      I deposited $10 on their website and they matched it. Well when I went to place bets, it's now saying they don't offer it in ****, even though they claim to offer all services to **** residents. So I've contacted them at least six times and all I get is an automated reply. I called them and their message says they don't have a call center. All I want is my $10 refunded back onto my Chime card that I made a deposit from. They claim you can withdraw via PayPal, but that didn't work either. Please help me with this matter.

      On 2/16/2024, the customer reached out to **********************'s Support Team requesting a refund due to depositing in a non-Pick'em state. Because we offer draft contests in ****, the customer was still allowed to sign up and make a deposit. On 2/16/2024, the customer was refunded the requested amount and their case has been closed.

      I received a 1099 tax form from this company. I have never used or have an account with this company. I have tried to contact them using the phone number on the 1099 form and it goes straight to a machine. I sent an email and Instagram message and have not heard back. There is fraudulent use of my information for gambling purposes.

      On 2/15/24, the customer reached out to **********************'s Support team for assistance with a fraudulent charge. The customer's card was used against their knowledge, which has since been refunded. In addition to this, the customer received a 1099 that has since been canceled. The customer's case has been reviewed and properly closed by our Fraud & ***************** at this time.

      The company only responded to my messages after I commented all over their Instagram page. They notified me that my credit card, social security number, and address were used to create this fraudulent account. They will not provide me with a number to call or have a manager call me to get further information. I would like to know the date that the account was opened so that I can look more closely at my credit cards and information.

      On 2/15/2024, the customer reached out to ********************** in regards to receiving a fraudulent tax form. An account was created on the platform using their information, and subsequently closed. The tax form was also revised by ****************, and the customer was not required to submit any tax information because of this. The customer was then told that we were unable to provide any additional information regarding this fraudulent account for security purposes. The customer was encouraged to contact the appropriate authorities, including law enforcement, who may then reach out to our legal department, and they were also given the requested contact information for Underdog.

      My account was disable for no reason I was told to send documents in to have my account unlocked I did so for the last 5days and Ive been ignore forgotten about and down right belittled all I want is my account unlocked I also have 100$ on there that I deposit right before the locked me out

      On 2/9/2024, the customer's account was temporarily restricted by our Risk and Fraud team due to a mismatch deposit and withdrawal source on file. All customers are permitted to deposit and withdrawal with sources that match the details on their Underdog account, per our terms of service. During this process, the customer made several responsible gaming-concerning comments that were flagged by our Risk team. The customer's account will not be reinstated after review per our terms, and their remaining account balance was sent to them.

      Monday 2/12/24 I placed a live bet on *************************** to record a double double which he did according to ******* which is the site where underdog gets their stats from but on my slip it says that he did not record therefore making my slip invalid. It was a classic Pickem slip 20$ 3 leg for 150$ *************************** was the last leg I needed to hit I do not understand why it was invalid.

      I made a bet on this app and the bet cleared but because the *** made a mistake on the name their saying I didnt win the bet win it clearly shows that I did win the bet?? I contacted the app and they stopped responding without settling the situationI clearly won on the bet and have the evidence to prove it on multiple different apps as wee they say its 72 hours until things clear in their rules and it hasnt even been 24 hours and their not trying to pay me what I won or even give my money back

      Brief overview of the situation is I had an accidental deposit of $2950 on 1/16/24. This deposit was an accident and when I tried to withdraw the money, Underdog froze my account. I then had to share documents proving this account was mine and the cards on file were mine. I sent all required documents and my account was unlocked 2/8/24. I then initiated the withdrawal as it shows in my transaction history but there has not been a pending withdrawal show up on my account. And the money never hit my PayPal. I have never had issues with Underdog payouts to my PayPal and would like to figure this out before going in a different direction trying to get my $2950 back. Since my account was frozen for so long, I have been late on rent and missed payments because of the inability to get back my $2950. Please assist as I have all documents showing I never received my withdrawal back. Thank you.

      I opened a new account with my legal name and information and debit card on 1/29/2024 and attached my PayPal which also has my legal information attached to it. The same day I had won $620. I initiated a withdrawal for 500$ the same day and it was pending the following day I won around $1100 and also attempted a withdrawal for $500 the following day I sent an email to why my winnings has not been deposited to my PayPal. I then received an email stating that my account was placed on a review and I needed to submit my id front and back a picture of me holding my id, my PayPal information and card information which I did. They only sent 200$ to my PayPal and held the rest My account is restricted and I still have 300$ in winning I won before the restricted my account. They currently have 800$ of pending withdrawal I havent received and $300 they refusing to allow me to withdraw because my account is restricted totaling $1100 dollars. I have emailed them several times and they keep giving me an automated email response that someone will get back to me. I HAVE NOT VIOLATED ANY OF THEIR AGREEMENT NEITHER HAVE I USED ANYONESLE INFORMATION BUT MINES. I would like my complete winnings and money back to my PayPal and my account to be unrestricted as I have not violated their terms or aggrement.

      On 1/31/24, the customer was contacted by the ********************** Fraud & Payments team in regard to a terms of service violation. The customer was using a withdrawal source that belonged to another customer on the ********************** platform, which is a violation of the agreed upon terms of service. The customer provided the requested documentation for review, and was reinstated on 2/6/24. The aforementioned withdrawals have been processed and the account remains clear of any restrictions.

      My account was set as restricted and someone reached out needing documentation. I sent that documentation and now have been ghosted by underdog since Jan 23rd. My money that I tried to withdraw is not in my PayPal account and is not in my underdog account. I have created multiple tickets and responded in the past week but nobody will respond to help me get my account cleared and my money sent to me. This is ridiculous and is also the 2nd time that they have restricted my account for no reason, then say there without responding to me.

      My account been permanently block with no reason give I tried reaching out too support with lil of to no help I tired to reaching out to there discorded nd got blocked for asking the same question I still had money in my account when I got blocked THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AS SOON AS YOU HIT BIG THEY START TO RESTRICT YOUR ACCOUNT
