      Placed an order and was instantly charged. Then they reached out saying that I needed to resubmit my prescription. I did. Again received message to submit prescription. I did again. It happened 4 times until I decided to reach out to customer service. Once you call them there is no way to get a hold to an actual person, its all bots.After hours of research from other reddit complaints about the company, I finally found a number for live help that was provided by a past employee. When you talk to them they give you the run around and claim that they are not the right department and there is never a supervisor to speak with. They just tell you to wait 7-10 business days for everything. If its a complaint, they say its 7-10 days to get back to me. If they need to verify a paper 7-10 business days (mind they dont work weekends)for refund 7-10 business days. Ive spent hours trying to get this situation resolved just to be left in the same predicamentno contacts & about $120 out of my pocket which I need for other contacts. They are extremely inconsiderate for something as delicate as seeing glasses/contacts which people need to see, drive, work, and go about their daily lives , etc. Not sure how they are still in business with the amount of people having the exact same issues. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Literally worst customer experience of my life

      I ordered two cheap pairs of glasses. I sent a ** that was for my contacts on accident. I called within minutes & spoke to a human. The correct ** was then on my account, & was right. Weeks later 1 of the 2 two pairs came.The included ** card was wildly incorrect. I check my account which still has the correct **. I reached out via the chat, . I got the return information and had to go out of my own way to confirm that the second pair will be the correct one. The person messaged the info of the prescription on file, i confirmed that it was the correct one. I asked to make sure the second pair would be correct. The person said they are in production, luckily i can see through my account that this pair was also going to be incorrect. This random, no where near prescription was on the details page, yet still, my account has only ONE prescription that is correct. So i told the person on the chat and he reassured me he would make sure that production knows. Waiting another week, i get the second WRONG pair in the mail. This time, they did not include the ** card. Frames were correct. They too are wrong! I paid for expedited shipping. After the rx was fixed, it was more expensive. The chat person didn't ask or tell me its more money, I asked how to pay for the difference. I called to tell an automated machine i need to pay more $. The 2nd pair, i went back on the live chat and spoke to a person Sierra ******* They just responded with the same response you would expect someone who goes by a script. I asked then, how can i lodge a complaint? She said to leave it in this chat here. I request a return label for the 2nd pair. The label wouldn't load. I asked in the chat if i can get another label, or how 2 get a working one. She then responded with a link on where i can drive it/drop it off during business hours. I run a business, I don't have the time nor want to use my gas. Its been a while and i still don't have my glasses and i was depending on them. NEVER USE THIS SITE!

      My glasses fell apart 5 weeks after paying over $300 for them through no fault of mine. S**** fell out putting them on. I only wear them for reading so they haven't even been used that much. I can not get anyone other than bots on line and texting. You can not get a live person, I've tried for over a week. They keep telling me via the bot that they are not returnable after 1 month. Unacceptable!!! I am not a new customer either, this would be my third purchase from them.

      Absolutely terrible site to order glasses. You can not speak to a live person if you have an issue You have to go through an online bot to get to an online agent that does not help. They say they send messages to their relevant team but they never get back to you. I ordered a pair for eyeglasses online. It took over a month to get them- and they were defective when I received them. I was given an exchange- after sending my glasses back to them it took 3 weeks to find the glasses that were returned only to get the information that the glasses were no longer in stock. It then took several emails to get a full refund. ******** customer service. It takes them weeks to get back to you And they are very difficult to get a refund on the item you purchased even though the website says 100% money back guarantee They kept wanting to give me a store credit. Go somewhere else. This website is terrible and will give you a huge headache should anything be wrong with the product you order!!!

      They don't have a real person this whole business is based on computer robots who will reply to you. I've tried to return my glasses but they refusing to take my glasses . Every reply is cut and paste and misspelled person's names. I tried to figure out how get a real person, it's impossible. It's a big SCAM. Do not use them. Now I really worry about my credit information.

      After being unable to fulfill my order despite providing everything they asked for, I still have not received a refund. I've sent numerous emails with no response.

      I've spent hundreds here. You can spend $150 and you'll qualify for free shipping. How slow is that free shipping? The slowest shipping service I've ever come across. From ******* to ************, 2 weeks. The customer service? The absolute worst. Rude, copy and pasted responses. Zero responsibility. *********This company treats their customers like garbage and loves to waste their time.The products are great, too bad everything else about it is garbage.

      They don't do things when they say they will. My glasses, 4 pairs, entered production Sept. 6 and a pair on Sept. 11 (supposedly). It's supposed to take around 6 days before shipping. Every time I contact them, they see there's a delay, they don't know why, they contact the production team, the production team gives a date. That date passes and I go through the entire phase again. No one knows why there's a delay in my order. They refunded the expedited shipping (about the only good thing they've done). The latest is supposedly they'll ship 3-6 days (business) from Sept. 19. This already the 3rd day. All I get are apologies.

      ******* ************** is impossible to reach a live individual. I ordered glasses been over $500 . I had ordered them to go photograph, where they change into sunglasses when you go outside. Paid for that extra addition on my glasses and didn't get it. I've been trying to reach them and all I get is Referred to the virtual bot that can't help me at all. I got a phone number for them but all the choices again refer you to their virtual bot. Not happy with this company and all, and probably will never order from them again.
