      When you check out the complaints from users on Reddit, you'll see that ordering from glassesusa is totally a bad move! I'm dealing with the same issue right now. After I placed my order, they emailed me asking for my prescription again. But the link they gave me didn't work at all. I couldn't submit my prescription through my account either, and it took me forever to get it done through online chat.Then came the endless waitingdays went by with no updates on my order status. What's really frustrating is that you can never reach a real person, whether you call or use online support; it's just the same few options over and over.I got tired of waiting, so I went ahead and asked to cancel my order. It's been several days now, and my status is still "under review." I heard someone say they waited a month for a refund, so who knows how long I'll have to wait. It feels like a nightmare!

      On the 12th of July I ordered some prescription sunglasses. On the 14th I receive notice my order was "sent to manufacturing" and 6 business days were needed. On the 24th of July I receive ANOTHER notice that my order was "sent to manufacturing" only now that date was the 24th?!? Meaning ANOTHER 6 business days. On the 28th, I received YET ANOTHER notice that my order was "sent to manufacturing"The automated system is terrible. The online support is providing only canned responses. If they are out of stock, just tell me. If they are short on manpower, just tell me. I'm tired of the run around

      The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Ordered a pair of glasses and they waited four weeks to tell me that the frames were not in stock. I agreed to switch frames and they said they would rush the order and I would have it within 10 days. Another month went by and no one ever updated me on everything so I finally canceled. Stay away from this and save yourself the aggravation

      never again. Ordered new glasses two weeks ago. Expedited shipping. Glasses have arrived at shipping partner in ***** on Friday. Still sitting there. Never again.

      **********The quality of service given me when I was having trouble with my prescription to ensure that the proper prism was added, was excellent. I heard from ************************* from customer care who directed me to *********. He reviewed my prescription and ensured me it would be sent to production.One day later I received a letter that my order had been sent to production and tracking information would be available.As they promised there was no extra cost to me.Thank You to the whole team

      Sir or Madam, Once again I received glasses with the wrong Prescription. I sent in the correct scrip but ? Please advise what is my next step. I do have a return label addressed; OPTIMAX FULFILLMENT CENTER ***************************************************************************************************************** Is this where I should return the glasses with the proper prescription so that I can receive a pair I can see with?Thank you for an ASAP answer,****************************

      Glassesusa...does NOT send contact lens to any one at all. All they do is charge your credit card..then tell you that you have give them your doctor's name and prescription...if you don't have one. For ****************************************** order to get an exam done by them on line.. I repeat..THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD "FIRST" and then tell you that they will take your money and not send you any contact lens or glasses...they are nothing but extortionist, thieves, scammers, rip off artist to the extreme. If nothing is done to stop them ..then the will continue to steal millions upon millions of dollars from everyone they can year after year..this how they do people wrong. Its up you BBB to handle this company. The *** must be notified.

      I HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM SEVERAL TIMES. HOWEVER THE QUALITY HAS DROPPED OFF TOTALLY. THE ACTUAL PRESCRIPTION IN THE ***** WAS SO SMALL THAT I COULD NOT USE THEM. IN ADDITION BEWARE OF THE ADVERTISED RATES.THESE SO CALLED DISCOUNTS CHANGED IMMEDIATELY ONCE I CHOSE THE *****S, AND THE LENSES COSTS/DISCOUNTS DO NOT APPLY. WHAT STARTS AS A $100 ENDED UP BEING $800-1200!

      extremely un reliable waiting for a month already and still did not get my glasses. order and paid in June 2024 and today July 25 ***** not in production. call hundred and time and all i get id AI never a person. the only way to speak with someone is option 3 SPANISH, thanks i speak Spanish. the agent ********************* totally useful all she can do is read a computer and tell me to wait. she said she can communicate with the warehouse only by email and had to wait 2 days for response. i have been doing this for two weeks. i requested a supervisor a none available AGAIN i have to wait for their call back. at this point no one cares about i need the glasses and still have my money. the only option she gave me was cancel order without any explanation.

      I placed an order for prescription glasses on 6/5/2024 and received my order on 6/18/2024. After purchase, I needed to initiate an exchange for a larger size. I followed their procedure, indicating which frames I wanted, and returned the previous items in a timely manner. The return/exchange email I received from them stated "We will begin crafting your new glasses once we receive the package." That was untrue.I did not receive notification that the return was received, so I had to contact GlassesUSA to request confirmation of the exchange. They stated on 7/3/2024 that they had no information to provide regarding my order. I contacted GlassesUSA again on 7/8/2024 to request additional information and was told they were unaware of my exchange request and that I was issued a store credit without my knowledge. I finally received my new order and discovered upon opening, that the lenses are chipped and the frame is bent. I am extremely disappointed but not surprised. Unfortunately, I am in the same situation as before and going through the return/exchange process for the SECOND time for the same order. No expedited services have been provided and my replacement for the replacement is still being processed and hasnt shipped as of 7/24/24
