      First time ordering on line. Just got 2 pair from another walk in place. The rx seemed wierd even tho they said it was fine. Took a chance here ordered no line progressives. Got them within 6 days and they kept me up to date with everything. Arrived and these are the best glasses I have had in many years!! Rx are is perfect!!!!

      order was placed and money was deducted on 10/13/24 as of today 11/07/24 3 telephone conversations with customer service and i still have no glasses . .**** *********

      I bought glasses two times from this company and the first time it wasn't so bad. But still I paid for express shipping and it didn't come to my house until 10 days after the fact. When I paid for express (3-5) shipping. The same thing is happening to me right now. I paid for express shipping and when I checked my progress it says "It **** * days to get glasses on production". This is ridiculous when I paid for express shipping again. I am never buying anything from this company again. I greatly encourage anyone to buy from another website.

      Worst experience *** ever had purchasing glasses online. I ordered a pair of Oakleys with transition lenses. I was very excited to get the order as I have recently been told I have an astigmatism and need glasses to 42 years old. After receiving the glasses I noticed that I had been sent a used pair. The frames themselves were chipped and had what looked like bite marks on them. The worst part was the nose pads. They were a brownish yellow color with dried up nose hairs and sticky brown boogers all over them. I tried calling their customer service number and was unable to get a real person. The only way to talk with someone was to use the ** chat. I explained the situation and was told that its impossible to get used glasses as they donate any glasses that are returned to charity organizations. I have returned the glasses and am still waiting for a refund that I doubt Im going to get. Stay away from this company, they will rip you off and blame whatever issue you have on you.

      I ordered glasses and they sent the incorrect item. I sent them back and cannot get a refund. I have called numerous times over 4 weeks. They always state they will escalate the request and I'll get a response in 2 business days. That never happens. I had to finally dispute charge on credit card as GlassesUSA will not refund my money or respond.

      I ordered my eyeglasses past 10 working days and I have not received anything yet. Where is my order please send my eyeglasses if you read this. Otherwise I will file a lawsuit with local authorities. This is totally unacceptable you claim it will **** * days to have them done and it's been 10 working days and nothing yet. I'll try to call I try to email and all I get is some stupid bot answering. I need to talk to a live person now. . .

      My first order with this retailer. Order was placed on Sept. 29, 2024. I received email Oct 2 stating my glasses were "in production". Oct 24, my order is still "in production" with no explanation. I am sorry I ordered from them. The glasses were not cheap for my budget and I am getting headaches from using my old prescription for the last 3 weeks. Terrible first experience.

      I've had a terrible experience with an order I made. The website said there was an issue with my order and they would contact me soon. It is now been eight days and no one has contacted me. As everyone else here has noted, you cannot get in touch with an actual human if you call them and their chatbot does not help you. I also emailed them and the email reply was that no one even checks their email inbox. I want to cancel my order and have my HSA card refunded and I am not able to. The website/chatbot will not let me cancel the order. I urge everyone to file complaints with their state's consumer protection agency as well as for New York's where the company is based.

      I ordered a pair of glasses from Glasses USA per prescription from my eye doctor. Everything went well until the glasses arrived. They did not fit, nor could I see with them on. I contacted Glasses USA via SMS notification (as they do not a phone line to a live person) that I would be returning the glasses for the above-mentioned reasons. They advertise 100 % refund if you are not satisfied with the glasses.On the same day, I returned the glasses via *** thinking I would receive my refund within the 7-10 business days that they advertised. I did not. I then began to follow up to see why I had not received my refund. Again, their customer service is limited to e-mail and SMS messaging. They claimed they had not received the glasses. I sent them the tracking number from *** as well as a JPEG file showing the *** tracking by city and time arriving at their facility on September 26th. They claimed that the tracking number was no good and they could not open the file that I sent them. I went to the *** store and asked them to track the package. Again, it showed that the package had been delivered to Glasses USA facility in *******, **. They still denied receipt and now have cut off communication with me via e-mail. This is NOT operating in good faith, and I would like for the general public to know that Glasses USA does not back up their promises.

      They **** in customer service. Just awful. Cant get any answers, no live people to talk to. Never again. DONT get the warranty, absolutely worthless!
