they have to approve and clear the company that I choose to do the work before it’s done. Ok fine I went through that process and got the green light. After the repair is down I had to send the paid invoice. 4 months since I sent them all the required documents they need to reimburse me. 4 months of no contact from them. It’s like they gosted me. I’m so close to going to there office in New Jersey and handling this in person. ***** ****** is the CEO of this *** company and it shows what type of guy this is that’s running it. All I ask for is my money back. Also they failed to tell me that they will only reimburse me the amount that they would pay a cheap contractor of there choosing, which ended up being half of what I paid my contractor but at least I know it was done right. I highly encourage you not to give this company any of your business. Please stay away

      This company is good at selling a useless insurance policy. I have requested for a refund for the past month and no responses received. Poor lady at the customer service based offshore who receives all these complainants. Please return my money. Your service is so poor.

      This insurance is a big scam. they never keep their promises. they never find any technician and now a days their phone just rings and rings no one answers the calls and you can't even leave any messages as there is no answering machine either so you can never get hold of them.This insurance is literally useless. This is "the **************** I can't even give any stars at all but if i don't check at least one star it won't take my review so for that reason i have to click one star.BBB, please help me to cancel my policy and get my money back as it is impossible to get hold of them. I paid them $1760. They are not even responding to any emails.

      I purchased a 5 year contract from this company in July 2021. I had my real first issue on my house about a year later. Our AC unit went out. I called the company, spoke to a woman and she took my information, she said my claim will be processed and to look for an email from a contractor to fix my issue. Never received an email, called back spoke to the exact same person, and she said she will get my claim escalated and someone will email me. Never received an email, waited 2 weeks from initial call. Meanwhile we have no heat and no AC in our house. I called a third time and the phone number is now disconnected. I went onto the website and saw my claim online but nothing has been done. I emailed the company online as a follow up post/reply about my claim....no response. Original claim was on 09/09/2022. two additional calls were made with zero response...phone number is now disconnected: ending in **** no longer works, no other contact number is not available online. Went online and submitted a question about my claim on 10/05/2022. No response. This is a scam company, can't believe they are able to operate. Something needs to be done about these guys stealing money.

      This company is a scam! They will only use their technicians who will say there is nothing wrong. A technician broke my hot water heater saying he was going to go get a part. Luckicly I went in to see what part and water was all over my laundry room and running out of the hot water heater. I have photos and video. He said we needed a new one. But Complete care said as long as it comes on we are not covered.My AC is from the 60s and 80s. The technician from the company said it was just dirty and not covered. We spent $8000 to replace old ducts and will have to spend another $10,000 or so to replace the ac ourselves.If you call customer service they will always say a manager is not available and to email them. There is an arbitration on the form also. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE EMAILS!!!Customer beware. Even when buying a house and a warranty comes with it, I WOULD NOT CHOOSE COMPLETE CARE I'D GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 10 IF I COULD

      We have placed a claim in for our hot water heater leaking, have called multiple times as they had escalated the issue to management and their dispatch.. nearly two weeks later, now there phone number is disconnected and our hot water heater is completely not working! Are they out of business now? Seems by all the complaints filed, I wont be surprised if they have a lawsuit on their hands now! Absolutely ridiculous customer service!
