      Cant get a real person to talk to about how my glasses literally came DAMAGED. I submitted a ticket to get it resolved and all I got was sorry we dont carry spare parts for this frame. Okay so? Why dont you send replacement glasses or offer a refund? I cant get someone to talk to on the phone and this has been so frustrating. I want a refund for this ********.

      I received both the eyeglasses (and sunglasses) with my progressive prescription and transitions on my glasses. The reading portion of my glasses is a little low so I must tilt my head back when reading. The sunglasses seem to have better placement of correction areas than the glasses.Both glasses came in one box with cases and arrived in a timely manner, 6-10 business days.

      I think the website is great, but it seems like it is a website for a manufacturing facility, and not a business with customer service. I ran into a delivery issue, you call their phone number and all options lead you back to the website, you get back to the website and the chatbot doesn't understand the issue, so you ask the chatbot for a human assistant, and another bot takes over with human name, tells you the same thing, ends the conversation and asks about your experience. There are no humans available to deal with the issues you have as a customer.

      These ******* claim to have both phone and online support. Can't get to a human through the phone, can't get to a human through the website. I asked for a live agent and it told me the issue is solved.I have one pare of glasses ready that they wont ship. Gotta save the $3 on shipping so that I go blind.

      Sent me the wrong prescription on my left lens, I returned immediately. 2 weeks have passed. No updates, tracking still says pending like it did on day one. ******* has givien same response for 2 weeks and it is impossible to speak to anyone.

      I ordered a pair of prescription Champion glasses and they came really fast and were on point. I ordered a pair of Oakleys prescription glasses and there was a delay in production so I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away and let me know what was going on. I appreciate the quick response.
