      I have utilized GlassesUSA in the past on two occasions and had no problems. I was actually impressed. I recently decided I would use them again. BIG mistake. My order is over three weeks late despite a promise of express shipping of 3-5 days. I am unable to get any resolution as their system is bots and automation. I was told via their bot I would be contacted within five days.that time has come and gone. I cant seem to get any resolution and I am thoroughly exasperated with this service. There is no option to speak with a human representative!!! I dont recommend using them unless you want to be frustrated to no end. I will take the next step of trying to get a refund ( I just wanted the glasses; hence why I bought them in the first place ) and will delete their app and NEVER do business with this company again.

      Ordered Lenses on August 19. Since then no lenses, no updated information, and no people to speak to get lenses or a money refund. Total disaster.

      I ordered glasses Aug 7th paying for expedited shipping. I received a shipping notice Aug 16 and two weeks and 4 calls later I had to open an investigation with them. Their virtual assistant could not fund my order. Their phone system doesn't route you to a live agent unless you ask for an order change. The first ****** I talked to credited my order and said I would get an email with an order status which I never receive. The 2nd ****** opened an investigation and now I get to decide if I want them to make my glasses, get a credit for a future order or refund. This was the worst experience and I'm asking for a refund today.

      The most unprofessional business there is scam. I placed an order a day later I canceled it. They said they were processing my refund. I never got it. Its three weeks later. They just sold $140 for me said they were going to refund me and they never did this company ever a scam.

      Ordered glasses and they arrived broken. **************** said theyd send return authorization via email and never did. Only help is via chat and I contacted 3 different times and each time they said wait 2-3 days. Waited. Chatted. Waited. Chatted. Waited. Nothing. Finally had to just dispute the charge on my credit card. No human customer service available. Seems like a scam.

      I ordered a pair of glasses from them 2 weeks ago and I paid $13 for the express shipping which was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days. Which I truly needed as I was leaving town and my only pair broke. I finally got the one pair delivered and showed the person after they make it almost impossible in as you cant talk to a real person at all. Its all AI run arounds. This is the worst place I have ever ordered from. Everything is auto prompted with the same 3 answers to everything. This company is a total scam and I cant even get my money back. I was also told they would apply $100 off in writing as they were trying to play a game with the production vs. ship date and business days, but I have record they are at 8 business days, FACTS.,and they did not answer back. I got no refunds, or emails back. It's terrible customer service and I wanted this to be a place I could recommend to others. Seems like brick and mortar wins again. Please avoid them as they don't deserve to treat customers like me this way and should not be able to operate like this is the ***. I have gotten 5 promotion emails from them Though! Please help

      The frames we received we were very cheaply made and snapped at the bridge in less then a month. I contacted customer service and the only option is to use their chat bot. Chat bot said we would be contacted in ***** hours and we were not. I had to reach out through Instagram and after a day of back and forth I was quoted another ***** hours. We had to replace the glasses through another company and still have not even been told what our return and refund options are.

      terrible company to order from, they need to have their business license pulled. can't get any updated on my order.3 weeks into my order, i have a message from them stating their is an issue with my order, I will be contacted shortly. Nothing after 2 weeks, all of their customer support is AI, got a person on chat after 3 days, and all they stated was there is an issue with your order, we will contact you shortly.

      I placed an order with GlassesUSA. I never received the order even though my credit card was charged. I tried calling every number and hitting every prompt - you can not talk to a live person. I cancelled my order but have not received a refund. Every time I check, I get a generic message saying we are busy please give us 2-3 days for refund. It's been over 14 days since I cancelled and 22 days since they billed my credit card. This website is a scam. Stay away
