      GlassesUSA has sent me three pairs of glasses with the wrong prescription and will not refund my money.I had my glasses checked by an eye care specialist all three times, and they said everything time the Shere was positive and my prescription stated the sphere was negative. I have emails on the second pair, stating why my glasses are wrong, but they didnt pay attention. I get no help from customer service, since it is automated only. I want my $353, this has been going on for over a month.

      Terrible ******** service, the worst AI version imaginable. They were over a week late with expedited shipping paid for, and all I got was cut and paste responses that didn't address my concerns in any way. I just canceled the order though im distrustful of receiving my refund given the terrible service thus far, just nothing but lies and canned answers. ****** ****** was the name of the 1st ******** service *** to ignore my concerns and be rude.

      If I could give them negative stars, I would. I ordered glasses, 2 pair, and received them in 16 days. Both pair were a change in prescription for me. Both were uncomfortable, but you are advised to keep wearing them and your eyes will adjust to the change. My eyes did not adjust, although I gave them a good long chance. 6 weeks to be exact (which is, of course, beyond the free-return date.) The glasses gave me headaches and blurred vision. I contacted the company for a refund via the help line, phone number and chat bot. All circular conversations that ended with nothing. My request for a refund was not based on fashion and changing my mind. My request is based in quality control and a flawed product. These glasses are not correct. And absolutely no one at this company seems to care. I am stuck with two pair of unwearable glasses. The kicker is I ordered glasses from a competitor, received them and they are perfect. Which is why I am certain the GlassesUSA glasses were improperly manufactured. When a company says they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, as GlassesUSA does on their website, they should honor that guarantee. Especially when they sent a bad product to a (former) customer. Would strongly recommend you go elsewhere for your eyeglasses.

      Waited 3 months for glasses while being told that there was some kind of production issue. These people operate as if its a scam. Waiting for my money to be returned now. I'm sure there will be a will be another production issue!

      Signed up for a discount on frames, immediately received 8 spam emails in less than 24hours. Needless to say I wont ever be buying from this website.

      I am still waiting for my glasses. They are difficult to reach and they dont really care about the customer. I expected delivery on 11/5/24 and tracking number shows delivered but nothing was received. I am still awaiting for confirmation of my new order which was placed on Tuesday but no response. I have contacted my credit card company and dispute charges. Im not paying for something I dont have

      I ordered by glasses on October 17 and it's now been 18 business days (M-F) since that order. I've gotten one email that states that the company has had "technical difficulties" and one that simply states that there is a "problem with your order". In trying to find out what the problem was - and why the long delay in production - I went onto their chat line. That gave me a message that my order was not found (chat is an endless loop of the same questions). I also tried to call and again the pre-recorded questions went nowhere. This is lousy communications and horrible customer service (you cannot get a human). Next week, I'll put a stop payment on my card and look for my new glasses elsewhere.

      Do your self A favor and listen to me and practically everyone else in these reviews. Do not buy from these people they truly dont seem to care about their customers. First off, I ordered my pair of ********************** September 21st, they noted it would take about 3 business days. That in fact was a lie as they didnt ship my glasses until the 2nd of October. I had to wait about a week more to receive the glasses. The glasses were in fact, faulty, and the nose pads were completely unaligned and crooked. I was iffy about going through the exchange process since they had already took so long the first time, but I went ahead and went through with the exchange since the nose pads were really not okay. I was able to return the glasses and they received them within a day and began making my new replacement pair. It took them about a whole other week for them to get the second prescription done and to finally get it shipped out. This is where the fun really begins, after that timeframe **** says my package was delivered only for it not to be. So I contacted the customer support and I let them know that my package was not there but marked delivered. They advised me to wait 24 to 48 hours to double check it wasnt in an office or with a neighbor. I waited that timeframe. I contacted them again and they sent me to the delivery team and I had to wait another 24 to ******************************************************************** the same thing that the customer service said, to just wait another 24 to 48. By then I realized they werent helping me so I contacted **** and they were thankfully able to locate the package and get it to me. To this day they still have not answered me and still have my request as pending. Just dont waste your time with them. It was really a horrible experience to be honest. Also, **************** is extremely hard to reach. The only way to reach them is really through chat and to be honest it really just seems like its a bunch of bots. Dont do it!

      My wife placed an order for contacts with a new prescription. They sent her contacts from and expired prescription, which, according to her eye doctor was illegal to begin with then they did not process it through her insurance, but charged her and are now not. Refunding her money and processing the correct order. The way they should

      First time ordering on line. Just got 2 pair from another walk in place. The rx seemed wierd even tho they said it was fine. Took a chance here ordered no line progressives. Got them within 6 days and they kept me up to date with everything. Arrived and these are the best glasses I have had in many years!! Rx are is perfect!!!!
