      I ordered expedited delivery on glasses, and it appears that the package was never dropped off at the post office now 12 days later. When I could speak to a human they told me to wait another few days, said they could do nothing, and disconnected the chat. Use Zenni, I have had no issues with them in the past.

      This company is garbage. I ordered glasses, paid for "express shipping" , and there has been no communication since, and it's been weeks. The *** tracking code has said "Status Unknown" for a week, and they have no clue. Never again.

      I ordered glasses at the beginning of January and paid for expedited shipping. The system says that the item has been shipped but it has not arrived. There is no ability to talk to anyone despite the recorded message. This company is TERRIBLE. Don't give them your business, they will steal your money!

      I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 12/29 and was promised delivery inn 7-10 business days one pair was delayed once after QC problems. Now I am waiting on the other pair. I am unable to get any update other than there is a an unexpected problem with production and we will email you when we have an update when I called, all I have been told they have not passed quality control 2xs ! They have no update when I will receive them. I asked last week Wex for a manager to call me and yet to receive a call. I reached out on multiple social media platforms and the same responses. One person on FB just reached out and said she has the same info as a supervisor and to please give them another 1-2 business days for an update! Not even a date of when they will be ready!

      Ordered glasses 12/21/24 and today is 1/15/25 which is long past advertised shipment.
      When contacting customer service there is no option which enables speaking with a representative. All questions are via computer chat box.
      I failed to research this company and would implore all who do to please avoid their service.

      Good prices but after I placed my order with my current and valid contact prescription I received an email wanting to do a test online. i responded to the email (it was not Do Not Reply) twice but never received a response.
      I finally checked my credit card account online and found that I was charged for the contacts but there was never an order finalized and no shipping. This is against the law.
      I contacted the company by phone and was told that GlassesUSA requires that the prescription have two weeks before expiration to place an order. I asked for the webpage reference from the agent and was initially told that it was under Terms of Use but in fact it is not there and is "internal information".
      Since the test online is an additional charge this seems like a shake down in addition to the illegal credit card charge that was placed before the order was finalized. I will do business elsewhere.

      I emailed GlassesUSA customer service to ask the difference between their first option for progressives, whatever it is called, and their “ClearBright” premium progressives. I wanted to know if the “ClearBright” has a wider reading area than the other. The reply was that “it depends on the size of the frame”. This is the #1 most ridiculous and ignorant customer service answer I’ve ever received in my entire life! I was absolutely floored by it! Then I went and purchased the ClearBright because I had insurance that’s accepted by GlassesUSA. The glasses I received had an entirely new problem – GlassesUSA put the reading area of the progressives way too low on the lens, so I had to tilt my head all the way up to read on my computer screen. It was at the very bottom edge of the glasses. I’ve gotten glasses from Walmart Optical, Zenni, and Eyebuydirect, some of which were a shorter height frame than these, and none of those places ever made this mistake. Again, I say, some of those frames were a shorter height (as little as 32 height while the GlassesUSA frames were 40 height), and none had a problem like this. The whole organization at GlassesUSA does not seem to take the slightest care or diligence in doing their work correctly.

      tried to order eyeglasses for three weeks using vision insurance benefits. After filing out the online form, there would be an error code that prevented the order from processing. i used Klarna to pay 4 installments, and the first payment has already been deducted from my credit card. i never got an email confirmation, no order #, the whole transaction disappeared from glasses usa, but is still being processed by Klarna. several weeks of attempted communication with glasses usa by chat, phone text have failed to solve my issue. there is no interaction with a real human who knows what they are doing. worst customer experience i have ever have.

      Don’t buy from this company. Glasses took 10 days longer than promised. When received I couldn’t see out of them. I’ve tried to return but get a message that there is an error and to try later. I’ve tried every day but receive the same error message. I’ve now contacted PayPal and will wait on that outcome.

      Ordered glasses for my daughter and never received them. The tracking number says it is still awaiting item 16 days later. The site claims to have 24/7 support but you cant talk to a live person and the support is a chatbot that isnt helpful. This place is a scam.
