On 03/26/2024 I placed 2 entry's on underdog fantasy for 5 dollars each to payout 100 dollars each I went to withdraw the 205 dollars on 03/27/2024 I already had 5 dollars left from before thats what made it 205 I went to withdraw they canceled it then they canceled it again on the 3rd time is when I realized they restricted my account and dont wanna answer any emails to unrestrict and give me my money I want every dollar!!!Business Response

All customers are permitted to open and hold one account on **********************, per terms of service. Underdog Fantasy currently has $498 of my money in the account. I want the money back. This is not a refund since it is my money. They are withholding it from me. I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks now and they ignore my messages. I have withdrawable funds in my account and they have restricted my account so I cannot withdrawal until I submit my documents which I have done twice now because they lost the first submission somehow.Business Response

On 3/3/2024, the customer was warned by our Fraud and ******************* for withdrawing to a third-person source. All customers are permitted to deposit and withdrawal with sources that match the details on their Underdog Fantasy account, per our terms of service. On 3/14/2024, the customer violated this term again. In addition to these violations, the customer's account was flagged for deposit and immediately withdrawing funds. This is a separate terms of service violation in addition to the previous violations. On 3/25/2024, the customer's account was refunded $500 via PayPal and permanently closed due to continuous violations of the previously mentioned terms of service.Initial Complaint

I signed up on 3/20/24 and placed an initial deposit of $100 not knowing what I was really getting myself into. Shortly after exploring the app I realized I did not want to participate and went to withdrawal. I then noticed I was not given the option to withdraw. In a way I feel like I was forced to place a bet in a hope that I win and my money would be returned. I contacting support requesting a refund and a closure on my account and have not gotten a response. At the time of my company my bets are still active and the events correlated with my bets have not taken place, so no money has been won or lost.Business Response

On 3/20/2024, the customer reached out inquiring about our Money Back Guarantee promotion. As the customer qualified, they were forwarded the terms necessary to receive the refund, and Underdog Fantasy was instructed to continue. The customer was refunded their deposit and the account was closed, in-line with the terms the customer agreed to.

I won $600 and i requested a withdrawal of $550. Underdog fantasy locked my account and denied my withdrawal. They emailed me asking me to show them that me and my fianc's identity.. Which i did immediately and with no problem. I went to the support chat discord which what they urge us to do. I messaged thr chat and the moderator deleted my message and blocked me from messaging further. I now realize that underdog fantasy is flagging withdrawals of $500 or more and locking peoples accounts and stealing their money. I have screenshots of the moderator INTENTIONALLY deleted messages about them scamming and stealing people's money. I have done nothing wrong.. On 9/22/2023, the customer was flagged for a violation of **********************'s terms of service. Multi-accounting is prohibited on the platform, and the customer was in violation of this term. On 9/27/2023, the customer's account was cleared and they were informed that future violations of the these terms would result in a permanent account closure. On 2/29/2024, the customer was in violation of these terms once more, operating multiple accounts. I was playing on underdog and usually I cash out to around 200 dollars every winning but 3 days ago I won 400 dollars and tried to withdraw to my PayPal but then I got a email saying my account was under review and I submitted my documents so Im still waiting on my 400 dollars to either be placed in my PayPal or back on my accountBusiness Response

I tried depositing 100$ in my account when I first signed up. My card was repeatedly denied. I then requested support and they said my card did not have the desired funds. Ive been using underdog since October and i havent won much. Then i won 54 dollars the other day and cashed it out. then i won 355 dollars more and when i tried to withdrawal it i was banned. its not fare. I contacted every form customer service on ********************** that i can and no response yet. i just wanna be able to withdrawal my earnings and move on i have all the evidence. I deposited a total of 25 dollars through my friends paypal due to mine not functioning at the time. Since then my account was suspended and i am unable to withdraw. i won 326$ and had a pending withdraw. the withdrawl was pending for 2 days before being suddenly cancelled and my account was suspended. This has caused a considerable headache and I no longer want to use this service as it is nothing but a scam that they try to avoid paying you out when you win. They have asked for my friends documents, even though it is my account. i want my money out of the account. Do not use this service it is a a scam
