      Sent me the wrong prescription on my left lens, I returned immediately. 2 weeks have passed. No updates, tracking still says pending like it did on day one. ******* has givien same response for 2 weeks and it is impossible to speak to anyone.

      I ordered a pair of prescription Champion glasses and they came really fast and were on point. I ordered a pair of Oakleys prescription glasses and there was a delay in production so I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away and let me know what was going on. I appreciate the quick response.

      Glasses broke after 5 months and I have extended insurance. Hot a message I have to pay a copay and return the glasses in order for a new one to be made, even though I paid an expensive extended insurance. **************** was rude and not helpful at all, especially through chat. I told them, hey my glasses broke and i an insurance, they said go on this link, thank you and ended the chat right then. Very disappointing.

      If you have a problem, as I do, you cant speak to a live person. They claim my glasses shipped on June 11th, up to this date, June 23rd the shipping company, DHL, have not received the package. I understand that packages get lost but its impossible to establish this with talking to a person. For the first time in my life, I was forced to do a credit card chargeback.

      I ordered glasses that were shipped on 5/30/24. Bought the 3-5 day shipping. Shipped out 5/30/24. It is now 6/18/24. As of 6/5/24 they are at some undisclosed shipping partner. They used OSM as a third party shipping company. Cannot get a hold of a human at OSM. ***'s email response claims they gave it to ***** **** says contact seller. I cannot get a hold of a human at GlassesUSA. Their automated chat says that they are making a new pair and someone would reach out to me via email. Nothing as of yet.

      Product is very nice, but communication during delivery was not. I ordered a pair of sunglasses weeks in advance for an event on Jun 9, and at the time of order, my ETA was the week before. As the date got closer, the tracker told me my ETA was then Jun 10. My glasses were in my mailbox on Jun 10, but when I went to look at the delivery status, it said they were delivered on Jun 8 after all and I didnt know. I wish i had received a delivery confirmation email so I would have known to check my mail (I live in an apartment l).
