      Absolutely abysmal customer service. It also took incredibly longer than stated for glasses to arrive. When you try to get assistance on their website you are directed to an automated chat where you are unable to actually explain the problem due to 'multiple choice' issues they give you to choose from. If you call, I don't believe they actually have employees though the automated message says they are available. I feel robbed.

      They ripped me off .. originally charged me $244 for my glasses and then charged me over $290.. Never provided an order number and after over ************************************************** hung up on I still dont have my glasses ( 6 days max they said ) and now its been almost a month.. I cant get a person to talk to , the hang up on me or the ** chat disconnects to me and they refuse to work with me at all and have over charged me and its been almost a month and no glasses .. what a fraud company I want my money back and have filed a fraud case with my ********** which I found out I was over charged by over $50 .. what a joke company and horrible costumer service , its literally not possible to talk to a real person and they continuously end my calls and or ** chats .. do not ever spend your money with them they are frauds and the worst company Ive ever dealt with .. presently in fraud dispute with them through my **********

      ****. Purchased 2 pairs of glasses that looked good on the 3D try on. Paid for fast shipping. An extra $20 and they took longer than they were supposed to. The glasses came horribly, the cases literally plastic and the glasses are crooked in both right sides. The arms are flimsy and cheap. Contacted them for a return and they said they would only refund me 50%. I will be reaching out to my credit union to dispute, and hope that works. My order was $63 and they wanted to give me $28 back?!? What are they keeping my money for?!? When i told them this was extremely fraudulent given my glasses are horrible quality they replied with look at the return policy.

      DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GLASSESUSA. If I could give a business a MINUS five star rating, GLASSESUSA would be it. Big time scammers. I agree with everyone's comments about customer service. It's disgusting that people will find all kind of ways to cheat people out of money. I placed my order on expedited delivery and when I called for the status, I ended up going round in circles with the bot chat. Keeps asking for an ORDER #, which I never received. Just a "Thank you for your Order". There's no way to speak to a LIVE person. It's been a week, no glasses. I feel totally duped. Don't do this to yourself.

      Horrible business practices. Marketing through social media platforms. They place your order, and then takes 3 weeks to fulfill. And then shipping is another 3 weeks. Return policy is nonexistent. Borderline scam type practices.

      I received a pair of sunglasses from them which I couldnt see clearly out of. I went to my optometrist for a new prescription. I paid for an additional year of warranty and the right to have the prescription changed in my order. When I contacted them to return them for a new prescription, they simply said I was beyond the 14 return policy, gave me a web link to apply for a warranty return and disconnected me. The warranty chat bot tells me that I am out of warranty. I cant talk to anyone there and I have no recourse on a $380.00 purchase. It feels very much like a scam.0

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-They promise you a refund, send return label back-only to not follow through. I will drag this company through the mud until my issue is resolved!!!

      The customer for this company is horrendous. I called the number and it referred me to the website chat. I emailed them numerous times and get responses that look like they are copy and pasted. I'm still waiting on a refund for almost 2 months now.

      I have made 3 purchases with GlassesUSA. 1st one wasn't bad. 2nd purchase they refused to deliver to my address after waiting almost 3 weeks, and the store credit didn't cover the pair of glasses for 3rd purchase. 3rd purchase was received almost 2 months after the initial purchase and they were broken. Sent back within a day and still waiting on my refund and still needing glasses for my college student. Don't try to use their phone (can't get anyone) and the chatbot can't help either. If you get past their bot to what feels like a bot again, they just esculate and no one ever follows up.
