      I placed an order for contacts with GlassesUSA. They emailed to say they needed additional information on my prescription which I sent.No confirmation of my email and my status on line was in constant "processing". I tried contacting them via email again. No response.I then tried their live chat which is all automated with no option to speak with a live person, but was advised I would receive and email. No email received.I called their phone number. Again, no way to speak with a live person, but they would text me a link which I never received.At this point, I am disputing my credit card charge. Terrible customer service and no support. I would rate them a zero at this point.

      Glasses came in a used/old case, so they reuse when you supposedly buy new.The frames also seem to be recycled and refurbished. Not the new type of glasses I hoped to get after spending over $350!

      I placed an order for 3 pairs of designer glasses on 6/3, sent all 3 back 6/18, and requested an exchange to a different pair. I used chat and called 3 different times for a status update. Every time, they told me someone with Returns would reach out to me...I received no contact. Until today, 7/2, no one clarified what the issue was or contacted me. I was told that they were waiting for me to contact them to tell them which pairs to exchange and which to return. Nothing about the return/exchange page makes it clear that you need to pick which pair to exchange. How is a customer supposed to know that they need to specify this information in a free text field? I have used this company for my last set of glasses without issue and it involved an exchange. I had a much more positive experience that time.Out of immense frustration with the situation, I requested a refund of all 3 pairs today. I asked for a number to discuss this experience with a real person, since I have repeatedly received zero contact when representatives told me someone would be in touch. I was told there was no one else I could speak with on the phone after asking for any contact number for returns/exchanges, billing, customer service, etc. But I could EMAIL them with my concerns. So there is literally no way for a human to speak to a human to discuss significant customer service issues? No supervisor to escalate an issue. I emailed their service email address and received an automated email response that "this inbox is not actively monitored". THEY HAVE YOU EMAIL AN INBOX THAT NO ONE MONITORS. This is a huge red flag to me as a consumer that a company does not actually care if there are glaring issues with a process, especially one that impacts someone's ability to function at work and daily life like eyeglasses.

      I will never order from this company again. If I could give it a 0 I would. Ive been waiting a month for glasses that were ordered and supposed to be shipped expedited since they were running late and I complained with the company. The agents I had to message was no help at all. They gave me 3 different shipping dates and none were correct. When the glasses were finally shipped they sent them to a completely different address, and I have no clue where they got that because I gave them the correct one 10 times. This place is absolutely worthless and i advise everyone to find another place to order glasses, at least one that will send them when they say they will.

      Ordering prescription progressive glasses online was definitely a leap of faith. I am blown away with how much I like the glasses. Having a recent prescription in front of me and ordering EXACTLY probably made this successful. The style fits my face shape and the lenses are perfect. I recently bought two pairs of eyeglasses from a major discount warehouse store, but still didn't like the frames as much as I thought I would. The frames I got from you are the best of all three, and my order cost $100 less than the others.

      All these 5 star reviews are extremely fake. You can tell theyre made by the same person. Expidited shipping is a lie. Theyre created a shipping label and hasnt made any progress for 5 days. Chat wont let you get anywhere until 15 days have passed. Order from another site, this place is not the one.

      Ordered contacts weeks ago, they took the money now theyre giving me the run around and saying I dont have a valid prescription which Ive tried to upload several times. The system has not updated and they keep emailing me saying I dont have a valid prescription. Theres no number to call to directly speak to someone only an automated system. I want my contact delivered or a refund!

      Ordered pair of sunglasses from this website. Thought Id be no problem being such a reputable website. It took about three weeks to fulfill my order and I understand the lenses have to be manufactured and installed, but when my order finally did arrive they sent me someone elses order entirely. So I went a head and tried to contact glasses USA I was almost impossible to talk to another live person. Call bots and and chats bots. Tried to use the online return system and my item isnt eligible for return. Tried to process a Warranty return but I cant return them to the *** store cause they are not the same item for warranty swap. So tired of using my time and resources to try and get my sunglasses that I paid for

      Worst company ever. Can't talk to anyone. They have my money after cancelling the order and won't return it.
