      I ordered frames and uploaded my prescription. The glasses arrived and I loved the frames but could not see a thing out of them. I tried to contact them but only got a bot. The return policy said 14 days so I returned them in that time frame after I tried calling, and emailing them to no avail. They ghosted me. They finally gave me credit for the frames which left me paying $250 for glasses that I could not see out of. My bank Truist still allowed charge probably because they could not reach anyone at this company. Worst customer service and I guess my next step is a complaint to the BBB.

      Should have learned from other reviews.I wanted to place an order for contact lenses, but Contacts Lens King was cheaper. Through the GlassesUSA chat, I was informed to place the order and then request price match through email within 7 days. This is the red flag.I placed the order and immediately submitted a price match request.I received an email to verify my prescription within 4 days of the order. My response included a follow up to the price match. No response. I followed up 2 weeks later and was told that I was now out of the 7 day price match window. My response included the 2 earlier emails as proof. Silence again. Sent 2 follow up emails but still silence.Order showed up a week later and I sent a refund request. Silence again.This company is just a warehouse with scammers running customer service. I'm filing a complaint with my credit card company.

      At first, I was happy with the service. However, my glasses broke, so I reached out because I knew I had a warranty. The process of returning the glasses was super easy. Now it has been h*** getting them back. I cannot reach a human when attempting costumer service, so I guess its a waiting game. I have been waiting to receive new glasses for almost 2 months now. I dont know what to do. And Im legally blind without them, so this has been very inconvenient.

      GlassesUSA is a TOTAL SCAM. I ordered prescription Raybans for $300 and the glasses I received were cheap knockoffs. I ordered the exact same frames from ****** to compare the manufacturing, lettering on the inside of the glasses, etc. and GlassesUSA 100% is dealing in counterfeit frames. To make matters worse it is impossible to get a live agent on the phone or via their webchat. Whoever is running this company needs to be arrested and prosecuted.

      If I could do zero I would. Terrible business and no customer service. I placed an order for contacts and opted for them to reach out to my optometrist to confirm my prescription. My optometrist showed up on their website so I assumed there will be no problems. Wrong. I got an email stating they couldn't confirm my prescription. I reached out to my optometrist and they couldn't reach ANYONE at Glasses USA to confirm my prescription. My optometrist offred to call and fax to confirm my prescription but those were not options. The only option was for me to upload my prescription which i couldnt do and the reason why i opted for them to confirm with my optometrist. The 1844 number is a robot chat and when asking for a *** it takes you back to general questions. Once I stated I canceled my order I was led to a "person" who said they can help me with my order cancelation. They gave a link to cancel my order but the link stated my order wasn't eligible to cancel HOWEVER they had already charged me for contacts they hadn't even confirmed yet. Thankfully i was able to dispute the charge with my bank. I tried to seek assistance again through the chat and was basically blocked meaning I couldn't type anything just press the automated options which did not include what I needing. Don't order from this company. It's an absolute scam.

      My order has showed for a week shipping label printed. I have called they have a BOT system no real person to answer your inquiry. After 15 phone calls I realized no real person will answer. I have sent 4 emails with no response on any of them. I feel that I will never receive any response from them. It was a bad decision on my part to trust them. I would like to cancel the order and have my card refunded. This company needs to be removed from doing business obviously if they are using a BOT that cannot answer any questions and wants to have you give your name,email and order number 10 times and goes no where you will never be answered

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. I ordered contacts on aug. 23. Got an email saying they shipped Aug 23, with 7 to 10 business days arrival. It's Sept. 9. Tracking info says the package hasn't moved at all. Contacted them because I needed these contacts days ago. Can't get to a live agent on the phone. The agent I was able to reach via chat was absolutely useless. It's not a difficult prescription. They don't have to make lenses and fit to frames. They have to put contacts in a box and ship it, and they can't even do that right. Will never order from them again. Ever. Waiting **** near a month for contacts is absolutely ridiculous.

      On May 8, 2024, I was charged $261.30 for an ********* ******* AM02135A Black/Silver Eyeglass Frame I did not received. July 11, 2024, received an email I was to receive a refund. To this day September 7, 2024, I have not seen this refund reflected on my credit card account. A human customer service does not exist on this website. Good luck trying to get someone to handle any problems.
